1. An Accident Case FIR No. 180/13 is registered at PS Rampur on 22-11-13 U/S 279,337IPC on the statement of Sh. Leela Dhar S/o Sh. Shayama Nand R/o Vill. Shingla, Teh. Rampur, Distt. Shimla, alleging therein that a truck No HP21A-1786 hit a motor cycle No HP 06A-0919 near Switchyard Rampur due to rash and negligent driving of Truck Driver Sunil Kumar S/o Pars Ram R/o Vill. Jukhala, Distt Bilaspur, Motor cycle rider Krishan Lal and Ram Sharma sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Ishwar Singh I/C TTR Rampur.
2. An Accident Case FIR No. 191/13 on 23.11.13 U/S 279,337 IPC is registered at PS Dhalli on the statement of Sh. Pankaj S/o Sh. Chhote Lal R/o Vill. Kuftu near Tarapur, PO Mashobra, Teh. & Distt Shimla, alleging therein that on 23-11-13 he had gone to Baldeyan with his friend Pradeep on his motorcycle No. PB12Q-6975, when they reached near Jhalti-Tarapur a Maruti Car bearing No. HP01-1146 hit his motorcycle. In this accident they received multiple injuries. This accident due to rash and negligent driving by driver Ashish Kumar S/o Sh. Hem Raj R/o Vill. Mashobra, Teh. & Distt. Shimla. The case is being investigated by HC Daljeet, I/O PP Mashobra.
3. During last 24 hours 243 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act, 18 persons were challaned under Smoking Act. & 2 persons challaned under Mining Act. The total amount of Compounding fee of challans is Rs.40,900/-.
