CRIME REPORT 27 NOVEMBER

1.      An Accident Case FIR No. 181/13 is registered at PS  Rampur on 26-11-13 U/S 279,337 IPC  on the statement of Sh.Gautam Banarjee S/o Sh. Aashim Banarjee R/o Vill. H. NO. 1005 D Aashiyana Aarkid, Kama -2 grater Nauda UP, alleging therein that on 26-11-13 he was coming in his vehicle bearing No.WB-02-Z-8468 from Kinnaur, when he reached near HS Khaneri a scooty A/F hit his vehicle due to rash and negligent driving of Chaman S/o Roop Chand R/o Vill. Chaleti, Teh. and District Bilaspur. In this accident Chaman and Deepak got injured. The Case is being investigated by HC Bakshi Ram, I/O PS Rampur.

2.      An Accident Case FIR No 168/13  is registered at PS Theog  on 27-11-13 U/S 279  IPC  on the report  of ASI Joginder Singh I/O PS Theog that on 26-11-13 an information received in Police Station that  one vehicle fell down near Pauch.  On this information he reached on spot alongwith staff. One pick up bearing No. HP62-2346was found  fell down 30 fit from the road. During the Search of the spot no  person  was found present. This accident occurred due to rash and negligence of above pick-up driver. The Case is being investigated by ASI Joginder Singh, I/O PS Theog.

3.      A Burglary Case FIR No. 169/13  is registered at PS Theog  on 27-11-13 U/S 457,380 IPC on the statement of Sh. Lokinder Chandel S/o Sh. Hira Singh Chandel R/o Vill. Kairtoo, Teh. Theog, Distt. Shimla a/p Pradhan Gram Panchyat Kairtoo,  alleging therein that on 27-11-13 Sh. Mahinder went  to Mandir Kamaksha Mata,  he saw that the lock of main gate of Mandir has been broken. He informed Sh. Purav Prakash  about  this incident . During mid night of  26/27-11-13 some unknown person has broken the lock of kamaksha mandir and stolen the  idols. The case is being investigated by ASI Om Prakash, I/O PS Theog. 

4.     During last 24 hours 174 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act, 4 persons were challaned under Smoking Act. The total amount of Compounding fee of challans is Rs.24,300/-.
