ACCUSED ARRESTED AND STOLEN PROPERTY RECOVERED

1. A THEFT Case FIR No. 60/13 Dated 06-04-2013 U/S 379 IPC is registered at Police Station Rampur on the statement of Sh. Mam Raj Sharma S/O Sh Madan Singh Sharma I/C Gangdhari Hydro Power Project Pvt Ltd Jogni Teh Rampur Distt Shimla HP Stated That during the intervening night of 03/04-04-2013, some unknown person stole away 5 qtl. Sariya from the project site at Dhar Kashapat. The total cost of stolen property  is Rs. 25000/-. During the course of investigation stolen property has been recovered Roshan Lal R/o Vill Pat PO Kashapat Teh Rampur Distt Shimla. Accused has been arrested. [.] Total cost of stolen property is Rs 25000/.

2. A burglary case FIR No.58/13 dated 06-04-2013 U/S  454,380 IPC has been registered at Police Station Dhalli on the complaint of Sh. Naresh Verma C/O Asha Sadan Near Basin Building Sanjauli. alleging therein that on 6-4-2013, he went to his duty. Around 12.00 PM his wife went to Sanjauli market for some shopping. At 1.45 PM, when she came back home and opened the lock of the house she found that somebody had opened the window of house and entered the house by breaking the grills of the kitchen and sway Mangal sutra of 4.5 tola, one locket of gold and Rs 10,000/- the case is being investigated by by ASI Manohar Lal I/O PS Dhalli.     

3. During last 24 hours 147 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act for the violation of Traffic rules, 05 persons were challaned under COTPA (Cigarette & Other Tobacco Product Act 2005). The total amount of Compounding fee of Challans under MV& COPTA Act is Rs. 27100/-.
