1. A BURGLARY case FIR No. 16/13 is registered at Police Station Kotkhai on 25-04-13 U/S 457, 380, 379 IPC on the complaint of SDE Jubbal BSNL, alleging therein that some unknown person has stolen 1 DG Set, 2 Battery Sets, 300 AH and SMP power plant 25A has been stolen from BTS site at Chunger. Case is being investigated ASI Muni Lal I/o PS Jubbal.
2. A BURGLARY case FIR No. 37/13 is registered at Police Station East Shimla on 26-04-13 U/S 457, 380 IPC on the complaint of Mr. Kulbir Sharma S/o Late Sh. Durga Pradesh R/o Uttam Bhavan, Vikas Nager, Shimla, alleging therein that on 26-04-13 some unknown person has stolen away Rs. 12500/- from his shop. Case is being investigated by HC Balak Ram I/c PAR Vikas Nagar.
3. A WRONGFUL RESTRAINT case FIR No. 45/13 is registered at Police Station Theog on 25-04-13 U/S 341, 323, 506, 34 IPC on the complaint of Gopal Singh S/o Sh. Jeet Ram R/o Vill Khanew, Po Sareven, Teh Theog, Distt Shimla, alleging therein that on 24-04-13 at 11:30 PM when he came back from marriage person named Reeku along with his friends obstruct his way to beat him and also threatened him with dire consequences. Case is being investigated by HC Yogesh Kumar PS Theog.
4. A WRONGFUL RESTRAINT case FIR No. 25/13 is registered at Police Station New Shimla on 25-04-13 U/S 341, 323, 504 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Ragu Nath Sahu S/o Natwar Sahu R/o Manohar Dhiman Niwas, Kangnadhar, Sector-6, Phase-3, New Shimla, alleging that on 25-04-13 at 10:30 PM when he was going to his room with his friend one person namely Vishnu Mohan Jinna S/o Baba Jee Jinna R/o C/o Mintu Building near Barber Shop, Shiv Mandir, Kanganadhar, New Shimla came obstruct & beat him. Case is being investigated by ASI Mahinder Singh PS New Shimla.
5. A WRONGFUL RESTRAINT case FIR No. 74/13 is registered at Police Station Rampur on 25-04-13 U/S 341, 354, 506 IPC on the application of Manisha Chauhan D/o Sh. Nand Lal Chauhan R/o Vill Nagalni, PO Dhanawali, Nankhari, Teh Rampur, Distt Shimla, alleging therein that on 25-04-13 at 2:00 PM when she was going to her quarter at Dakoler near Khopri temple one person named Ashwani Kumer R/o Vill Tanash, wrongfully restrained and try to outrage her modesty. Case is being investigated by HC Sunil Kumar I/o PS Rampur.
6. A WRONGFUL RESTRAINT case FIR No. 68/13 is registered at Police Station West Shimla on 25-04-13 U/S 341, 323, 504, 34 IPC on the statement of Sh. Ram Sawroop Chouhan S/o Late Sh. Shobh Ram R/o Vill Rangol, PO Kohbag, Teh & Distt Shimla, alleging therein that on 25-04-13 at 11:00 AM when he and his labourer namely Neeju and Mukesh working in his land persons namely Khyali Ram S/o Sh. Lachi Ram along with his wife Meena came there and stop his labourer and used bad language. After that Khyali Ram stoped his way and beat him. Case is being investigated by ASI Brij Lal I/o PP Jutogh.
7. A BURGLARY case FIR No. 69/13 sis registered at Police Station West Shimla on 25-04-13 U/S 457, 380 IPC on the statement of Sh. Krishan Kumar S/o Late Sh. Anoop Ram R/o Vill Renu, PO Chanog, Teh & Distt Shimla, alleging therein that on 25-04-13 at 07:00 AM Sh. Puran Chand inform him that some unknown person has stolen away some house hold items and cash Rs. 3,500/- from his house. Case is being investigated by SI Harish Kumar I/c PP Jutogh.
8. A WRONGFUL RESTRAINT case FIR No. 70/13 is registered at Police Station West Shimla on 25-04-13 U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC on the statement of Sh. Karnel Singh S/o Sh. Ranjeet Singh R/o Vill Dhyarighat, Teh Kandaghat, Distt Solan, alleging therein that on 25-04-13 at 4:30 PM when he reached near petrol pump Baluganj two unknown persons stop and beat him and ran away from the spot. Case is being investigate by ASi Mast Ram PS West Shimla.
9. During last 24 hours 151 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act for the violation of Traffic rules, no one persons was challaned under COTPA (Cigarette & Other Tobacco Act 2005) and 1 challan under Mining Act. The total amount of Compounding fee of challans under MV, Mining & COPTA Act is Rs. 37,600/-.
