ACCUSED ARRESTED

1.            In connection with case FIR No. 79/13 registered at PS Sadar U/S 363, 366A IPC one person namely Ravi Kumar S/o Sh. Gajan Singh R/o VPO Dharkheri, Teh Dadri, Distt Gautam Budh Nagar, Noida, UP has been arrested from Bathind by Police Party.

2.            An ACCIDENT case FIR No. 67/13 is registered at Police Station Dhalli Shimla on    29-04-13 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Mr. Nelladhar S/o Sh. Neem Chand   driver Truck No. HP-64A-0968, alleging therein that on 28-04-13 at 8:30 PM when he was going to Suni to Rampur one vehicle Truck No. HP-62A-1326 driven by Sh. Rajesh Kumar met with accident near Ogli. In this accident above driver sustained injury. Case is being investigated by HC Dilu Ram I/o PP Suni.

3.            During last 24 hours 88 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act for the violation of Traffic rules, 5 persons were challaned under COTPA (Cigarette & Other Tobacco Act 2005) and 04 challan under sections 114 Cr. PC. The total amount of Compounding fee of Challans under MV Act, 114 Cr PC & COPTA Act is Rs. 14,600/-.

4.            During the investigation of case FIR No. 44/13 U/S 447, 427, 506, 34 IPC registered at Police Station Theog one person namely Sh. Beer Singh S/o Sh. Udi Ram R/o Vill Tinger PO & Teh Theog, Distt Shimla, has been arrested by ASI Joginder Singh I/o PS Theog.
