CRIME REPORT 20 APRIL

1.         A TRESPASS case FIR No. 44/13 is registered at Police Station Theog on 20-04-13 U/S 447, 427, 506, 34 IPC on the complaint of Rajinder Sharma S/o Sh. Beli Ram R/o Vill Chondal, PO Nag-jubbar, Teh Theog, Distt Shimla, alliging therein that he is the owner of land Khasra No. 56/4 and he constructed his house in above land. On 19-04-13 persons namely Sh. Viri Singh along with his wife and Bhabi came there and fill up the holes for pillar and also threatened him. Case is being investigated by ASI Joginder Singh I/o PS Theog.

2.         A MISCHIEF BY FIRE SUBSTANCE case FIR No. 20/13 is registered at Police Station New Shimla on 20-04-13 U/S 436 IPC on the complaint of Dr. Neeraj Sharma W/o Dr. Ashok Sharma R/o Cedar Dale, Kanlog bye-pass road Kanlog, Shimla, alleging therein that during the intervening night of 19/20-04-13 some unknown person has burnt her room with fire. Case is being investigated by ASI D R Guleriya I/o PS New Shimla.

3.         A MISCHIEF BY FIRE SUBSTANCE case FIR No. 19/13 is registered at Police Station Rohru on 19-04-13 U/S 436 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Baby S/o Sh. Meena Ram R/o Vill Kimoli, PO Lowerkoti, Teh Rohru, Distt Shimla, alleging therein that today on 20-04-13 at 4:00 AM he found that one person named Sh. Mehar Singh S/o Sh. Karam Singh R/o Vill Kimoli, Teh Rohru, Distt Shimla burnt the temple of Pokhu Devta. On that with the help of villagers they have control on fire and caught red handed the above person Meher Singh. Case is being investigated by ASI Sumitter Singh I/o PS Rohru.

4.         During last 24 hours 192 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act for the violation of Traffic rules, 05 persons were challaned under COTPA (Cigarette & Other Tobacco Act 2005). The total amount of Compounding fee of Challans under MV & COPTA Act is Rs. 45,800/-.
