1. A BURGLARY case FIR No. 19/13 is registered at Police Station New Shimla on 16-04-13 U/S 457, 380 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Rattan Chand S/o Sh. Sukh Ram Sharma M/S Sharma Daily Needs Shop, Sector-2, Phase-2, New Shimla, alleging therein that during the intervening night of 15/16-04-13 some unknown person has stolen away some daily need items of cost Rs. 2,000/- (app). Case is being investigated by HC Roshan Lal I/o PS New Shimla.
2. A THEFT case FIR No. 15/13 is registered at Police Station Kotkhai on 16-04-13 U/S 379 IPC on the complaint of Vipin Kashyap JE(E) Kotkhai, alleging therein that during the intervening night of 15/16-04/13 some unknown person has stolen away 700 mtr. Conductor wire from 22 kv HT line near Vill Salyana. The cost of stolen wire is Rs. 60,000/- (app). Case is being investigated by ASI Muni Lal I/o PS Kotkhai.
3. During last 24 hours 205 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act for the violation of Traffic rules, 06 persons were challaned under COTPA (Cigarette & Other Tobacco Act 2005). The total amount of Compounding fee of Challans under MV & COPTA Act is Rs. 28,300/-.
