ACCUSED ARRESTED

1.        A WILD LIFE PROTECTION ACT case FIR No. 43/13 is registered at Police Station Theog on 15-04-13 on the complaint of Jeewan Lal BO Block Ghorna, Range Balsan, Teh Theog, Distt Shimla, alleging therein that on 15-04-13 he telephonically inform PP Deha that 2 No. dead Tigers were found in Noli Khad. Case is being investigated by Insp./SHO Baldev Thakur. In this case three persons namely Rajinder Singh, Bishan and Ramesh all R/o Vill Kuthar, PP Deha, Teh Theog, Distt Shimla have been arrested.

2.        A BURGLARY case FIR No. 23/13 is registered at Police Station Nerwa on 15-04-13 U/S 457, 380 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Suresh Khamta R/o Vill Jhelar, PO Ruslah, Teh Copal, Distt Shimla, alleging therein that during the intervening night of 13/14-04-13 some unknown person has stolen away 1 neckless gold, 5 pair tops, 1 kitty set gold, 7 rings gold, 8 nose pins, 1 bangle set gold, 1 diamond ring, 1 nose pin silver, 2 pair anklet silver, 2 kangan silver, coins 1 & 2 Rs. 1000 and one shoe pair from his house. Case is being investigated by HC Chander Mohan I/o PS Nerwa.

3.        During last 24 hours 124 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act for the violation of Traffic rules, 01 person were challaned under COTPA (Cigarette & Other Tobacco Act 2005). The total amount of Compounding fee of Challans under MV & COPTA Act is Rs. 26,400/-.
