CRIME REPORT 13 SEPTEMBER

1.     A CHEATING case FIR No. 188/13 is registered at Police Station West Shimla on 13-09-13 U/S 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC on the complaint of Smt. Manju Rana W/o Sh. Sanjeev Rana R/o Vimla Niwas, Mahaveer Ghatti near Sankat Mochan, Tara Devi, Teh & Distt Shimla, alleging therein that she has sold out her basement to Manjeet Singh Kochhar S/o Sh. Himmat Singh Kochhar R/o 12/12 Lakkar Bazar Shimla in 16.5 lakh. Above Manjeet Singh Kochher gave her Rs. 5 lakh and told her to pay remaining cash late on. Persons namely Ranjeet Singh, Harminder Singh, Raminder Pal Singh & Harbhajan Singh cheated her by producing fake chaque with her name. Case is being investigated by HC Ravinder Singh I/o PS West.

2.    A CRIMINAL FORCE TO DETER PUBLIC SERVANT case FIR No. 82/13 is registered at Police Station East Shimla on 13-09-13 U/S 353, 332, 34 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Gopal Chand Formen HP Electric Board Section Vikasnagar Shimla, alleging therein that on 12-09-13 at 9:00 PM when his team mate went to remove complaint, persons named Parkash Rana along with 2-3 boys obstruct him to remove fault and beat him. Case is being investigation by HC Balak Ram I/o PP Vikasnagar.

3.     An ACCIDENT case FIR No. 108/13 is registered at Police Station Kumarsain on 12-09-13 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the complaint of Smt. Pushpa W/o Sh. Sant Lal R/o Vill Bhanoli, PO & Teh Kumarsain, Distt Shimla, alleging therein that on 12-09-13 when she and her husband return back from local fair Char Sala Mela near Bhanoli one vehicle Motorcycle No. HP-52A-1262 driven by Piyush Chandel hit her, due to which she sustained injury. Case is being investigated by LHC Sita devi I/o PS Kumarsain.

4.     An ABSCONDED FROM LAWFUL APPREHENSION case FIR No. 170/13 is registered at Police Station Sadar Shimla on 12-09-13 U/S 223, 224 IPC on the complaint of HC Roshan Lal I/o PS New Shimla, alleging therein that an accused named Mukesh Sahni S/o Sh. Kalish Sahani R/o Kori Mohalla, Down Dale, Shimla, alleging therein that an accused person named under case FIR No. 45/13 dated 10-09-13 U/S 454, 380 IPC at PS New Shimla and produced him before the Ld. Court JMIC-5, Shimla, on 12-09-13when they were coming back to PS New Shimla near Old ISBT accused Mukesh Sahni absconded from the Police custody. Case is being investigated by SI Dharam Singh I/o PS Sadar Shimla.

CRIME REPORT 12 SEPTEMBER

1.     An ACCIDENT case FIR No. 182/13 is registered at Police Station West Shimla on 12-09-13 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Devi Ram S/o Sh. Paras Ram R/o Vill Palania, PO Bathalang, Teh Arki, Distt Solan, alleging therein that he was the ower of vehicle LP Truck No. HP-11A-1722. On 12-09-13 when he was going Tra Devi to Palania, near Jhundla one vehicle Bus No. HP-69-0752 came and hit his truck. In this accident he along with his son sustained injury. Case is being investigated by ASI Kundan Lal I/c PP Dhami.

2.     A HUSBAND OR RELATIVE OF HUSBAND OF A WOMAN SUBJECTING HER TO CRUELTY case FIR No. 152/13 is registered at Police Station Dhalli Shimla on 11-09-13 U/S 498A, 323 IPC on the complaint of Smt. Seema Devi W/o Sh. Chander Parkash R/o Vill Kanog (Chili) PO Koti, Junga, Teh & Distt Shimla, alleging therein that she was married with Parkash Chand S/o Sh. Dholu Ram in 2002. On 10-09-13 her husband and mother-in-law beat her, due to which she sustained injury. Case is being investigated by ASI Baldev I/c PP Junga.

3.     A WRONGFUL RESTRAINT case FIR No. 122/13 is registered at Police Station Theog on 12-09-13 U/S 341, 504, 506 IPC on the report of HC Jasvinder Singh I/c Apple Berrier Nena, PO Balag, Teh Theog, Distt Shimla that on 11-09-13 at 10:00 PM when he was on duty along with Ct. Harinder Singh one vehicle Truck No. HP-63-4546 came from Chailla. During checking duty constable don't found driving license No. on the Apple Card, on this driver of above truck named Manoj Kumar obstruct the road and threatened him with dire consequences. Case is being investigated by ASI Sanjeev Kumar I/c PP Deha.

4.     During last 24 hours 181 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act, 22 challaned under COPTA and 04 challaned under Police Act. The total amount of compounding fee of challans under MV Act and COPTA is Rs. 33,300/-.

CRIME REPORT 11 SEPTEMBER

1.     A CHEATING case FIR No. 120/13 is registered at Police Station Theog on 10-09-13 U/S 420, 120B, 34 IPC on the complaint of Mohinder Singh S/o Sh. Nand Lal R/o Nagal Fruit Shop, Nagal Devi, Theog, Distt Shimla, alleging therein that  Prahalad Gupta S/o Shiv Kumar C/o Shashikant Veerumal Tirath Dass Trade Co-a32, Fruit Market, Sikandra, Agra, Utter Pradesh and Veerumal Tirath Dass Prop. cheated him and dishonestly issued him Cheque of the year 2103 instead of 2013 and also not making the entire payment of Rs. 15 lakh. Case is being investigated by Insp/SHO  Baldev Thakur PS Theog.

2.     A ACCIDENT case FIR No. 121/13 is registered at Police Station Theog on 11-09-13 U/S 279, 337, 304A on the complaint of Sh. Suresh Kumar S/o Sh. Mathu Ram R/o VPO Jhalta, Teh Jubbal, Distt Shimla, alleging therein that on 10-09-13 when his uncle namely Sadanand loaded apple for Solan in vehicle Pick-up No. HP-63-3017 for selling along with driver Vijay Kumar Lokinder & Akhil, near Bhui driver lost the control and above vehicle fell down 100 mtr. from the road. In this accident persons namely Sadanand, Lokender and driver Vijay sustained injuries and Akhil died on the spot. This accident occur due to rash and negligent driving by driver Vijay Kumar.  Case is being investigated by ASI Kamal Dev I/c PP Chhella.

3.     A RIOT case FIR No. 168/13 is registered at Police Station Sadar Shimla on 10-09-13 U/S 341, 323, 382, 34 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Mukesh Kumar R/o Good Media New Pvt. Ltd. City    Chanel, Bridge view Regency, Shimla alleging therein that on 09-09-13 when he was on work along with his friend's near Amar Bhawan, Jakhoo then persons namely Ricky, Kaka and some other boys of Fast Way Channel attacked them due to which they sustained injuries and snatched away their collection about Rs. 4050/-. Case is being investigated by ASI Nag Dev I/o PS Sadar.

4.     (ACCUSED ARRESTED & RECOVER STOLEN PROPERTY) A BURGLARY case 45/13 is registered at Police Station New Shimla on 10-09-13 U/S 454, 380 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Dalip Kanwar S/o Late Sh. Mohinder Singh R/o Panchhi Ahata, Lower Khalini, Shimla, alleging therein that on 11-09-13 some unknown person has stolen away stolen away bathroom fitting articles from his house. Total cost of stolen articles is Rs. 12,000/-. Case is being investigated by HC Roshan Lal I/o PS New Shimla. During investigation accused person has been arrested & stolen property has been recoverd.

5.     During last 24 hours 220 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act and 17 challaned under COPTA. The total amount of compounding fee of challans under MV Act and COPTA is Rs. 45,500/-.

CRIME REPORT 10 SEPTEMBER

1.                1.                 AN ACCIDENT Case FIR No.119/13 is registered at PS  Theog  on 09.09.13 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Subhash Verma S/o Sh Kedar Singh Verma R/o Bheethu Dhar  P.O. Majar  Teh. Theog distt Shimla , alleging therein that on  09.09.13 he loaded vegetables in vehicle No HP63A-0988  for selling in Dhalli  along with his neighbour namely Joginder Singh S/o Sh  Devi Ram driver  said vehicle. When they reached near Hadog the driver lost  his control on  the vehicle and fall down 150 feet from  the road. In this accident both sustained  injuries. This accident occur due to rash and negligent driving of driver. The case is being investigated by ASI Kamal Nain  I/C PP Fagu.

2.                 A WRONGFUL  RESTRAINT  Case  FIR No. 81/13 is registered at  PS East Shimla on 10.09.13 U/S 341,355,504 IPC on the complainant of Nitu Dogra D/o Sh Nerender Dogra R/o  Koji Home near SVM school Vikasnagar, alleging therein that she was going to home on 09.09.13 at about 12.40 PM when she reached near Harihar Mandir Vikasnagar then one lady namely  Minakashi  obstructed her way and  assaulted. The Case is being investigated by HC. Balak Ram I/O  PP Kasumpti  PS  East Shimla.

3.                 A HOUSE-TRESPASS AFTER PREPARATION FOR HURT, ASSAULT Case FIR 45/13 on 10.09.2013 U/S 452,323,504,506 IPC on application of Smt. Asha Devi W/o Sh. Sant Ram R/o  Vill. Oran, Sub-Tehsil Kupvi, District Shimla, alleging therein that   on 09.09.13 at about 6:30 PM, she was at home village Oran one person namely Kirpa Ram S/o Sh. Lagnu entered into the premises of Smt. Asha Devi above abused her and beaten when Kirpa Ram above leaving house he also threatened her to kill. The Case is being investigated by ASI Shubhash Chand I/O PP Kupvi. 

4.                 AN ACCIDENT Case FIR No 59/13 is registered at  PS Rohru 09.09.13 U/S 279,336,337 IPC on the statement of Shurveer Singh S/o Meju Ram R/o Munchara PO Samoli Tehsil Rohru  Distt  Shimla, alleging therein that  on 09.09.13 he carry out a vehicle No HP 20T-4697 towards Rohru to Agra by Tikker at 5-15PM,when he approached near Udidhar then a Bolero camper pass his truck, the truck driver lose his control and truck  driver and other person jump over the truck above vehicle fall down 100mtr outside the road in this case  Bal Krishan,  Serveer Lal and Tosheen injured in this accident. This incident due to negligence and over speed of truck  driver.  The Case is being investigated by SI. Madan Lal I/O PS Rohru. 

5.                 ASSAULT OR CRIMINAL FORCE TO DETER PUBLIC SERVANT  FROM DISCHARGE OF HIS DUTY Case FIR No 60/13 is registered at  PS Rohru on 09.09.13 U/S 353,332, 34, 506 IPC on the statement of Gulab Singh S/o Late Sh Mani Ram R/o Kotru PO Karasa Tehsil  Rohru  Distt Shimla, alleging therein that he is a driver in HRTC. When he is approached in  Anu Basa two person namely Sanjeev  Bharanta and Manju Mehta stopped his way and beaten him without any  reason and threaten him to go way with  his life. The Case is being investigated by HC Subhash No  I/O PS Rohru. 

6.                 A WRONGFUL  RESTRAINT Case FIR No 62/13 on 09.09.13 U/S 341,323,506 IPC on application of Miss Subadhra D/o Lt. Tuloo Ram R/o Karchari  PO Sharotha Tehsil Rohru Distt Shimla, alleging therein that one person namely Bhagat Ram S/o Ronu Mal obstructed her way beaten and three others people and threat make her life in danger. The Case is being investigated by HC Man Dass  I/O PP Tikker. 

7.         During last  24 hours  189 vehicles were challaned  by Shimla  Police under MV Act. & 08 persons were challaned under COTPA (Cigarette & Other Tobacco Act 2005).  The total amount of Compounding fee of challans under MV Act & COTPA  is  Rs. 38,700/-.

1.          An ACCIDENT case FIR No. 53/13 is registered at Police Station Chirgaon on 08-09-13 U/S 279, 337, 304(A) IPC & 187 MV Act on the complaint of Sh. Surender Singh S/o Sh. Surjan Singh R/o VPO Jaltwari, Teh Chirgaon, Distt Shimla, alleging therein that during the intervening night of 07/08-09-13 one vehicle B/Camper No. HP-62A-2098 met with accident at Gartunala near Vill Khabal, due to rash and Negligent driving by driver Vidya Parkesh S/o Sh. Mehar Singh R/o VPO Jaltwari, Teh Chirgaon, Distt Shimal. In this accident five person namely (1) Sandeep Kumar S/o Sh. Ram Chander (2) Jishan Lal S/o Sh. Bihari Lal (3) Diwan Chand S/o Sh. Akbar Singh (4) Ajay Kumar S/o Sh. Khushi Ram all R/o VPO Jaltwari & (5) Rajwant S/o Sh. Ramjeet R/o Vill Sondhari, Tel Chirgaon died on the spot and driver Vidya Parkesh ran away from the spot. Case is being investigated by ASI Dharam Pal I/o PS Chirgaon.

2.          A CHEATING case FIR No. 165/13 is registered at Police Station sadar Shimla on 08-09-13 U/S 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Hardial Singh S/o Sh. Kehar Singh R/o Set No. 1, MLA Hostel Metropole, Shimla, alleging therein that one person namely Sanjay Kumar met him and offered to sell a house at Chhota Shimla with amount Rs. 20,02,000/- and took advance Rs. 3,02,000/-. He paid the remaining amount Rs. 17,00,000/- after some time. After some time he tried to contact above Sanjay Kumar but he was not available at given address and when he inquired from Sneh Lata, she told that this house has already been agreed to sold by Sanjay Kumar as per agreement to her. When he contacted above Sanjay Kumar to settle the matter, but he refuses. Case is being investigated by SI Jasbir Singh I/o PS Sadar Shimla.

3.          A CHEATING case FIR No. 166/13 is registered at Police Station Sadar Shimla on 08-09-13 U/S 420, 120B IPC on the complaint of Sh. Nardev Singh Rana S/o Sh. Padam Singh Rana R/o H. No. 854, Prade Mohalla, Kalka, Distt Panchkula, HR, alleging therein that in the years 2010 written exam conducted for the post of clerk, in the same time his neighbor Ashok Kumar met him a person who assist for Govt. Job and very close to Anurag Thakur & very possible to provide him a Govt. Jov by paying Rs. 2 lakh, conditionally half of the amount will be paid before interview, but he agreed for 50 thousand. But his name is not declared in the result. Gourav again mischief him by saying to paid 50 thousand to Sanjay Guleria who was often present in courts in Shimla, where he will prepare an affidavit for you to enter in personal interview again and he again pay Rs. 8,000/- to the account of Sh. Joginder Singh, who was employee of service selection Board Hamirpur, but he was not selected. Later on in this way he has been cheated by said persons. Case is being investigated by SI Dharam Singh I/o PS Sadar.

4.    A RIOT case FIR No. 167/13 is registered at Police Station Sadar Shimla on 09-09-13 U/S 147, 148, 149, 323, 324 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Lalit Mohan S/o Sh. Kesari Lal R/o VPO & Teh Banjar, Distt Kullu, alleging therein that on 08-09-13 at 9:00 PM when he and his friend Praveen Bhardwaj, Ishant Roi went to Himani Restaurant for dinner, 8/10 unknown person came down from IInd Floor Kevin and beat them. Case is being investigated by HC Vinod Bhagta I/o PS Sadar.

5.           An ACCIDENT case FIR No. 147/13 is registered at Police Station Rampur on 09-09-13 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Chuni Lal S/o Sh. Shinghu Ram R/o Vill Khamadi, Nankhari, Teh Rampur, Distt Shimla alleging therein that on 07-09-13 he loaded 453 apple boxes in vehicle LP Truck No. HR-55A-3273, near Kaleda Nala driver Pawan Kumar Negi lose the control and above vehicle rolled down from the road. In this accident driver sustained injury. Case is being investigated by ASI Hari Singh I/C PP Nankhari.

6.          (THEFT & RECOVERY) A THEFT case FIR No. 148/13 is registered at Police Station Rampur on 09-09-13 U/S 379 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Raj Kumar Sharma S/o Sh. Uttam Ram Sharma R/o Vill Thali, PO Teh Karsog, Distt Mandi, alleging therein that during the intervening night of 08-/09-09-13 some unknown person has stolen away his vehicle Motor cycle No. HP-30-2599 parked at Khpari. Case is being investigated by HC Sunil Kumar I/o PS Rampur. During investigation accused person has been arrested.

7.          An ABETMENT TO COMMIT SUICIDE case FIR No. 181/13 is registered at Police Station west Shimla on 09-09-13 U/S 306 IPC on the report of PSI Rajesh Prasher PS west Shimla that on 08-09-13 he has found the died body of Somi Kumar S/o sh. Mamraj R/o Vill Danghog Sakholi, Teh Kumrayu, Distt Sirmour below Himfed Power Co-portion Building Tuti Kandi forest area and also found a suicide note in his pent. He claim Mangat Ram Fogi, Rajinder, Rajinder Kathvar Lalan for his suicide.

8.          AN ACCIDENT case FIR No. 38/13 is registered at Police Station  Nerwa on 09-09-13 U/S 279, 337 IPC and 187 MV Act on  the statement of Smt. Leela Devi W/o Late Sh. Kundan Singh R/o Vill Routan, PO Jignipul, Teh Chopal, Distt Shimla, alleging therein that on 08-09-13 when she was in Nerwa Bazar, one person named Sunil Kumar came in his vehicle Nano Car No. HP-33T-9260 and hit her and ran away from the spot. In this incident she sustained injury in her right foot. Case is being investigated by HC Hem Raj  I/o PS Nerwa.

9.          During last 24 hours 141 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act, 12 challaned under COPTA and 06 under Mining Act. The total amount of compounding fee of challans under MV Act and COPTA is Rs. 29,700/-.

CRIME REPORT 08 SEPTEMBER

1.            A WRONGFUL RESTRAINT Case FIR No. 44/13  is registered at Police Station New Shimla on 07.09.13 U/S 341, 323,506 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Sandeep Sharma S/o Sh.Krishan chand Sharma R/o Thakur Niwas Bhagwati nagar Lower Khalini PO Rajhana Tehsil & distt Shimla, alleging therein that on 07.09.13 at 7.30 PM when he was coming to his home Khalini with his friend Rajesh and reached Khalini chowk Bye Pass Road Khem Sharma who is working in RMSA near Bus Stand & along with his two friend restraint his way & beaten him as well as  threatened him to kill. The Case is being investigated by HC Roshan Lal I/O PS New Shimla.

2.           A PUNISHMENT FOR CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION  Case FIR No.164/13  is registered at PS Sadar Shimla on 07.09.13 U/S 506  IPC  on  the  complaint of Sh Rakesh Gupta S/o Sh. Ashrafi Lal Gupta R/o Shop No. 2 Old I.S.B.T Shimla, alleging therein that   One Lady namely Minakshi member of Child Help Line  alongwith two other  persons  came  in his shop and threatened  him  and also  compel  to produce the documents / birth certificate of  servant  otherwise they  shall  closed   their  shop/ business.  The Case is being investigated by SI Jasbir Singh I/O P.S Sadar Shimla.

3.         A BURGLARY Case FIR No. 150/13 is registered at  PS Dhalli on     08.09.13 U/S 457,380on the statement of Sh. Kamal Kishore S/o  Sh Om Parkesh R/o Kogi  P,O Durgapur  Distt Shimla, alleging therein that about 2.30 AM when  he was going outside for toilet then he listen on  sharp whistle sound adjoining  Devta Mandir  Nanal,  He saw 4/5 men were running  away from the  premises of Devta Nanal Mandir. Later on  the priest  of  above  Mandir came  on spot and  saw some  Gold & Silver items have stolen from Mandir  which is worth approximately  Rs.62.900 /- . The case  is being  investigated by I/C PP. Mashobra.

4.       HUSBAND OR RELATIVE OF HUSBAND OF A WOMAN SUBJECTING HER TO CRUELTY a  Case  FIR No. 178/13 is registered at PS West on 07.08.13 U/S 498A, 506 IPC on   the complaint of Smt. Sushma Verma  W/o Late . Sh. Vineet Sharma  and D/o Sh. Rattan Lal Sharma R/o Village Guhai Anadale, PO AG, Tehsil and District Shimla ,alleging therein that she has got married with Sh. Vineet Sharma S/o Sh. Vishwar Nath Sharma R/o Main Market Near SVN Gaon, Rajgarh, District Sirmour on  07..02.13 under Hindu Customs and her husband namely Vineet Sharma was performed a private business  as Stationary Shop at Sirmour in between complainant husband died in PGI Chandigarh due to an accident after occurred this incident of her life, in-laws were  frequently tortured and harassed her, their name's Mother-in-law Smt. Santosh Kumari, Brother- in-law Sh. Sumeet Sharma and Smt. Sumit namely Vandana and Father-in-law Murari Lal. The case is being investigated by ASI Bhagi Rath I/O  PS East.

5.          A HOUSE-TRESPASS IN ORDER TO COMMIT OFFENCE PUNISHABLE WITH IMPRISONMENT Case FIR  No. 179/13 is registered at PS West on 08.09.13 U/S  451,380,34 IPC on statement   of Sh Rama Chaudhary W/o Sh. Hardyal Chaudhary , alleging therein that  on 07.09.13  some persons namely Hazari Lal S/o Sh. Brij Lal, Devinder, Mansa Ram and Uma Chand were came her home  at suddenly and stood on her door and make a full and entire effort to damage furniture article inside the room. The Case is being investigated by PSI Rajesh  Prasher  I/O  PS West.

6.        AN ACCIDENT Case FIR No. 180/13 is registered at   PS  West  on 08.09.13 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of  Sh . Sunil Kumar S/o Sh. Hari Nath Niwasi Village Kartha, PO Kilarh, Tehsil Pangi, District Chamba (HP)  and presently Student of HPU Shimla under 3^rd Semester  were  conversation amongst with  their  friend circle at  12:30 PM., namely Inder Singh and Ram Singh who are also bonafide residential at District Chamba during the time a Car No. HP 62B–1003 was crossed  swiftly and over speedy came from other side and hit upon his leg due to which his leg was injured. The case is being investigated by HC Suresh Kumar  I/ O PP Summerhill.

2.    An ASSAULT TO DETER PUBLIC SERVANT case FIR No. 149/13 is registered at Police Station Dhalli Shimla on 06-09-13 U/S 353, 332 IPC on the complaint of Tilak Raj Chandel, JBT Teacher Primary School Khatnol, alleging therein that on 06-09-13 when he was at Bus Stop Bagh for Sports Coaching Duty one person namely Yashwent (Raju) S/o Late Sh. 3.    A HURT case FIR No. 37/13 is registered at Police Station Kotkhai on 06-09-13 U/S 23 Juvenile Justice Act 2000 and 323 IPC on the complaint of Vinod S/o Late Sh. Ghyan Chand R/o Vill Jarai, PO Kalbog, Teh Kotkhai, Distt Shimla, alleging therein that on 25-08-13 his brother named Deepak went to play tournament at Gumma. On 25-08-13 DP Govt. 4.    An ACCIDENT case FIR No. 163/13 is registered at Police Station Sadar Shimla on 06-09-13 U/S 279, 337 IPC & 187 MV Act on the statement of Smt. Poonam Pathania W/o Sh. Alok Pathainia R/o Ananda Villa, by-pass road Tolland, Shimla, alleging therein that on 05-09-13 at 1:25 PM when she was boarding in the Bus No. HP-09-2527, suddenly driver start the Bus and she fell down from the stairs, due to which she sustained injury and driver & conductor ran away from the spot. Case is being investigated by HC Ravinder Chaudhary I/O PS Sadar.

5.    An ACCIDENT case FIR No. 106/13 is registered at Police Station Kumarsain on 07-09-13 U/S 279, 337, 201 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Rohit Kumar S/o Sh. Partap Singh R/o Vill Bhonda, PO Oddi, Teh Kumarsain, Distt Shimla, alleging therein that on 06-09-13 he load Apples in the vehicle Pick-up and went to Shimla, near Oddi he saw one Nepali person hit by some unknown vehicle and he laid down on the road. Case is being investigated by ASI Lachhi Ram I/o PS Kumarsain.

6.    A WRONGFUL RESTRAINT case FIR No. 145/13 is registered at Police Station Rampur on 07-09-13 U/S 341, 323, 504 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Sunil Kumar S/o Sh. Rehru Ram R/o Vill Kumsu, PO Noagli, Teh Rampur, Distt Shimla, alleging therein that on 06-09-13 at 9:00 PM when he was going to his home, near the house of Amer Singh R/o Kumsu, Amar Singh wrongfully restrained his way, abuse him and stabbed knife in his left shoulder. Case is being investigated by HC Ram Lal I/o PS Rampur.

7.    A HURT case FIR No 44/13 is registered at Police Station Chopal on 06-09-13 U/S 324, 341 IPC on the complaint of Kumari Gulshan Chuahan D/o Sh. Sohan Lal C/o Prince Mohan R/o Vill Dewat, Teh Chopal, Distt Shimla, alleging therein that on 05-09-13 one boy namely Mukesh obstructed her way and threw acid on her face. Case is being investigated by ASI Ram Gopal I/o PS Chopal.
