Crime Report on, 11 November 2019

1.   AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 08/19 has been registered at PS Deha on 10.11.2019 U/S 279,304A IPC on the rukka of SI Paramjeet Saini I/O SHO PS Deha alleged therein that on 10.11.2019 a tipper No. HP 63 2254 met with an accident in which one person namely Anil Thakur S/o Late Sh. Bhanu Prakash R/o village Chamera Tehsil Saloni, District Shimla died on the spot. The case is being investigated by SI Paramjeet Saini I/o PS Deha.

2.   AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 107/19 has been registered at PS Kumarsain today on 11.11.2019 U/S 3,4 Public Gambling Act on the rukka of HC Bhupender Singh I/o PP Sainj alleged therein that on 11.11.2019 during patrolling near Singapore along with staff he recovered Rs 20400/- from 09 persons while they were playing gamble in public place. The case is being investigated by I/o PP Sainj.

3.   AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 214/19 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 10.11.2019 U/S 279, 337 IPC & 187 MV Act  in which complainant alleged that on 10.11.2019 an unknown number vehicle hit her son at near Dhalli Tunnel. In this accident her son sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by I/o ASI Ravinder I/o PS Dhalli. 

4. During last 24 hours 58 Challaned without seat belt, 11 challan drunken driving, 19 without helmet, 32 without Driving License, 02 using mobile phone, 15 person’s challaned under Smoking Act.
