Crime Report on March 21,2016

1. An Excise Act case FIR No 55/16 has been registered at PS Sadar on 20.03.2016 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Lachmi Singh I/O PS Sadar  alleging therein that 20.03.2016 he was on patrolling  duty towards Town Hotel  along with staff .When they  reached Near Town Hotel a person namely Man Bhadur S/o Sh Daya Ram Thapa R/o village Shatala P/o Shatala Tehsil & Distt Delang Nepal A/P 34/2 Anaj Mandi Shimla intercepted by them and recovered  12 bottles of country Liquor from his possession .The case is bering investigated by  on the rukka of ASI Lachmi Singh I/O PS Sadar.
2. An Excise Act case FIR No 56/16 has been registered at PS Sadar on 20.03.2016 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Amar Nath I/O PP Lakkar Bazar   alleging therein that 20.03.2016 he was on patrolling  duty towards bharari, Auckland   along with staff .When they  reached near Khulla Mor a person namely Rakesh Sharma  S/o Sh Krishan Dev  R/o village Shandil Niwas ,Shanan P/o A.G  Distt Shimla-3 intercepted by them and recovered  12 bottles of country Liquor from his possession .The case is being investigated by ASI Amar Nath  I/O PP Lakkar Bazar.
3. An Accident case FIR No 38/16 has been registered at PS Theog on 20.03.2016 U/S 279,337 IPC On the Statement of Sh Vidya Nand Pandey village Nano P/O Balag Tehsil Theog Distt Shimla alleging therein that on 20.03.2016 a truck No HP-64-6997 met with An Accident near Naina Bazar in which driver Jagtar Singh @ Pappu sustained injuries.The case is being investigated by ASi Sanjeev Kumar I/C PP Deha.
4. During last 24 hours 310 vehicles challaned under MV Act,  Total Challan compounded =118 & fine realized Rs. 36,300/-, 30 Persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 3000/-

Inquest Report

Decessed Chetram S/o Lt Sh Fina Ram R/o village Sadog P/o Dadwali Sub Tehsil Nankhari died due to burn .Proceeding U/S 174 CrPC will conduct at PP Nankhari.

Follow-Up

1. Accused Prakash Chand S/o Sh. Chet Ram R/o Village & PO Jokhar, Tehsil Kupvi, Distt. Shimla arrested in case FIR No 14/16 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act at PS Chopal send to Judicial custody up to 30.03.2016 by the Ld Court.

2. Accused namely Vijay Luxmi W/o Sh. Dev Chand R/O Pekha PO Khashadhar Teh Chirgaon Distt Shimla arrested in case FIR No. 23/16 Dt. 18.03.2016 U/S 452,326,307, IPC at PS Rorhu send to judicial custody by the Ld Court.

3. Accused Vijay Chauhan S/o Sh. Daulat Ram Chauhan R/o Rukmani Niwas, North-Oak Sanjauli, Shimla, age 34 years arrested in case FIR No 65/16 U/S 22-61-85 ND&PS Act at PS Dhalli is on Police remand upto 22.03.2016.

4. Accused prem @ Raju S/o Lt Tika Ram R/o Vill Munahana PO Malari  Tehsil Nalagarh   Distt Solan Age  23 years arrested in case FIR No 33/16 dated 20-3-16 U/S 363,366,376 IPC at PS Kumarsain is being produced before Ld Court today.
