- A ND&PS Act case FIR No. 291/15 has been registered at PS Dhalli today i.e. 23.08.2015 U/S 22-61-85 ND&PS Act on the rukka of HC Vinay Kumar, I/O PP Sanjauli, Shimla alleging therein that today he alongwith staff was on patrolling duty towards at Sanjauli Bazar. At about 10-45 AM, when they reached near Rain Shelter at Bus Stoppage, Sanjauli, one person namely Ankit S/o Sh. Ram Lal R/o Arti Niwas, near Housing Board, Colony, Sanjali Shimla-6, intercepted by them. During search, 24 bottles of Corex 100ml each, 30 tablets of Nitrosen-10 & 144 capsules of Pasmo Proxyvon Plus restricted medicine, recovered from his possession. The case is being investigated by HC Vinay Kumar, I/O PP Sanjauli, Shimla.
- A Theft case FIR No. 290/15 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 22.08.2015 U/S 379 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Sunil Dutt Sharma S/o Lt. Sh. Hans Raj Sharma R/o Dev Niwas, Cemetery Road Sanjauli Shimla alleging therein that in the intervening night of 21/22.08.2015, some unknown person has stolen away his vehicle No. HP-62B-0349 alongwith documents bearing engine No. F8BIN4617588 & Chasis No. MA3ECA12502874567, parked near Sanjauli on Lakkar Bazar Road. The case is being investigated by HC Vinajy Kumar, I/O PP Sanjauli.
- During last 24 hours 243 vehicles challaned under MV Act, 05 Persons challan under smoking Act and 01 Challaned under Mining Act. Total challaned compounded= 110 & fine realized Rs. 35,000/-

Naresh Deshta S/o Sh. Khayali Ram R/o Village Sartey, PO Malath, Tehsil & PS Chopal, Distt. Shimla arrested in Case FIR No 287/15 Dt. 21.08.2015 U/S 147,148,149,353,332 506 IPC PS Sadar, today produced before Trial Court. He is remanded in Police Custody upto 24.08.2015.
Ankit S/o Sh. Ram Lal R/o Arti Niwas, near Housing Board, Colony, Sanjali Shimla-6 arrested today in case FIR No. 291/15 Dt. 23.08.2015 U/S 22-61-85 ND&PS Act at PS Dhalli. He will be produced before trial court tomorrow.
