1        Wrong fully restrain case FIR No 214/15 U/S 341,506,34, IPC PS West  has been registered on the complaint of Sh. Sanjay Kumar S/o late  Sh. Karam Singh R/o Kamsehra Po. Jarol Tehsil Sunder Nagar Distt. Mandi HP alleging therein in that today when he was setting  passengers in his Taxi from the parking of  Railway station Shimla. SI Abhishak and  Mansa Ram were already present there without uniform and they stopped his way and slapped him with any cause. They threatened him with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by HC Basu Dav No106 I/o PS west

2       Burglary case FIR No 80/15 dated 30-06-2015 U/S 457,380IPC PS Rohroo has been registered on the application of Sh. Ashwani Kumar Kumar S/o Sh. Jogender Chauhan R/o Village Rathi P.o Bchaunch Tehsil Rohroo Distt Shimla alleging therein that on 29/30-08-2015 in intervening night some unknown person broken his house lock and stolen gold and silvers ornaments i.e Brager Gold 1 Pr, Bragar with one set Gold ,Kannten Pr. gold , Trmania 1 Pr,Gold , Golden Chain 1 No Tilli Gold 1No,Dimond Koka one Pc, silver Kare one pr.  Ring gold 1 No, etc Total value  of stolen property is near about 4/5 lac.  Case is being investigated by Asi Kamal I/O P.S Rohroo

3       An accident Case FIR No 47/15 dated 30-08-2015 U/S 279,337 IPC PS Kotkhai has been registered on the statement of Sh. Rjeev Dav Kola ( Nepali) at present residing at village Ratan Tehsil Kot khai distt. Shimla HP alleging their in that on 29-08-2015 at 11P.M. A pikup No HP71-0646 met with an accident near Charu Bag resulting two person got injured in this accident who have been hospitalized. Case is being investigated by Asi kamal Dev I/O PS Kot khai

4       An accident case FIR No 133/15 dated 30-08-2015 U/s 279,337 IPC Ps Theog has been registered on the statement of Sh Brahama Nand S/o Sh. Mast Ram R/o Tikkar P.O Theog & Tehsil Theog Distt Shimla alleging therein that on 29-30-08-2015 at 1-30 A.M Driver Jit Ram has  informed by telephonically to Mr Brahamanand   that His Tipper No HP 09 A -2003 S /Mazda rolled down  into Nala near Rahighat Theog due to negligent or  back driving  by the driver of Mr Jeet Ram. In this accident Mr. Jeet Ram and Conductor Davi Lal  have got injuries and hospitalized at Theog. Case is being investigated by HC Ashok Kumar No 1682 I/O Ps Theog

 

5       During last 24 hours 186 vehicles were Challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act,  Total Challan compounded = 53 and fine realized Rs 34,000/-

Inquest Report U/S 174 Crpc

1 Deceased Kulbhushan S/o Sh. Daya Nand Village Gandal Tehsil Chirgaon Distt. Shimla Aged 28 yers died ue to fell  down from the frist story building of ISBT Tutikandi Shimla in the jurisdiction of PS West. Dead body has been kept in the dead house at IGMC Shimla.

Accused Sagar Chand S/o Ramesh Kumar R/o Puruwala P.O Gorkah wala ,Tehsil Ponta Sahib Distt, Sirmour has been sent to police custody up to 01-09-2015 in police remand  in case FIR No 79/15 U/S 379 IPC P.S Rohroo by the ld court of JMIC Rohroo
