A Cheating case FIR No. 21/15 has been registered at PS Sadar on 31.01.2015 U/S 420, 467,468,471, 120B IPC on the complaint of Sh. Rajan Kuthiala S/o Sh. Kewal Krishan Kuthiala R/o House No. 5999, Shimla alleging therein that as per the Revenue record, his grand-father Late Sh. Lala Mangat Ram Kuthiala constructed the house "Karling Ford" in 1800 Sq. Meter land, Khewat No. 83/74, Khatauni No. 133/123-124 at Ridge "Station Bara" in Shimla. His grand-father have two sons namely Sh. Radha Krishan & Sh. Kewal Krishan (father of complainant) and three daughter namely Smt. Swarankanta, Shankutla Devi & Smt. Indubala. As per the revenue record, after the death of his grand-father, his (complainant) father was also legal heir of above property. On 14.07.2006, after the death of his father, he alongwith his brothe & sister are legal heir of above property. But his uncle Radha Krishan Kuthiala with the help of officers of Revenue Department, have sold the above property without his consent and cheated him. The case is being investigated by SI Deepak Kumar, I/O PS Sadar.
During last 24 hours Total 86 vehicles challaned by Shimla police under MV Act & 01 challaned under Mining Act. Total Challan compounded= 38 and Fine realized Rs. 12,900/-.

Four accused namely Raj Kumar Thapa Chlawane S/O Hasta Bhadur Thapa Chlawane R/O Vpo & Distt Salyana State Rapti Nepal, Age 19, Chetti Ram S/O Krishan Raj R/O Vill. Khani Po Salyana State Rapti Nepal Age 23, Ashok Thapa S/O Harka Bhadur R/O Vpo & Distt Salyana State Rapti Nepal Age 22 & Nirmal Budha S/O Budhi Ram R/O Vill. Chaklighat Po Sideshwari Distt. Salyana State Rapti Nepal Age 18 Years have been arrested in Case FIR No. 33/15 Dt. 27.01.15 U/S 302 IPC at PS West Shimla, are on police remand upto 04.02.2015.
