An Excise Act case FIR No 128/14 has registered at PS Sadar on 22.09.2014 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the statement of HC Gian Chand No. 903, A/p Traffic Unit Shimla alleging therein that on 22.09.2014, he was on traffic duty at Local Bus stand Shimla. At about 07.50 PM, one motorcycle No. HP-63-1310, driven by Raju S/o Sh. Sadhak Ram R/o Dhara near Labour Hostel Krishna Nagar Shimla, came rashly towards him. He stopped him and during search he recovered 12 bottles of country liquor, marka Suroor, from his possession. The Case is being investigated by ASI Amar Nath, I/O PS Sadar, Shimla.
An Accident case FIR No. 83/14 is registered at PS Rohru on 22.09.2014 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of sh. Shiv Singh S/o Late Sh. Saju Ram R/o Village & PO- Kadiwan, Tehsil- Rohru, District- Shimla age 41 years alleging therein that on 22.09.2014, he alongwtih his wife Sushma Devi were going towards Kadiwan from Tikker by Bus No. HP-10B-7609. At about 11-00 AM, when they reached at Lambidhar, at the same time above bus rolled down on the road due to rash & negligent driving of bus driver. They sustained injuries in this incident. The case is being investigated by HC Man Dass I/O PP Tikker.
A Grievous Injury case FIR No. 178/14 is registered at PS West on 23.09.2014 U/S 323, 325 IPC on the report of Smt. Satya Devi W/o Late Sh. Ram Lal R/o Village- Neri, PO- Chaily, Tehsil & District- Shimla alleging therein that on Smt. Uma Devi W/o Sh. Sanjay Thakur has beaten her , which cause grievous injuries to her. The case is being investigated by HC Keshav Ram, I/O PP Summer Hill.
An Accident case FIR No. 179/14 is registered at PS West on 23.09.2014 U/S 279 IPC on the statement of Sh. Padam Singh S/o Late Sh. Nikka Ram R/o Village- Tikker, PO- Anji Brahmna, Tehsil- Kandaghat, Solan A/p Driver Tipper No. HP-51-0776, O/o HP PWD, Sub-Division, Shoghi, Shimla alleging therein that today he was going towards Sonubangla in Tipper No. HP-51-0776. At about 10-00 AM, when he reached near Mohari, at the same time one Truck No. MP-06-HC-2047 came rashly towards Shoghi and hit his truck. The case is being investigated by HC Ravinder Kumar, I/O PS West.
An Accident case FIR No. 148/14 is registered at PS Theog on 23.09.2014 U/S 279,337,304A IPC on the statement of Sh. Sonu S/o Sh. Mohd. Shareef R/o Village- Malair, PO , Tehsil & Distt. Sangroor, Punjab alleging therein that on 23.09.2014, he alongwith Jasbir (driver) was going from Solan to Khara Pathar in vehicle No. PB-19H-7276 (Tata-407). When they reached near Shinai, Theog, above vehicle met with an accident due to rash & negligent driving of drive Jasbir. Driver Jasbir has died on the spot and he sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Yogesh, I/O PS Theog.
Causing hurt by means of poison case FIR No. 44/14 is registered at PS Nerwa on 23.09.2014 U/S 328 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Bhupinder Singh Sishodia S/o Sh. Gian Singh R/o Village- Kuntagan, alleging therein that on intervening night of 22.09.2014, one person Kali Bahadur has mixed some insecticide in the water tank. Today at about 05-00 AM, when his god-sister used the same water for drink, she fell unconscious and brought to CHC Nerwa for treatment. The case is being investigated by SI Jasbir Singh, SHO PS Nerwa.
A Theft case FIR No. 134/14 is registered at PS Dhalli on 23.08.2014 U/S 379,511 IPC on the application of Sh. Ranjit Kuthiala S/o Sh. Ravinder Kuthiala R/o House No. 35, Khera Niwas Sanjauli Shimla alleging therein that he has parked his vehicle No. DL-4CK-3711 on Sanjuli Lakkar Bazar road. At about 01-45 PM, he saw that one unknown person was opening the rubber strip from his vehicle. When he asked him about the removal of rubber strip, he pushed him and run away from the spot. After that, he caught him with the help of Sh. Sanjay Verma & Salesh. The case is being investigated by HC Roshan Lal, I/O PP Sanjauli.
During last 24 hours 133 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act. Total challan were compound= 75 and fine realize Rs. 20,700/-
