CRIME REPORT 24 FEBRUARY

  1. An Accident Case FIR No. 13/14 is registered at PS Sunni on 23.02.14 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Hira Lal S/o late Sh. Tula Ram R/o Vill. Molgi, PO Pandoha, Teh. Sunni, Distt. Shimla, alleging therein that on 22-2-14 a vehicle Truck No. HP11C-5556 met with an accident near Molgi village. In this incident driver Jai Prakash got injured.  The Case is being investigated by SHO PS Sunni.

  2. An Accident Case FIR No. 14/14 is registered at PS Nerwa on 23.02.14 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Rajender Singh S/o late Sh. Sukh Ram R/o Vill. Dhadu, Teh. Chopal, Distt. Shimla, alleging therein that on 23-2-14  when he was going to Diyandly alongwith Het Ram, Suresh, Mohan & Kewal Ram in Alto vehicle No. HP08A-1240 met with an accident near GPS Diyandli due to rash and negligent driving by Kewal Ram.  The Case is being investigated by HC Sant Ram, I/O PS Nerwa.

  3. A Wrongful Restraint Case FIR No. 36/14 is registered at PS Dhalli on 23.02.14 U/S 341, 323, 506 IPC on the statement of Sh. Attar Singh S/o Sh. Jeet Ram R/o Sharma Niwas Sharan, PO Kamla Nagar, Teh. & Distt. Shimla, alleging therein that on 23-2-14 when he repaired  bus No. HP07-4172 at Bhattakuffer then the owner of bus Sh. Khem Ram came there and beat him  and also threatened him that if he reported in police, then he will kill him. The Case is being investigated by ASI Prem Lal, I/O PS Dhalli.

  4. An Burglary Case FIR No. 27/14 is registered at PS Sadar on 23.02.14 U/S 457, 380 IPC that on 28-1-14 some unknown person has stolen away 2 gold rings, 1 gold coin, 8 silver coins, 2 panjeb ankelets, 2 bangles, 1 digital camera & cash Rs. 40,000/-.  The Case is being investigated by ASI Mahinder Lal, I/O PS Sadar.

  5. An Burglary Case FIR No. 28/14 is registered at PS Sadar on 24.02.14 U/S 457, 380 IPC that some unknown person has stolen away 2 pair silver ankelets, 2 mobile phones Nokia & Micromax, 4 watches & cash Rs. 5,000/-.  The Case is being investigated by HC Raj Pal, I/O PP Lakkar Bazar.

  6. During last 24 hours 133 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act. 04 persons were challaned under Smoking Act The total amount of Compounding fee of challan is Rs. 21,900/-.
