CRIME REPORT 20 FEBRUARY

  1. An Accident Case FIR No. 21/14 is registered at PS West on 20.02.14 U/S 279 IPC on the statement of Sh. Yogeshwer Chaudhary S/o Sh. Ram Chand R/o House No. 285, Shyamnagar Dharamshala, Distt. Kangra, alleging therein that that on 11.2.14 a vehicle No. HP01A-4513 hit his vehicle No. HP01D-3293 near Kumar House Shimla. The Case is being investigated by HC Ravinder Kumar, I/O PS West.

  2. An Accident Case FIR No. 13/14 is registered at PS Nerwa on 19.02.14 U/S 279, 337, 304A IPC on the statement of Sh. Lokinder Singh S/o late Sh. Dulla Ram R/o Vill. Gai Kyar, Sub Teh. Nerwa, Distt. Shimla, alleging therein that that on 19.2.14 he was travelling from Attal to Nerwa along with Baldev Singh in vehicle No. HP08A-0484 met with an accident. In this accident Baldev Singh S/o Sh. Mast Ram died on the spot. The Case is being investigated by HC Sant Ram, I/O PS Nerwa.

  3. A ND&PS Act Case FIR No. 17/14 is registered at PS East on 20.02.14 U/S 20 ND&PS Act on the rukka of HC Harish Kumar, I/O PS East that when he was on patrolling alongwith staff near Navbahar a person namely Pratap Singh S/o Sh. Laiq Ram R/o Vill. Lani, PO Koti Bonch, Teh. Shilai, Distt. Sirmour started running to saw the police officials. During his personal search 152 gm charas has been recovered from his possession. ACCUSED ARRESTED. The Case is being investigated by HC Harish Kumar, I/O PS East.

  4. A Burglary Case FIR No. 18/14 is registered at PS East on 20.02.14 U/S 457, 380 IPC THAT some unknown person has broken the lock of main door and stolen away house hold of worth Rs. 50,000/-. The Case is being investigated by HC Om Krishan, I/O PAR Vikasnagar.

  5. A Burglary Case FIR No. 20/14 is registered at PS West on 19.02.14 U/S 457, 380 IPC  that some unknown person has broken her main door’s lock and entered into the house and stolen away 2 gold Kare, 1 gold chain, 6 gold rings, 2 small ring gold, 2 gold chain, 2 gold kiti set, gold chalk, 5 pair silver payal, one pair silver Chalbali, one pair silver Kare, 4 mobile phone & cash amounting Rs. 25,000-. The Case is being investigated by HC Sushil Kumar, I/O PP Jutog.

  6. During last 24 hours 134 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act. The total amount of Compounding fee of challan is Rs. 14,600/-.
