Crime Report on August ,03, 2019

1.   AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 88/19 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on 02.08.2019 U/S 279, 427 IPC on the statement of Sh. Kushal kumar S/o Sh. Ram Kishan R/o ward No. 3, PO Mehtpur, Tehsil & Distt Una, HP owner of Truck No. HP20F-3737 stated therein that on dated 01.08.2019 he and his driver Jaswant Singh S/o Sh. Vikram Singh R/o VPO Dehla, Tehsil & Distt Una, HP was going to Ani in his above Truck as he reached near Kainthla MORE, his above driver lost his control and rolled down from the road at about 15/20 meter. In this accident four plants of CHERI and the house of Sh. Bharat Bhushan R/o Kainthla More, got damaged. The case has been registered.

2.   AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 173/19 has been registered at PS West Shimla today on 03.08.2019 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Happy Sharma S/o Sh. Prakash Chand Sharma R/o V.P.O. Ghanahatti, Tehsil & District Shimla, alleging therein that on dated 02.08.2019 at about 07.15 PM his son Mr Chinmay Sharma was playing at Ghanahatti Bazar, a motorcycle No. HP63A-5087 driven by Sahil S/o Sh. Yog Raj Bansal come rashly and hit his son. In this accident his son sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Suresh Kumar I/C PP Dhami, PS West, Shimla.

3.   During last 24 hours 05 challan drunken driving, 69 challan without seat belt,  25 challan without helmets, 14 without driving License, 07 challan using mobile phones 19 persons challaned under Smoking Act.01 person challaned under mining act.

Crime Report on August 02, 2019

1.   AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 111/19 has been registered at PS Rampur on 02.08.2019 U/S 279,337 IPC of Sh Akshaya Chauhan S/O Sh. Veer Bajrangvillage Baja PO Taklech Tehsil Rampur Distt Shimla HP alleged therein that on 01.08.2019 a pick up No HP 92-1062 met with an accident in which one person sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by I/O PS Rampur.

2.   A CHEATING: Case FIR No. 38/19 has been registered at PS Kupvi on 01.08.2019 U/S 420 IPC on the complaint of Sh Nariya Ram Chovalta S/o Sh Baliya Ram R/o village Chavalti p/o Dhar Chanana Tehsil Kupvi alleged therein that a company (HP Unversed Health Protection Scheme) reached Dharchana in year 2018 for making health cards of villagers and took Rs 400 for per each card but after some time above company leave the above place without making health cards and did not return back till date. The case is being investigated by I/o PS Kupvi.

Crime Report on August, 01, 2019

1.   AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No.  49/19 has been registered at PS Nerwa on 31.07.19 U/S 39(i) Excise Act on the rukka of SHO PS Nerwa alleging therein that on 31.07.2019 during patrolling he recovered 12 bottles of country liquor from the possession of Sunny Hemta S/o Rajinder  Himta R/o Dawandali P/o Pauria Tehsil Nerwa District Shimla . The case is being investigated by SHO PS Nerwa.

2.   AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 171/19 has been registered at PS West on 01.08.2019 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Sh Dalveer Singh S/o Sh. Sardar Ajeet Singh R/o H.No 15, Rose Colony Near Mathura Colony, Rajpura road Patiala Punjab A/P driver bus No. PB 65 AS 0795 alleging therein that on 31.07.2019 when he was coming Shimla from Chandigarh. When he reached near Taradevi a vehicle No. HP 10B 2510 Alto came rashly from Shimla side and collided with his Bus in which three person’s sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by I/o PS West.  

3.   A TRESPASS: Case FIR No. 172/19 has been registered at PS West on 01.08.2019 U/S 451, 504, 506 & 427 IPC on the statement of Sh Ravin Rana S/o Sh Parsotam Rana R/o J.P Cottage Lower Chakkar Shimla-5 alleged therein that on 31.07.2019 a person namely Ramesh Thakur entered in his premises and broke the glasses of his house. He also threatened him with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by I/O Ps West.

4.   AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No 81/19 has been registered at PS Chopal on 01.08.2019 U/S 279 IPC on the rukka of HC Satish Kumar I/O PS Chopal alleged therein that on 01.08.2019 an ambulance 108 No. HP 63 4297 collided with HRTC Bus due to rash and negligent driving of both vehicles drivers. The case is being investigated by I/o PS Chopal.

5.   AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No 138/19 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 01.08.2019 U/S 279 337 IPC & 187 MV Act  alleged therein that on 01.08.2019 an Unknown vehicle hit her at Chlaunthi (sanjauli) during crossing the road. After that driver of vehicle carried victim in his vehicle toIGMC and run away from there. The case is being investigated by I/O PP Sanjauli.

1. Accident Case: Case FIR No.137/19 Dt. 31.07.19 U/S 279 337 IPC has   been registered at PS Dhalli, complainant alleged therein that on 30.07. 2019 she was going towards Sanjauli Chowk, when she reached near City point suddenly vehicle No. HP63A 9191 car driven by Kunal Raj S/O Sh Prithvi Raj Kalta R/O Village Brahal, PO Jharag Tehsil Rohru, Shimla, hit her and she fell down, cause's sustained injury to her. Case is being investigating by HC Bhupinder I/O PP Sanjauli.

2.  Accident Case: Case FIR No 38/19 Dt.31-07-2019 U/S 279 337 IPC has been registered at PS Sunni on the statement of Madan Lala S/O Sh Kanshi Ram R/O Village Patukhar PO Reog Tehsil Sunni Shimla alleged therein that today on 31-7-2019 about 11.55 AM when they were working on the road side near Mugna rain shelter a truck no HP62A- 0534 going toward Luhri form Sunni fell down from the road about 90 feet. In this accident two person driver of truck namely Vijay Ram S/O Nikka ram R/O Village Nal PO Ragunathpura Tehsil Sadar Bilaspur and Baldev S/O Sh Ganga Ram R/O Village Kharsi PO Sai Kharsi Tehsil Sadar Bilaspur has sustained injuries. Case is being investigating by ASI Rajinder Singh I/O PS Sunni.

                      PRESS RELEASE ON 30-07-2019

1. Excise Act: Case FIR No. 43/19 Dt. 29.07.19 U/S 39 (i) Excise Act has been registered at PS Nankhari Shimla on the ruka of SI/SHO PS Nankhari Shimla alleged therein that on 29-07-19 he along with PS staff was on patrolling duty then on secret information they raided in the shop of Hira Lal S/O Sh Chain Ram R/O Village Shilla PO Kharahan, Tehsil Nankhari, Shimla and recovered 17 bottles of country liquor from his possession. Case is being investigating by SHO.

2. Voluntarily causing hurt by dangerous weapon: Case FIR No. 157/19 Dt. 29.07.19 U/S 324 323 341 IPC has been registered at PS Sadar Shimla on the statement of Sh Jagdish Chand S/O Sh Gian Chand R/O Village Baral PO Taleli, Tehsil Sunder Nagar District Mandi alleged therein that on 28.07.19 at about 08.00 PM he was going to his room at Badash in Govt. vehicle No.HP07A-0507. When he reached near his quarter then Ashok Kumar, Manohar and Vinod obstructed his way and all of sudden Ashok Kumar attacked on him with iron rode causes sharp injury to him. Case is being investigating by HC Virender Mohan I/O PP Lakkar Bazar Shimla.

1. Excise Act: Case FIR No.136/19 Dt. 28.07.19 U/S 39 (i) Excise Act has been registered at PS Dhalli Shimla on the ruka of ASI Tek Ram I/O PS Dhalli Shimla alleged therein that on 28-07-19 he along with PS staff was on patrolling duty at Kufri Bazar. During patrolling they intercepted a person namely Kishan Chand S/O Lt. Sh. Dharam Singh R/O VPO Kufri, Shimla and recovered 08 bottles of country liquor from his possession. Case is being investigating by ASI Tek Ram I/O PS Dhalli.

2. During last 24 hours 401 vehicles challaned under MV Act 199     compounded, 05 person's challaned under Smoking Act. 01 challan under mining act.
