Crime Report on December 28,2015

1.   A Criminal Breach of Trust case FIR No 71/15 has been registered at PS Kotkhai on 27.12.2015 U/S 406, 409, 467, 468, 471,120B IPC on the complaint of Sh. Mani Ram S/o Late Sh. Fagnu Ram R/o Didi P/o Mahsu Thesil Kotkhai Distt Shimla HP alleging there in that in the year 2011, a sum of 97000/- had sanctioned to construct the Harijan Basti path to village Didi, but Smt Sunta Rangta, Pardhan Gram Panchyat Mahsu alongwith Sh Mathu Ram S/o Dhann Ram R/o Mahsu (contractor) and Balak Ram R/o Kali Ram Ward No-1 Didi Mahsu had prepared forged  bills for the payment of this work and made misappropriation of money even the work of path has not been completed so far. The case is being investigated by SI/SHO Dharam Sain Negi.

2.   During last 24 hours 337 vehicles challened under M.V Act. Total challan compounded= 137 & fine realized Rs 56,400/-

Follow-Up

1.    Five accused i) Ram Prakash Gupta S/o Sh. Panna Lal R/o Channa Cottage, 2nd Floor, near Auckland School, Lakkar Bazar, Shimla, ii) Rinku Gupta  S/o Sh. Ram Prakash R/o Channa Cottage, 2nd Floor, near Auckland School, Lakkar Bazar, Shimla, iii) Ashok Gupta S/o Sh. Jai Ram Gupta R/o Shop No. 146/1, Lower Bazar, Shimla, iv) Raj Kumar S/o Sh. Daya Shankar R/o Mahaveer Niwas, near Panchsheel Hotel, Old Bus Stand Shimla & v) Ram Kishore S/o Sh. Krishan Lal Gupta R/o Shop No. 103, Lower Bazar Shimla  have been arrested in case FIR No 344/15 dated 26-12-2015 U/S 147 148 149 353 332 504 506 IPC at PS Sadar, are on police remand for 04 days.   

2.    Accused Khem Raj S/o Het Ram Sharma R/o village Dalana P.O Khatnol Tehsil & PS Suni Distt. Shimla age 22 yrs has been arrested in case FIR No 607/15 dated 25-12-2015 U/s 20-61-1985 ND&PS Act PS Dhalli, today sent to judicial custody upto 08.10.2016..   

3.    Accused Raghuvar Sharma @ Ravi Sharma S/o Sh Hansraj Sharma R/o Vill Karana PO Bharana, Tehsil Theog age 29 years has been arrested in case FIR No. 120/15 Dt. 26.12.2015 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act at PS East, today sent to judicial custody for 14 days by the trial court.
