An Excise Act case FIR No.67/15 has been registered at PS Kotkhai on 07.12.15 U/S 39 HP Excise on the rukka of SHO PS Kotkhai alleging therein that on 07.12.2015, during patrolling he recovered 7 bottles country liquor & 12 bottles beer zingaro from the possession of Lachhu Nepali S/o Dhan Bahadur village. Jharkot C/o Kapil Chauhan. The case is being investigation by SI /SHO PS Kotkhai.
An Excise case FIR 68/15 has been registered at PS Kothkhai on 07.12.2015 U/S. 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of of SI/ SHO PS Kotkhai stated therein that during patrolling he recovered 36 bottles beer from the possession of Prakash Chauhan S/o Bhanu Lal village Pool . The case is being investigated by SI /SHO PS Kotkhai.
Act Endangering life case FIR No. 125/15 has been registered at PS Rohru on 07-12-15 U/S 336, 304A IPC on the statement of Sh. Ganesh Bahadur S/O Sh. Bhumi Poon Bahadur R/O Khanni PO & Tehsil Majhkata Distt. Salyan Anchal Rapti Ward No. 3 Nepal A/P Servent C/O Narvir Thakur @ Manoj S/O Late Sh. Dhyan Singh VPO Samra Tehsil & PS Rohru Distt. Shimla HP alleging therein that on 04.12.2015 his wife Smt. Kali took some wild vegetables from Jungle and negligently eat the vegetables herself and also feed to her children Sheela, Kalpana & Prakash. After eating the wild vegetables, they all lost their temperaments. Ganesh Bahadur took him to IGMC in 108 Ambulance. During treatment, his wife Kali, Children Kalpana & Prakash died by the negligence of his wife kali. The case is being investigated by ASI Kundan Lal, I/C PP Tikkar, PS Rohru Distt. Shimla.
An Accident Case FIR No 560/15 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 08.12.2015 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Rohit Sharma S/o Sh. Hemraj Sharma R/o Sharma Niwas below Jai Ram Bhawan Cemetery Sanjauli alleging therein that he was going Dhalli Tunnel towards Dhalli Chowak through his vehicle No,HP-03C-3971 at the same time a vehicle No.HP-09C-2665 came rashly from Dhalli Chowak side & hit his vehicle.The case is being investigating by HC Daljeet Singh I/O PS Dhalli.
An Accident case FIR No. 83/15 has been registered at PS Chirgaon on 08.122015 U/S 279,337,304A IPC on the statement Sh. Vijay Kumar S/o Sh Raja Nand village Jagoti P/o Kaloti Distt Shimla HP alleging therein that on 08.12.2015 at 3:30 AM a vehicle No Hp 10a-3078 ECO van met with an accident near Jagoti due to the negligence of driver Ashok Kumar S/o Sh. Padam Singh R/o village Sandasu Tehsil Chirgaon. Driver Ashok Kumar died on spot and his wife Santosh died in CH Rohru . The case is being investigated by ASI Bhagirat I/O PS Chirgaon
During last 24 hours 238 vehicles challened under M.V Act ,01 persons challaned under Mining act. Total challan compounded=85 &fine realized Rs 36,600/-

Kyom R/o Village & PO Chilkana, Sarahanpur, UP, arrested in case FIR No. 334/15 Dt. 05.12.2015 U/S 341 323 506 34 IPC at PS Sadar. Today accused Gulzar & Shahrukh have sent to Judicial custody for 14 days, whereas accused Mousin is on police remand upto 10.12.2015..
- Accused i) Intzar & ii) Tarbej (bo th) S/o Mohd. Akhatar R/o Village Naya Bans, PO Chilkana, Tehsil Nukkad, Distt. Sarahanpur, UP and iii) Danish S/o Sh. Dilshad R/o Chilkana, Tehsil Nukkad, Distt. Sarahanpur, UP, age 30 years, arrested today in case FIR No. 335/15 Dt. 05.12.2015 U/S 147 148 149 341 323 506 IPC at PS Sadar, are further on police remand upto 10.12.2015.
- Accused Deepak Sharma S/o Suresh Kumar H.No.A 507 Sadar Bazar Karnal has been arrested in case FIR No.372/15 on 28.10.2015 U/S 420,120B IPC at PS Dhalli, today sent to judicial custody upto 21.12.2015 by the trial court.
Recovery in Case FIR No. 108/15
A stolen Car in case FIR No. 108/15 at PS East has been recovered from Salogra (Solan). Efforts on afoot to apprehended the accused person.
