1. A Burglary case FIR No. 303/15 has been registered at PS West on 21-12-2015 u/s 457,380 IPC on the complaint of Sh. J.S. Chauhan Manager Human Resources Hotel Cecil Chaura maidan Shimla alleging therein that in the intervening night of 20/21-12-2015 some unknown person has stolen away Power bank, hand set, memory card, pan drive, coins, carry bag, jacket, 03 trousers, 02 shirts and cash Rs. 2700/. From the staff apartment of Cecil hotel. The case is being investigated by HC Ravinder I.O PS West.

2. An Accident case FIR No. 72/15 has been registered at PS Sunni on  21-12-15 u/s 279,337,304(A) IPC on the statement of Pardeep Verma S/o Sh. Neem Chand Verma Vill Badman PO Durgapur tehsil Sunni Distt Shimla stated therein that a vehicle No. HP62A-2066 met with an accident at 18/2 Devidhar near Naldehra and rolled down 200 mtr from the road due to rash and negligent driving of driver Sunil Kumar.  In this accident Sunil kumar died on the spot and Kumari Ranjna died at IGMC Shimla. The case is being investigated by SHO PS Sunni.

3. A Cheating case FIR No. 341/15 has been registered at PS Sadar on 21-12-2015 u/s 420,34 IPC on the complaint of Smt. Sudha puar W/o Mr. Deep Raj Singh Puar R/o Vill Barubag Tehsil Kumarsain Distt. Shimla alleging therein that Kehar Singh S/o Sh. Chet Ram R/o Vill Majhrana PO Bharana Tehsil Theog Distt Shimla has shown her one plot at Jakhu. Her mother gave him Rs. 97,70,000/- for sale deed of above plot. During demarcation it is come to her notice that khasra No. 1170/1339 was missing from the above plot. Kehar Singh and his son Manjeet intentionally made registry of another plot instead of the plot shown to them and cheated for Rs. 97,70,000/-. The case is being investigated by SI Jasvir Singh I.O. PS Sadar.

4. A House Trespass case FIR No. 205/15 has been registered at PS Theog today on 22-12-2015 u/s 452,323,506,34 IPC on the complaint of Asha Devi w/o Sh. Padam Chand VPO Matiyana Tehsil Theog Distt. Shimla alleging therein that on 22-12-2015 at about 10-00 AM when she alongwith her daughters was present at her home at the same time Smt. Durma Devi W/o Gulab Singh and her sister Lili illegally entered in his room,  beaten and threatened with dire consequences. In this incident she sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Ashok I.O PS Theog.   

5. During last 24 hours 254 vehicles challaned under MV Act. Total Challan compounded = 124 and fine realized Rs. 45,200/-

Mr. Chhering Namgial Manager Hotel Lord's Grey have been arrested in case FIR No. 304/15 Dated 22.12.2015 U/S 4,5,7 Immoral Traffic Act P.S. West Shimla and will be produced before Ld. ACJM-II Shimla on 23.12.2015.
