Crime Report on December 09,2015

1       A Cheating case FIR No.136/15 has been registered at PS Sadar on 08.12.2015 U/S 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 IPC on the statement of Sh Khayali RamS/o Sh.Late Sh Sibiya Ram R/o village Kanthala P/o Jai Nagar Tehsil Arki Distt Solan alleging therein that his known person namely Deepak Kumar R/o Sainj  has prepared fake documents to provide him government claim of his son's death, who has died in rail accident. He also took one lakh rupees to complete this work. Now he is not receiving his calls & switched off  his mobile phone .The case is being investigating by ASI Lachmi Singh I/O PS Sadar

2       A Theft case FIR No 69/15 has been registered at PS Jubbal on  08.12.2015 U/S 457,380 IPC on the statement of Smt Ravina W/o Yashveer R/0 village Sari P/O Hatkoti Tehsil Jubbal alleging therein that on the intervening night 07/8.12.2015 same unknown person has stolen Gold ornaments & 07 Silver Coin from her house.The case is being investigating by SHO PS Jubbal .

3       During last 24 hours 163 vehicles challened under M.V Act. Total challan compounded= 49 &fine realized Rs 14,800/-

Proceeding under Section 174 CrPC  

Deceased Karam Dass Papta S/o Sh. Raiya Ram R/o Village  Boharad  P/o Dhaiya Tehsil  Chopal Distt Shimla A/P Shanti Niwas Malyana Dhalli age 49 years found dead in his room in the jurisdiction of PS Dhalli. On inquiry preliminary inquiry it seems that deceased died  due to consumption of alcohol.
