Crime Report on Dec. 19, 2015

1. An Accident case FIR No 218/15 has been registered at PS Rampur on 18.12.2015 U/S 279,337 IPC on the rukka Of  ASI Rajesh Kumar I/O  Police Post Nankhari Distt. Shimla alleging therein that on 16.12.2015  at About 09.00 PM one Alto Car No- HP-09A-2311 met with an accident at Parmarshwari Dakh Bhaghi and rolled down 800 feet from the road. In this accident four Persons sustained injuries.  The case si being investigated By ASI Rajesh Kumar I/O PP Nankhari.
2. An Accident case FIR No 117/15 has been registered at PS East today on 19.12.2015 U/S 279, 337 IPC & 187 MV Act on the statement of Kumari Rajni D/o Sh. Fateh Singh R/o Village Majdwar PO Cheuni Tehsil Thunag PS Gohar Distt. Mandi A/P Pankaj Niwas Bhagwati Niwas Jhanjari Lower Khalini Tehsil & Distt. Shimla alleging therein that today at about 08.25 AM, she was going to Chotta Shimla from her house at Janjihri. When she reached at Talland, at the same time a Swift Car No HP-07-9090 came rashly from Khalini side and hit her and run away from the spot. The case is investigating by ASI Naresh Kumar I/O PS East Shimla.
3. A House Trespass case FIR No. 604/15 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 18.12.2015 U/S 448 380 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Praveen Kumar and Smt. Kavita R/o A-16, Alley No. 1, Indira Enclave, Loni Border, Gajiyabad, NCR Delhi alleging therein that on 25.11.2009, they have purchased a flat from Harvinder Singh at Mashobra. In the year 2012, after the death of Harvinder Singh, he said to Smt. Vidya Devi and her both sons for the registration of above flat. After some time, they called him on his mobile and said to remove their household articles from the above flat. On 27.07.2015, they came to Shimla and found that their household articles have been stolen from the flat. He doubts that Smt. Vidya Devi alongwith her both sons have committed the above theft. The case is being investigated by ASI Dharmesh Dutt, I/O PS Dhalli.      
4. Resistance or obstruction by a person to his lawful apprehension case FIR No. 127/15 has been registered at PS Kumarsain today on 19.12.2015 U/S 224 IPC on the statement of HHC Hans Raj No. 157, District Kullu, HP alleging therein that on 18.12.2015, he alongwith Ct. Pawan No. 170 came to ACJM Rampur to produce the accused Resham Khatri Nepali, age 25 years who is arrested in case FIR No. 115/15 U/S 341,323,506 IPC at PS Anni, Distt. Kullu. Ld. Court has given Judicial remand to above accused. Thereafter they alongwith above accused started to Sub-Jail Kaithu from Rampur and waiting for Bus at Sainj. At about 06-30 PM, above accused pushed them and run away from their custody. The case is being investigated by ASI Hem Chand, I/C PP Sainj.   
5. During last 24 hours 257 vehicles challaned under MV Act and 02 Persons challaned under Smoking Act. Total Challan compounded = 105 and fine realized Rs. 45,500/-

1. Accused Naseem Ahmed S/O Sh Sahmeem R/O 39 Railway colony Rahu Kheri Kora P.O. Jalala Bad Tehsil & PS Najibabad, District Bijnour, UP, age 25 years, arrested in case  FIR No. 94/15 Dt. 09.10.2015 U/S 407, 420, 120(B) IPC at PS Rohru, is on Police remand upto 22-12-2015.
