CRIME REPORT 23 JAN

1.       A THEFT case is registered at Police Station Sadar Shimla on 22-01-13 U/S 379 IPC that during the intervening night of 21-22-01-13 some unknown persons have stolen away some sanitary items from the premises of the complainant.

 

2.       A KIDNAPPING case is registered at Police Station Koikhai on 23-01-13 U/S 363 IPC that some unknown person kidnapped his wife along with two children from Khalini before 3 years. One of the kid has been recovered.

 

3.        A ROITing case is registered at Police Station Jhakhri on 22-01-13 U/S 147, 149, 427, 435, 506 IPC against six persons on the complaint received from the Ld. Court of JMIC Rampur u/s 156 (3) Cr. P.C. that on 14.11.2012 they cremated the dead body of Teju Ram in the land of complainant caused damage to his apple plants. The accused persons threatened the complainant with dire consequences.   

 

4.        A ROITing case is registered at Police Station Jhakhri on 22-01-13 U/S 147, 149, 427, 435, 506 IPC against six persons on the complaint received from the Ld. Court of JMIC Rampur u/s 156 (3) Cr. P.C. that on 15/09/2010 they cremated the dead body of Dutta Ram in the land of complainant caused damage to his apple plants. The accused persons threatened the complainant with dire consequences.
