1. A vehicle accident case is registered at Police Station Rampur on 21.01.2013 u/s 279, 337, 304-A IPC that on today i.e. 21.01.2013 at about 11.15 AM, a Maruti car No. DL8C-3562 rolled down from the road at NH-22 Bhadrash in which one Yashoda w/o Satish Jishtu R/O village Lauga, PS Virgarh, Tehsil Kumarsain died at MGMSC Hospital Khaneri and 3 persons namely Satish Jishtu his daughter Sehzal R/O village Lauga, PS Virgarh, Tehsil Kumarsain & Driver Lokinder R/O Nagram, PO Naula, Tehsil Kumarsain sustained injuries. They are under treatment in above Hospital.
2. A vehicle theft case is registered at Police Station West Shimla on 20.01.2013 U/S 379 IPC that the complainant had parked his vehicle Omni Van No. HP51A-1207 at Shogi on 18.01.2013. On 19.01.2013 at around 05-30 PM, when he checked his above vehicle on the place of parking, he found it missing from the above place. He suspects that some unknown person has stolen his above vehicle.
3. A burglary case is registered at Police Station West on 21.01.2013 U/S 457, 380 IPC that on 21.01.2013 he received information that some unknown persons have broken the locks of house of his neighbour and stole away one golden necklace, ear rings and one digital camera.
4. A burglary case is registered at Police Station New Shimla on 20-01-13 U/S 457,380 IPC that he was out of station and on 20-01-2013 when he reached at his residence he found that some unknown persons broke the locks of his residence located at New Shimla and stole away a large number of bathroom fittings, utensils, electronic heater, toaster, shelves etc.
