- A Criminal Breach of Trust case is registered at Police Station Sadar Shimla on 17/1/13 U/S 409 IPC that 50 gm Gold biscuits were taken into possession in case FIR No. 306/93 U/S 381 IPC and the said case property was not returned to the rightful owner i.e. State of HP as ordered by the Ld. Court Jmic-3 Shimla and was misappropriated by the then MHC.
2. A Theft case is registered at Police Station West Shimla on 17.01.2013 U/S 379 IPC on the direction of LD. JMIC-3, Shimla that the complainant was arrested in a case registered against him at PS West and before his arrest, when he closed his shop at Boileauganj, he kept 2 pairs of table, one stove 5 ltr. water tank 60 ltrs., 3 plastic stool, 20 saucers steel, 20 glass 2 jug steel etc. in his shop. When he was in judicial custody, he was informed by someone that his all above articles were stolen by some unknown person.
3. A vehicle accident case is registered at Police Station Jubbal on 17.01.2013 u/s 279, 337, 304-A IPC that on 17.01.2013 at about 6.00 PM, avehicle NO. HP14A-3307 Alto Car met with an accident near Shiv Mandir Bazar Jubbal in which Driver PRatap Singh S/O late Laza Ram village Sundli, Tehsil Jubbal died on spot and Sh. Kali Ram R/O Dhar Chandna Tehsil Chopal sustained injuries. This accident took place due to rash and negligent driving by the driver of above car.
