1. A Wrongful Restraint case is registered at Police Station Sadar Shimla on 16/1/13 U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC that on 16/01/13 at 10 pm, when the complainant was coming home from Old ISBT Shimla with his servant, 4 Taxi drivers wrongfully Restrained him at Old Bus Stand and beat him.
2. A Wrongful Restraint case is registered at Police Station Rohru District Shimla on 16/01/13 U/S 341, 323, 504, 34 IPC that on 16/01/13 at 7.30 pm, when the complainant was going home at village Jouli, 4 persons wrongfully Restrained him and beat him.
