Crime Report on Sep.19, 2016

1. A Gambling Act case FIR No 117/16 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on 19.09.2016 U/S 13-3-1867 Public Gambling Act on the rukka of HC Ram Sain I/O PS Kumarsain alleging therein that today on 19.09.2016 during patrolling duty at Odi along with staff he recovered Rs 34900/- from the possessin of seven persons while they where play gamble with plying card. The case is being investigated by Ram Sain I/O PS Kumarsain.

2. An Excise Act Case FIR No 57/16 has been registered at PS Chirgaon on 18.09.2016 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the Rukka of ASI Kuldeep I/O PS Chirgaon alleging tyherein that on 18.09.2016 he along with staff was on patrolling towards Tikkari on the secret information he searched the Dhaba of Sh Bishabhar Singh S/o late Sh Devi Singh R/o Shiladesh Tehsil Chirgaon Shimla and Recovesrd 36 bottles of country liquor from his possessin .The case is being investigated by ASI Kuldeep I/O PS Chirgaon.

An Accident case FIR No 248/16 has been registered at PS Sadar on 19.09.2016 U/S 279, 337 & 187 MV Act on the statement of Sh Devinder Kaith R/o Kaith Niwas Lower Kagnadhar Phase-3 New Shimla alleging therein that on 19.09.2016 A vehicle No HP 63 3969 came rashly  and hit his son and ranaway from the spot. The case is being investigated by HC Sunil Kumar I/O PS Sadar.

4. A Theft case FIR No 112/16 has been registered at PS New Shimla on 18.09.2016 U/S 379, 279 IPC on the statement of Sh Hamender Verma A/P Eletrical Engineer , SAI Engineering Foundation Sector 4 New Shimla alleging therein that on 13.09.2016 he had parked his vehile No HP 25 A 1377 outside his office at New Shimla and went to Jalander for some official work. On the intervening night of 14/15.09.2016 one person Sher Singh who is an employee of his office took away his vehicle without his concent from his office premises. On 15.09.2016 the other employee of his office found his vehicle in accidential condition near BCS. The case is being investigated by HC Narinder I/O PS New Shimla.

5. A Wrongful restraint case FIR No 179/16 has been registered at PS Rampur on 18.09.2016 U/S 341, 323 34 IPC on the application of Smt Lakshami Devi W/o Sh Dhan Sukh R/o Kasha P/o Kashapat Tehsil Rampur Shimla Alleging therein that on the 17.09.2016 she was ging to her fields, on the way Shiv Ram and Satya Devi obstructed her way and beaten her brutally.

6. A Wrongful Restraint case FIR No 58/16 has been registered at PS Chirgaon today on 19.09.2016 U/S 341, 323, 506 IPC on the statement of Sh Kuldeeep Singh S/o Sh Jagar Nath R/o village Lakadhar P/o Gawas Dhogri Tehsil Chirgaon Distt Shimla alleging therein that on 18.09.2016 at 8:00 he alongwith Devinder Singh were coming to home from Bhagi. When They reached near Shella Pani at the same time one person namely namely manoj Kumar S/o Sh Dhyan Dass village Mani tehsil Chirgaon obstructed his way , beaten him brutally and threarened him with dire consequences.

Crime Report On 18-09-2016

1.     A Theft case FIR No 48/16 dated 17-09-2016 U/s 379 IPC  PS Jubbal has been registered on the  on the ruka of Insp/SHO Manesh Chauhan stated that during naka bandi along with police staff at Chiva Kainchy at about 9PM he has  received an  information from Rahul Chauhan contractor C and C company stated that a pickup No HP-10B-1967 stolen 40 ltr. diesel from his machine cat excavator. Two person namely driver Sushil Kumar S/O Daulat Ram R/o Vill. Jharag Teh. Jubbal and Ravi driver Cat Excavator apprehended by police during Naka Bandi at Chiva Kainchi along with above vehicle. Case has been registered and is being investigated by Inspr/ SHO PS Jubbal

2        Accused Sandeep Kumar S/o Lt. Sh. Amar Singh R/o Village Bashla, PO Arhal, Tehsil Rohru, Shimla, age 33 year, arrested in case FIR No. 89/16 Dt. 16.09.2016 U/S 22-61-85 ND&PS Act at PS Rohru, and bailout on 17-09-2016 by ld court.

Crime Report on Sept. 17, 2016

1. A ND&PS Act case FIR No. 89/16 has been registered at PS Rohru on 16.09.2016 U/S 22-61-85 ND&PS Act on the rukka of HC Ashish Kumar No. 58, I/O PS Rohru, Shimla alleging therein that on 17.09.2016, during patrolling alongwith staff at about 08-00 PM, one person namely Sandeep Kumar S/o Lt. Sh. Amar Singh R/o Village Bashla, PO Arhal, Tehsil Rohru, Shimla, age 33 year intercepted by them near Arhal road Rohru and recovered 01 Bottle of Correx & 20 Tablets of Nitrosun-10 (Restricted Medicine) from his possession. The case is being investigated by HC Ashish Kumar No. 58, I/O PS Rohru.

2. A Trespass case FIR No. 220/16 has been registered at PS West on 16.09.2016 U/S 447 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Yashwant Singh Mahendru S/o Lt. Sh. Jia Lal Mahendru R/o Village & PO Jubbar Hatti, Tehsil & Distt. Shimla stated therein that on 18.08.2016, one Mr. Jagdish Chand R/o Village Patina, PO Jubbar Hatti, Shimla has uprooted/ cut the 20 Pine trees from govt. land, with the help of JCB which belongs to Mr. Kamal Kishore Thakur during construction the road. The case is being investigated by HC Sanjay, I/O PP Jutough.  

3. A Wrongful Restraint case FIR No. 88/16 has been registered at PS Rohru on 16.09.2016 U/S 341 323 IPC on the application of Sh. Hardev Sharma S/o Lt. Sh. Janki Dass R/o Village & PO Rohru, Shimla stated therein that one person namely Balwan Singh obstructed his way and beaten him brutally, caused sustained injuries to him. The case is being investigated by HC Pawan Kumar, I/O PP City Rohru.

A Wrongful Restraint case FIR No 190/16 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 15.09.2016 U/S 341,323 IPC on the statement of Sikander Singh S/O Sh Majar Singh R/O mohala Maulvi House No 781 near Kmati Gate Village and P/O Raikot Tehsil and PS Raikot Distt Ludhiana Punjab Age 40 years alleging therein that he residing in Rohal Motor at Bhatta Kuffer from last 7 years. On 15.09.2016 he closed his shop and went Bhattakuffer with his neighbor Charanjeet Singh. Near 12:30 AM when he was coming back to his residence suddenly, Mr Sushil Kumar came there and obstructed his way and beaten him brutally. Case is being investigated by HC Satvinder I/O PS Dhalli

2. A Cheating case FIR No 191/16 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 15.09.2016 U/S 420 IPC on the Complaint of Rakesh Ahuja R/O Hotel Broadway Sanjauli alleging therein that on 15.09.2016 he got a phone call from R.K Sharma Commissioner Income Tax to deposit Rs 17600 in his account. On this call, his son deposited Rs 17600 in an account No 7447000100028870 of PNB Rishikesh Branch. Case is being Investigated by HC vinay Kumar no 223 I/O PP Sanjauli.

A Wrongful Restraint case FIR No 159/16 has been registered at PS Theog today on 15.09.2016 U/S 341, 323, 506 IPC on the statement of Sh Bhuperder Dogra S/o Sh H.R Dogra village Patiuna P/o Madawag Tehsil Chopal Distt Shimla alleging therein that today on 15.09.2016 he was going to his home in vehicle No HP 03D 2700 at about 8:30 PM when he reached near Khargori Nala a pickup No HP 62A 2574 came there and a person namely Raju S/o Mohan Lal R/o Jola came out from the pickup and obstructed his way and beaten him brutally. He also threatened him with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by ASI Sanjeev I/C PP Deha.

   Deceased Bhawan Ram S/o Sh Meash Ram village KatayaP/o Kesari Kataya P.S Janta Bazar Distt Satan Bihar age 45 years felt down from 2nd floor balcony of his quarte. During treatment MO CHC Nankhari declared him brought dead. Postmortem has been conducted by MO CHC Nankhari today. Proceeding U/S 174 CrPC is being conducted at PP Nankhari.

A Theft case FIR No 177/16 has been registered at PS Rampur on  14.09.2016 U/S 379 IPC on the application of Gagan Thakur s/o Puran chand R/o village Jawalda Teh Nankhari Distt Shimla alleging therein that on 12.09.2016 he loaded 42 apple boxes in his Pick up No HP63-1362 and at about 8.00 pm he parked it on Jawalda Nankhari road and he went to his home. On 13-09-16 when he came back he found that some unknown person has stolen away 36 apples boxes from above vehicle. Case is being investigating by ASI Chaman Lal I/C PP Nankhari.

A Wrongful restraint case FIR No 96/16 has been registered at PS East on 14.09.2016 341,323,147,149,504,506 IPC on the statement of Sh Sandeep Thakur S/o Sh Khem Singh R/o House No 181/16 ward No 2 Tehsil and Distt Solan alleging therein that today on 14.09.2016 some drivers of APG University obstructed his way and beaten him brutally. They also threatened him with dire consequences.The case is being invstigated by ASI Daldeep Singh I/O PP Kasumpti.

Mohan Lal Chauhan R/o Dhanapani P/o Haran Sub Teh Nandkhari PS Rampur Distt Shimla H.P Age 38 yrs C/o Brakta Niwas Seri Teh Rohru Distt Shimla H.P alleging therein that on 13.09.2016 at about 6.54 PM he was coming to Rohru in his Vehcle No HP 06-1687 Maruti 800. suddenly a Pick-up No HP65-2417 Came in rashly and hit his car in which his vehicle damaged very badly. and Hari Singh was dead on the spot. The case is being investigated by Addl /SHO Vikas Sharma P S Rohru.

4. An Accident case FIR No. 116/16 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on 13.09.16 U/S 279 IPC & 187 MV Act on the complaint of Sh. Satpal Chauhan S/o Sh. Nika Ram R/o Village & PO Kanahar, Tehsil Kumarsain, Shimla alleging therein that on 13.09.2016 at about 03-40 PM, when he was parking his Car No. HP-51-5437 near his house, at the same time a HRTC Bus No. HP-06-6292 came rashly and hit his car from behind and run away from the spot.

An ND&PS Act case FIR No 158/16 has been registered at PS Theog today, on 13.09.2016 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act on the rukka of ASI Lacchi Ram I/C PP Matyana alleging Therein that today on 13.09.2016 he got a secret information regarding Chars .On this information he stopped a Bus which was going to Kullu from Anni and recovered 230 Gram Charas from the possession of Vishal Chand S/o Sh Baldev Singh R/o village Amb P/o Patiyar Tehsil Jwala Ji Distt Kangra. Accused has been arrested and case is being investigated by ASI Lacchi Ram I/C PP Matyana
2. A wrongful Restraint case FIR NO 91/2016 has been registered at PS Jhakri on 12.09.2016 U/S 341 323 34 IPC on the statement of Sh Singhi Ram S/o Sh. Sarnu Ram R/O Village Shah P/o Dhargaura Tehsil Rampur Distt Shimla alleging therin that on 12.09.2016 at about 5:00 PM when he was in the shop of Yog Raj R/o Shah suddenly two persons namely Mast Ram S/o Pyare Lal & Rajeev S/o Sh Jathu Ram came there in drunken condition and obstructed his way without any reason and beaten him brutally. Due to this incident he susytained injuries. The case is being investigating by HC Suresh Kumar I/O PS Jhakri.
3. A wrongful Restraint case FIR NO 156/2016 has been registered at PS Theog on 12.09.2016 U/S 341, 323, 506, 34 IPC on the statement of Sh Som Dass S/o Sh. Balak Ram R/O Village Talai P/o Fagu Tehsil Theog Distt Shimla alleging therin that on12.09.2016 at about 7:30 PM when he was at Lambi Dhar suddenly Mahinder, Rahul Jhina, Raju and some other persons came there and obstructed his way without any reason and beaten him brutally. They also threatened him with dire consequences .Due to this incident he susytained injuries. The case is being investigating by HC Ramesh Kumar I/O PP Fagu.

A Burgulary case FIR No 157/16 has been registered at PS Theog today on 13.09.2016 U/S 457, 380 IPC on the statement of Sh Shyam Lal Sharma S/o Late Sh Ram Lal Sharma C/o Sharma Medicos Bus Stand Theog alleging therein that on 11.09.2016 he and his wife  went to Delhi for some work when they came back to Theog on 13.07.2016 they found that some unknown person broke the lock of main door and entred in his house and stolen away jewellary, some cash and some essential papers from his house. The case is being investigated by inspector Gauri Dutt Sharma SHO PS Theog.
