Crime Report on Sept. 07, 2017

1.    AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 158/17 has been registered at PS Shimla West on 06.09.2017 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Bhagat Ram, I/O PS Shimla West alleging therein that on 06.09.2017 at about 08-20 PM, during patrolling alongwith staff one person namely Virender Thapa S/o Sh. Dinesh Thapa R/o Sofia Villa Subordinate Quarters Tutikandi, Shimla, age 30 years apprehended by them near Tutikandi Rain Shelter and recovered 04 Bottles of illicit Country liquor marka Una   No.1 from his possession. The case is being investigated by ASI Bhagat Ram, I/O PS Shimla West.

2.    AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 57/17 has been registered at PS Jubbal on 06.09.2017 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI  Keshav Chand, I/C PP Sarswati Nagar, Jubbal alleging therein that on 06.09.2017, on the secret information he alongwith staff conducted raid in the residential quarter of  Keshu Bahadur Nepali C/o Joginder Singh Thakur  R/o Village Nandpur at Badiyar, Tehsil Jubbal, Shimla and recovered 48 Bottles of illicit Country liquor Himachal Orange from his possession. The case is being investigated by ASI Keshav Chand, I/C PP Sarswati Nagar.

3.    AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 58/17 has been registered at PS Jubbal on 06.09.2017 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI  Keshav Chand, I/C PP Sarswati Nagar, Jubbal alleging therein that on 06.09.2017, on the secret information he alongwith staff conducted raid in the residential quarter of  Smt. Khema W/o Sh. Vijay Nepali C/o Bhagat Singh R/o Village Badiyar, Tehsil Jubbal, Shimla and recovered 50 Bottles of illicit Country liquor Himachal Orange from his possession. The case is being investigated by ASI Keshav Chand, I/C PP Sarswati Nagar.

4.    AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 159/17 has been registered at PS Shimla West today on 07.09.2017 U/S 279 337 304A IPC on the rukka of HC Narender, I/O PS West Shimla alleging therein that on the intervening night of 06/07.09.2017 at about 02-55 AM, one vehicle No. HP63B-1451 (Maruti 800) met with an accident due to rash & negligent driving of Rajesh Kanwar and rolled down 100 meters towards Railway track near Railway Station Shimla. In this accident, one person Rajesh Kanwar (driver) died on the spot and one other sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Narender, I/O PS Shimla West.

5.    AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 162/17 has been registered at PS Theog today on 07.09.2017 U/S 279 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Rajender Thakur S/o Sh. Dev Raj Thakur R/o Village Samej PO Shunga Tehsil Nirmand Distt. Kullu, HP alleging therein that today on 07.09.2017, he was coming to Shimla from Rampur in his vehicle No. HP06A-1134. At about 08-00 AM, when he reached near Nanni Dhank, one Truck No. PB23M-9563 came rashly in wrong direction and hit his vehicle and damaged it badly. The case is being investigated by HC Ajay Kumart, I/OPP Matiana, Theog.

6.    A THEFT: Case FIR No. 157/17 has been registered at PS Shimla West on 06.09.2017 U/S 379 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Madan Sharma S/o Sh. Diwakar Dutt Sharma R/o Village Khmana, PO Shoghi, Tehsil & Distt. Shimla, age 47 years alleging therein that on the intervening night of 05/06.09.2017, some unknown person has stolen away his vehicle bearing No. HP13A-0234 (Maruti Car) alongwith documents i.e. RC, DL, Aadhar Card, Dongle lock of Engineering Software etc. parked on roadside near village Khmana. The case is being investigated by ASI Bhagat Ram.

7.    During last 24 hours 254 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 112 & fine realized Rs. 39,300/-, 10 persons challaned under Smoking Act and fine collected Rs. 1,000/- and 01 Challaned under Mining Act.

1.    Accused Ravi Sharma S/o Sh. Sukh Ram R/o Village Bachadbad, PO Mahipur Teh. Dadau Distt. Sirmaur age-53 year arrested today in case FIR No 149/17 Dt. 23.08.2017 U/S 407 IPC at PS Theog, is remanded in police custody upto 08.09.2017, by the Ld. Court. 

 

Crime Report September 06, 2017

1.    AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 156/17 has been registered at PS West Shimla on 05.09.2017 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of SI Mast Ram, I/O PS West Shimla alleging therein that on 05.09.2017, during patrolling alongwith staff,  one vehicle No. HP41A-0533 (Maruti Car) alongwith two persons namely Aman Gill S/o Lt. Sh. Kuldeep Gill R/o House No. 27/19 near Labour Hostel, Krishna Nagar, Shimla, age 22 years and Balbir S/o Sh. Resham R/o Krishna Nagar, Shimla, age 43 years intercepted by him on National Highway road bifurcate to Chakkar. During search of vehicle 12 Bottles & 48 Nips of English liquor marka Green Label recovered from the vehicle under their procession. The case is being investigated by SI Mast Ram, I/O PS West.

2.    AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 150/17 has been registered at PS Rampur on 05.09.2017 U/S 279 337 IPC on the rukka of SI Luder Singh, I/O PS Rampur  alleging therein that in the morning of 05.09.2017, one Tipper No. HP35-3170 met with an accident near Kuridhar Road due to rash & negligent driving of  Harish S/o Sh. Om Prakash Chand & rolled down from the road, caused sustained injuries to him. The case is being investigated by SI Luder Singh, I/O PS Rampur.

3.    A CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION: Case FIR No. 151/17 has been registered at PS Rampur on 05.09.2017 U/S 506 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Naveen Thakur S/o Sh. Ram Aasre Thakur R/o Padam Palace, Rampur Bushehr, Shimla alleging therein that Raman Singh, Ninu Khimta, Praveen Khimta and Vishal Mehta abused him and threatened with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by HC Rajesh Kumar, I/O PS Rampur.

INQUEST REPORT

1.    On 05.09.2017, Deceased Roop Singh S/o Sh. Budh Ram R/o Gadhar, PO  Khanewer Tehsil Karsog, Distt. Mandi, A/p working as labourer with Anil Kumar Verma R/o Village Hathi, PO Kangal, Shimla, has been died due to fall from Walnut tree.  After conducted postmortem at CH Kumarsain, dead body handed over to his relative for cremation.

Crime Report September 5, 2017

1.    AN ACCIDENT:  Case FIR No. 125/17 has been registered at PS Dhalli today on 05.09.2017 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the rukka of HC Satvinder Singh, I/O PS Dhalli alleging therein that on 05.09.2017, one truck No. HP 62A-4501 met with an accident near Deepak Guest House, Bypass Dhalli due to rash and negligent driving of driver Pawan Kumar S/o Sh. Narinder Kumar. caused sustained injuries to him. The case is being investigated by HC Satvinder I/O PS Dhalli.

2.    AN ACT ENDANGERING LIFE OR PERSONAL SAFETY OF OTHERS:  Case FIR No. 12/17 has been registered at PS Nankhari on 04.09.2017 u/s 336 IPC on the complaint of Yogesh Kumar at Present J.E. (PWD) Nankhari alleging therein that Gulat Ram R/o Chamada Sub Tehsil Nankhari Distt Shimla is throwing out the debris of his newly constructed house on the road side, caused obstruction to general traffic and endangering life or personal safety of others. The case is being investigated by SI/SHO PS Nankhari.

Crime Report on Sept. 04, 2017

1.    AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 102/17 has been registered at PS Rohru today i.e. on 04.09.2017 U/S 279, 337, 304A IPC on the complaint of Sh. Kaku  S/O Sh. Rajinder Singh R/o village Salawat  PO Summerkot Tehsil Rohru Distt. Shimla alleging therein that on 03.09.2017 at about 09-00 PM, a Truck no. PB13X-8286 loaded with 227 boxes of apple from village Shalawat, met with an accident near Thanda Pani due to rash & negligent driving of Buta Singh and rolled down 70/80 feet from the road into Jolly khad.  In this accident, two persons Deepu (conductor) & Bittu died on the spot and two other Kaku and driver Buta Singh sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Kamal Nain  I/O PS Rohru.

2.    During last 24 hours 191 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 61 & fine realized Rs. 37,400/- and 10 persons challaned under Smoking Act and fine collected Rs. 1,000/-

INQUEST REPORT

1.    On 03.09.2017, Deceased Vikram S/o Sh. Rajender Singh R/o Nsari PO Summerkot, Tehsil Rohru, District Shimla, age 25 years, who was depressed due to illness since long time and under treatment from IGMC Shimla, has committed suicide by hanging himself  by nylon rope with tree in the forest near HRTC workshop at Samala Rohru. After autopsy at CH Rohru, dead body handed over to his relative for  cremation.

2.    On 04.09.2017, Deceased Vikas Gharti (Nepali) S/o Sh. Padam Bahadur R/o Village Dhachoor, Tehsil Surket, Anchal Beri, Nepal, age 45 years A/p working as labourer with Rameshwar R/o Village Goshali, Chirgaon, Shimla, has been died due to fell down from hillock, while he was going to his dera near village Goshali, in the jurisdiction of PS Chirgaon. After conducted postmortem at CH Sandhasu, dead body handed over to his relative for cremation.

3.    On 04.09.2017 at about 08-30 AM, Deceased Madan Singh S/o Sh. Bali Ram R/o Village Tikkeri, Tehsil Chopal, Distt. Shimla, age 63 years has been died due to fell down 150 feet from hillock near his village, while he was going to morning walk. After autopsy at CH Nerwa, dead body handed over to his relative for cremation.

1.    Accused Roshan Lal S/o Sh. Podi Ram R/O Vill. Prandali Po Karari Tehsil Rampur Distt Shimla HP age 47 years, arrested in Case FIR No.148/17 Dated 01-09-17 U/S 302 IPC at PS Rampur, remanded in Police custody upto 05-09-2017 by the Ld. Court.

2.       Accused Ravi Sharma S/o Sh. Sukh Ram R/o Village Bachadbad, PO Mahipur Teh. Dadau Distt. Sirmaur age-53 year arrested today in case FIR No 149/17 Dt. 23.08.2017 U/S 407 IPC at at PS Theog. He will be produced before Ld. Court tomorrow. 

Crime Report 03, September 2017

1.    An Excise Act case FIR No. 160/17 has been registered at PS Theog today on 03-09-2017 u/s 39(1) HP Excise act on the rukka of ASI Brij Lal I/C PP Phagu alleging therein that on 02-09-2017 he alongwith staff was on patrolling duty towards Tiyali Nahol. During patrolling he intercepted one vehicle No. HP03B-0679 and recovered 07 bottles of country liquor marka Una No.1 from the possession of Rajesh Kumar S/o Sh. Kewal Ram R/o Vill Bagiel PO Tiyali Tehsil Theog Distt. Shimla.

2.    A Wrongful restraint and criminal intimidation case FIR No. 94/17 has been registered at PS Kumarsain today 03-9-2017 U/S 341,323,506,34 IPC on the complaint of Sh Neel Chand S/o Sh Jhinu Ram R/o Vill Chatti PO Jarol Tehsil Kumarsain Distt Shimla alleging therein that on 02-9-2017 he and his brother Naresh Chand were coming back to home Chatti. At  about 8-30 PM when they reached the main Bazaar Jarol one Sh Mahesh Kumar and Gian Chand obstructed his way, beaten him with kicks and punches and threatened with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by ASI Devi Ram .I/O P.S Kumarsain Please.

3.    An Accident case FIR No. 158/17 has been registered at PS Theog on 02-09-2017 u/s 279,337 IPC on the statement of driver of truck No. HP35A-1006 stated threrein that  he is driver in truck No. HP35A-1006. On 02-09-2017  he was going to Recongpeo and when he reached little ahead from Theog one vehicle No. HP09C-3277 came rashly and negligently and collide with his truck. In this incident five persons sit in the car sustained injuries.

4.    An Accident case FIR No. 159/17 has been registered at PS Theog today on 03-09-2017 u/s 279 IPC & 187 MV act on the complaint of Dharimender Kumar S/o Sh. Dhyan Singh R/o Vill Kilra PO Mahog Tehsil Theog alleging therein that some unknown has hit the school bus parked by him at Sandhu near Sood Niwas and ran away.

5.    An Accident case FIR No. 56/2017 has been registered at PS Jubbal on 02-09-2017 u/s 279,337 IPC on the statement of Ramesh Kumar Rawal S/o Rinari Vill Kueene PO Tatapani Distt. Surket Aanchal Beri Nepal working as a labourer with Pradeep Thakur at Rohru stated therein that on 02-09-2017  at about 03-30 PM when he was working near chamsu Jhula with his son namely Naveen at the same time one vehicle(tanker) No. PB65P-7240 came rashly and negligently and hit his son Naveen. In this accident Naveen sustained injuries.  

6.    During last 24 hours 166 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 98 & fine realized Rs. 34,500/-, 31 persons challaned under Smoking Act and fine collected Rs. 32500/- . 02 challan under Mining Act and fine collected Rs. 7000/-.

Crime Report on September 02, 2017

1. AN ACCIDENT: case FIR NO 156/17 has been registered at PS Theog on 01.09.2017 U/S  279, 337 IPC on the statement of Sh Narinder Thakur S/o Sh Ramesh Kumar Thakur R/o village Rashog P/o Tebal Tehsil Karsog Distt Mandi alleging therein that on 01.09.2017 a vehicle No HP 09 3260 met with an accident in which four persons sustained injuries. This accident happened due to rash and negligent driving of Rajesh. The case is being investigated by I/O Of PS Theog. 
2. A BURGLARY: case FIR No. 101/17 has been registered at PS Rohru today i.e. 02.09.2017 U/S 457, 380, 34 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Pawan Kumar S/O Sh. Bal Krishan Sharma R/o Housing Board House No. 34 Samala Tehsil Rohru Distt. Shimla alleging therein that in the intervening night of 01/02.09.2017, some unknown person has stolen away some daily needs articles and Rs 5000/- thousands from his shop. The case is being investigated by HC Amit Kumar No. 222 I/O PS Rohru. 
3. A TRESPASS: case FIR No 157/17 has been registered at PS Theog on 02.09.2017 U/S 452,323 IPC on the complaint of Sh Brij Lal Sharma R/o VPO Sandhu Tehsil Theog Distt Shimla alleging therein that on 02.09.2017 a person namely Amir Sharma along with his friends entered in his wine shop and beaten his salesman brutally. The case is being investigated by SI Rajeesh Thakur Add. SHO PS Theog.

Fire Incident

1.    A Fire incident took place in the jurisdiction of Police Post Sarswati Nagar PS  Jubbal      in the Shop/House of Jai Chand S/o Sh Deep Chand R/o VPO Kuddu in which Jai Chand sustained injuries and some shop articles were burnt by fire.

Landslide incident

1.  Today on 02.09.2017 Near Dhalli tunnel Bypass Road blocked due to a huge landslide. In this incident, some vehicles were buried in the rubble.

Crime Report 01 September 2017

1. A Burglary case FIR No. 155/17 has been registered at PS West on 31-08-2017 u/s 454,380 IPC on the statement of Sh. Daulat Ram Chandel S/o Late Sh. Jai Singh R/o Tridev Bhawan Moahal Dhar Tutikandi Shimla stated therein that on 30-08-2017 he went to IGMC for general Check up. At about 01-30 PM when he reached at home he found that some unknown person has broken the grill of window and entered into the house and stolen away one Gold Set, , 04 ring gold and silver ornaments.
2. A Murder: Case FIR No 148/17 has been registered at PS Rampur on 01.09.2017 U/S 302 IPC on the statement of Sh Dev Raj S/O Sh Murat Ram R/o Village Parandli PO Deothi Tehsil Rampur Bsr Distt Shimla HP alleging therein that on 31.08.2017 at about 09-30 AM, his uncle Gurjeet Singh went to Baltidhar to his house. At about 03.00 AM, he received an information from vice Pardhan Balbir Singh Chauhan that his uncle Gurjeet Singh has beaten by Roshan Lal and he sustained injuries. He along with Vice pardhan, rushed to the spot and started moving his uncle Gurjeet to MGMSC Khaneri for treatment but he died on the way to hospital. The case is being investigated by ASI Ram Singh IO PP Tackelch.
3. A Wrongful restraint and criminal intimidation case FIR No. 124/17 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 31-08-2017 u/s 341,323,504, 34 IPC on the application of Sh. Bhupender S/o Sh Basundar Lal Village Dali P.O Masli Tehsil Chirgaon Distt Shimla alleging therein that on 30-08-2017 he alongwith his friend Bhupinder was coming back home from Hotel Royal Tulip. When he reached near Dhalli Police barrier at the same time three person came in motorcycle No. HP10A-9159 stopped their way, beaten them  and threatened with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by SI Kewal Singh I/O PS Dhalli.
4. A Wrongful restraint and criminal intimidation case FIR No. 99/17  has been registered at PS Rohru on 31-08-2017 u/s 341,323,506 IPC on the statement of Sh. Ram Lal S/O Lt. Sh. Charan Dass R/O Vill Oyari PO Chail Chowk Teh Chachyot Distt Mandi HP alleging therein that on 31-08-2017 at about 06-30 PM when he was going towards HPPWD rest house in his vehicle No. HP 10A-8898 at the same time one motorcycle rider No. HP10A-7305 obstructed his way, beaten him and threatened with dire consequences.  The case is being investigated by ASI Kamal Nain I/O P.S Rohru.
5. An Accident case FIR No. 109/17 has been registered at PS Kotkhai on 31-08-2017 u/s 279,304A IPC &  187 MV Act on the statement  of Jai Gopal S/o Aagya Ram Sharam R/o Vill Rauni PO Throla Teh Kotkhai stated therein that one nepali namely Bhim Bhadur working as labourer with him. On 31-08-2017 when Ram Bhadur was going to his dhara one vehicle No. HP64A-0378 hit him due to rash and negligent driving. In this accident Bhim Bhadur died on the spot. The case is being investigated by ASI Het Ram I.O PS Kotkhai.
6. An Accident case FIR No. 55/17 has been registered at PS Jubbal today 01-09-2017 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Rajender Chaudhary S/o Jug Ram R/o Vill Bharatpur Teh Tikapur Distt. Kalayali Aanchal Sheti Nepal stated therein that his owner Chetan has driven the tractor No. HP 10A-7986 rashly and negligently and hit his friend Jiwan Chaudhary. The case is being investigated by ASI Yudhishter I.O PS Jubbal.
7. An Accident case FIR No. 93/17 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on 31-08-2017 u/s 279,337 & 187 MV Act on the the statement of Sh. Anil Thank S/o Sh. Ram Swroop R/o Vill Runa P.O. & Tehsil Anni Distt. Kullu stated therein that on 31-08-2017 when he was going towards Rampur from Khanag  one vehicle No. HP 35-2075 came rashly and negligently and hit him. In this accident he sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Hem Chand I/C PP Sainj.
8. Used criminal force to  deter public servant discharge his duty:  case FIR no. 164/17 has been registered at PS Sadar u/s 353,332 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Padam Dev S/o Sh. Sant Ram R/o Vill Manglah PO Neramasit Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi working as conductor in HRTC Unit -2 Shimla. Today he was on duty in bus No. HP-45-0128 Kakar to old bus stand Shimla root. when the bus reached at Kuftadhar  one person namely Krish Pathak boarded into the bus and misbehaved with him when he asked him for fare and beaten him.
