Crime Report on July 07, 2017

1.          AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 93/17 has been registered at PS New Shimla on 06.07.2017 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Rajwinder Singh, I/O PS New Shimla alleging therein that on 06.07.2017 at about 10-00 PM, during patrolling alongwith staff, one person namely Beli Ram S/o Sh. Bajaru Ram R/o Village Baswari PO Jao, Tehsil Nimand, Distt. Kullu, age 26 years A/P Thakur Niwas, Shanan apprehended by them near Vijay Nagar Nala and recovered 12 Bottles of illicit country liquor marka Una No. 1 from his possession. The case is being investigated by ASI Rajwinder Singh, I/O PS New Shimla.

2.          AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 01/17 has been registered at PS Nankhari on 06.07.2017 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of SI Laiq Ram, SHO PS Nankhari, Shimla alleging therein that on 06.07.2017 at about 07-15 PM, one the secret information, he alongwith staff conducted raid in the shop of Sh. Krishna Dev S/o Sh. Durga Dutt R/o Village Totu, PO Delath, Sub-Tehsil Nankhari, Shimla and recovered 06 Bottles of illicit country liquor from his possession. The case is being investigated by SI/SHO PS Nankhari.

3.          A WRONGFUL RESTRAIN & CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION: Case FIR No. 121/17 has been registered at PS Shimla Sadar on 06.07.2017 U/S 341, 323, 504, 506 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Pradeep Sharma S/o Sh. Keshav Ram Sharma R/o Village Kaprol PO kyar Tehsil Theog, Distt. Shimla A/P owner of Taxi No. HP02A-0686 alleging therein that during the night of 06.07.2017,  he alongwith Prakash were sleeping in the his above taxi. At about 03-00 AM, Sheru alongwith another Taxi driver came there and beaten them brutally. They have also abused them and threatened with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by ASI Lachhmi Singh, I/O PS Shimla Sadar.

4.          ATTEMPT TO THEFT: Case FIR No. 94/17 has been registered at PS New Shimla today on 07.07.2017 U/S 457, 511 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Arvind Kumar Gupta S/o Lt. Sh. Onkar Nath Gupta R/o Onkar Niwas Khalini, Shimla alleging therein that on the intervening night of 06/07.07.2017 at about 01-30 AM, one Rahul  S/o Sh. Amarjeet R/o Block No. 102, Room No. 124, Green Park, Khalini, Chhota Shimla caught red handed by him while he was trying to break the lock of his shop with the intention to commit theft. The case is being investigated by HC Prakash, I/O PS New Shimla.  

5.          CHEATING: Case FIR No 113/17 has been registered at PS Rampur on dated 07/07/2017 U/S 420,467,468,471 IPC on the application of Pratap Chauhan BDO Rampur Bsr alleging therein that Sh. Rajender Kumar the then Panchayat Sub- Inspector of his office was proceeded on medical leave w.e.f 16-1-2017 to 1-2-2017 for 17 days. The official has joined his duty on 2-2-2017 and presented medical fitness certificate. From the perusal of medical fitness certificate it revealed that the name of official on the medical certificate is Sh. Rajender Mehta instead of Sh. Rajender Kumar and cutting has been made on Mehta which creates doubt and also the disease has been mentioned by the medical officer as PUO ,accordingly the case for verification was sent to the medical superintendent MGMSC Rampur from verification as per written statement Dr. Dinesh Sharma the signatures in medical certificate issued in favour of Sh. Rajender Kumar does not belong to said Dr. The case is being investigated by ASI Hoshyar Singh I/C PP City Rampur.

6.          During last 24 hours 329 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 159 & fine realized Rs. 60,600/- and 39 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 4,200/-.   

 

Crime Report on July 06, 2017

1. AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 117/17 has been registered at PS Shimla West on 06.07.2017 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Prem Singh S/o Sh. Karm Dass R/o Village Samladi, PO Nihari, Tehsil Sunder Nagar, Distt. Mandi alleging therein that on 05.07.2017, he alongwith his family members was coming towards Summer Hill from Nihari via Mashobra in his vehicle No. HP24A-0026. At about 03-45 PM, when he reached near Railway Station Shimla, at the same time one vehicle No. PB04Y-4771, driven by Prabhjeet Singh came rashly in wrong direction and hit his vehicle. In this accident, they all sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Mast Ram, I/O PS Shimla West.

2. AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 118/17 has been registered at PS Shimla West on 06.07.2017 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Smt. Laxmi Devi W/o Sh. Raj Kumar R/o Village Patta, PO Khadiyar Dhaap, Tehsil Ladbhadol, Distt. Mandi, age 45 years A/P Roshan Lal Building Set No. 1, Lane-7, New Shimla alleging therein that on 05.07.2017 at about 06-20 PM, when she was waiting for Bus at ISBT Shimla, at the same time Bus No. HP-64A-2626 driven by Sunil, hit her from back side and she fell down on the road, caused sustained injuries to her. The case is being investigated by HC Ravinder Kumar, I/O PS Shimla West.

3. AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 119/17 has been registered at PS Shimla West on 06.07.2017 U/S 279 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Bharma Nand S/o Lt. Sh. Keshav Ram R/o Village Daleemo (Gharog) PO Nehra, Distt. Shimla alleging therein that on 05.07.2017, he was coming towards Shimla from Ghannahatti in Motorcycle No. HP63-7572 (Bajaj Discover) driven by Padam Dev. At about 07-45 PM, when they reached near Daleemo, above Motorcycle met with an accident and rolled down 15/20 feet from the road due to rash & negligent driving of Rider Padam Dev, caused sustained injuries to them. The case is being investigated by ASI Suresh Kumar, I/O PP Dhami.

4. A TRESPASS: Case FIR No. 96/17 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 05.07.2017 U/S 448, 380 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Ajay Kumar S/o Lt. Sh. Hari Ram R/o Nirmal Niwas, Sanjauli Shimla alleging therein that he is running at clothing/garments shop namely Om Fashion at  Sanjauli since 2013. He has a rent dispute with landlord Tarun Sood S/o Lt. Sh. Surender Kumar R/o House No. 31, Sanjauli Shimla for the last 8/9 months, which is under trial in Ld. court. He could not opened his shop w.e.f. 15.05.2017, due to some urgent work at his native place. On 02.07.2017, he was informed telephonically that his shop was opened and clothes was also missing from the shop. He doubts that Tarun Kumar Sood has criminally trespassed in his shop by breaking the locks and stolen away the articles i.e. Ladies Suit,ladies Kurta,Leaging, Ladies Cardigan, Man Pullover, Dhattu, Dupata, LED TV, CCTV Camara, Swapping Machine, Blank Cheque, Cheque Book, Fan, all Important Documents and cash. The case is being investigated by I/C PP Sanjauli, Shimla.

5. A WRONGFUL RESTRAIN & CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION: Case FIR No. 73/17 has been registered at PS Rohru on 05.07.2017 U/S 341, 323, 506 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Balbir Singh alleging therein that on 04.07.2017, he was going towards home. On the way his neighbourer Hem Raj restrained his way and beaten him brutally, sustained injuries to him. The case is being investigated HC Ashish Kumar, I/O PS Rohru.   

6. A MURDER: Case FIR No. 116/17 has been registered at PS Shimla West on 05.07.2017 U/S 302 201 34 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Bhupender Rohal S/o Lt. Sh. Maan Singh Rohal R/o Village Jalel PO Shoghi, Tehsil & Distt. Shimla alleging therein that his sister namely Tripta has solemnized marriage with Sh. Satish Kumar R/o Village Shakoli in the year of 2006. After marriage, her husband Satish Kumar & in-laws tortured her mentally & physically. On 28.06.2017, his brother-in-law Satish Kumar informed him that his sister had died due to fell down from slab. When he reached at village Shakoli and found that his brother-in-law alongwith his relatives had cremated the dead body. He doubts that her husband Satish Kumar alongwith her in-laws had murdered his sister. The case is being investigated by  ASI Mohan Lal, I/O PP Jutogh.  

7. A CHEATING: Case FIR No. 120/17 has been registered at PS Shimla West today on 06.07.2017 U/S 419,420 IPC on the rukka of SI Mast Ram, I/O PS Shimla West alleging therein that on the information of accident near Vidhan Sabha, he alongwith staff went to the spot and found that two vehicles No. HP24A-0026 & PB04Y-4771 collide with each other. During the course of enquiry, driver of vehicle No. PB04Y-4771 told his name as Prabhjeet Singh S/o Sh. Amreek Singh R/o House No. 406, Kalgeedhar Nagar, Village Gadariwala, Tehsil Jeera, Distt. Firozpur, Punjab and produced only insurance and driving license but failed to produce the Registration Certificate (RC) of vehicle. Due to misprint  of photo attached with DL, he produced his I/Card which was issued from Bright Academy Green Card North India's No. 1 Institute, but his name was Virender Singh S/o Sh. Surjeet Singh, Batch No. 3, Sector 15D Course Punjab. So Virendra Singh has tricked by transplantation by not disclosing his correct name & address. The case is being investigated by ASI Dev Raj, I/O PS Shimla West.    

8. A HOUSE TRESPASS: Case FIR No. 55/17 has been registered at PS Jhakri today on 06.07.2017 U/S 451, 323 IPC on the  application of  Sh Mangat Ram S/O Sh  Bhoru Ram R/O Village Kanhar PO Khural  Tehsil  Sundernager  Distt  Mandi at present Kandhar PO Sarpara  Tehsil Rampur  Distt  Shimla alleging therein on 05.07.2017 at about  06:30 PM, one person namely  Karam Chand Thaker  trespassed his courtyard and beaten him brutally. The case being  investigated  by  ASI Bir singh I/O PS  Jhakri.  

9. A HOUSE TRESPASS: Case FIR No. 96/17 has been registered PS Kotkhai on 05.07.2017 U/S 451,323,506 IPC on the statement of Sh. Mohinder Singh S/o Sh. Sita Ram R/o Village Katli (Hariyala) PO Nand PS Ramshahar Tehsil Nalagarh Distt. Solan H.P A/P Shopkeeper at Baghi Bazaar stated therein that on 05.17.2017 at about 07:20 PM, one person namely Dalip Chauhan R/o Village Sundernagar (Ratnari) trespassed in his shop, beaten him brutally and threatened with dire consequences.  The case is being investigated by ASI Roshan Lal I/C PP Baghi (Kotkhai).

10. During last 24 hours 230 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 123 & fine realized Rs. 46,800/- and 30 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 2,900/-.   

Crime Report on July 05, 2017

1. AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 116/17 has been registered at PS Theog today on 05.07.2017 U/S 279, 337, 427 IPC on the statement of Sh. Rajesh S/o Sh. Gareeb Dass R/o Village & PO Chhaila, Tehsil & PS Theog, Shimla alleging therein that on 05.07.2017 at 05-30 AM, one Tipper No. HP69-4116, which  was on the way towards Chhail from Kotkhai, met with an accident and rolled down 25 feet from the road by damaging  Scooty, Motorcycle & his house, due to rash & negligent driving of Bhagat Ram. In this accident, driver Bhagat Ram sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Purshotam Chand, I/C PP Chhaila, (Theog)
2. A CHEATING: Case FIR No. 120/17 has been registered at PS Shimla Sadar on 04.07.2017 U/S 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Laiq Ram R/o House No. 100, Dharam Niwas Kaithu, Annadale Shimla alleging therein that he has his own land at Kaithu Shimla and land of one lady is also situated adjoining to his land, in which she had constructed four stories house. On 30.12.1998, she has submitted a forgery Affidavit, which was prepared by Yashpal, to pass her house map in MC Shimla with the intention to illegally possess his land.  
3. LURKING HOUSE TRESPASS OR HOUSE-BREAKING BY NIGHT: Case FIR No. 74/17 has been registered at PS Kumarsain today on 05.07.2017 U/S 456 IPC on the application of Basant Singh Negi, A/P Branch Manager, SBI Narkanda, Shimla alleging therein that on the intervening night of 04/05.07.2017, some unknown person has broken the ATM Machine & CCTV cameras, located at Narkanda, with the intention to theft. The case is being investigated by ASI Mohan Singh, I/C PP Narkanda.

Crime Report on July 04, 2017

1.    AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 42/17 has been registered at PS Jubbal on 03.07.2017 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Pramod R/o Village Badhal PO Dochi Tehsil Jubbal, Shimla alleging therein that he alongwith six another persons namely Dharmender, Munna Bihari, Sunder, Gagan, Maan Singh & Shankar Nepali were going towards Patsari in Pick-Up No. HP63-7748, driven by Jaswant Singh. At about 05-30 PM, when they reached near Bouli Nala, above Pick-up met with an accident and rolled down into deep nala from the road due to rash & negligent driving of Jaswant Singh. In this accident they all sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Ashwani Kumar, I/O PS Jubbal. 

2.    A BURGLARY: Case FIR No. 91/17 has been registered at PS Shimla East on 03.07.2017 U/S 454 380 IPC on the statement of Smt. Guddi Devi W/o Lt. Sh. Bahadur Singh R/o Village Drahal, Tehsil & PS Joginder Nagar, Distt. Mandi A/P Padam Kunj near TCP office, Dev Nagar, Shimla, age 60 years alleging therein that in the year2008, her son purchased a flat from Sh. P.C. Joshi at Padam Kunj Bhavan Dev Nagar, Kasumpti Shimla.  On 03.07.2017, some unknown person has broken the door lock of her house and stolen away gold/silver jewellary and cash Rs. 3000/-. The case is being investigated by HC Pramod, I/O PS Shimla East.

3.    A THEFT: Case FIR No. 115/17 has been registered at PS Shimla West on 04.07.2017 U/S 379 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Rajedner Sood S/o Lt. Sh. Hans Raj Sood R/o Calinton Estate opposite Baal Ashram, Tutikandi, Shimla, age 55 years alleging therein that on the intervening night of 03/04.04.2017, some unknown person has stolen away his vehicle No. HP02A-3770 (Tata Sumo) parked at Kachighati, Shimla. The case is being investigated by HC Sushant, I/O PS Shimla West.     

4.    A RIOTING: Case FIR No. 114/17 has been registered at PS Shimla West on 03.07.2017 U/S 147, 149, 323, 504, 506 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Sanjay Parmar S/o Sh. Sant Ram Singh R/o Yogda Ashram, Boileauganj, Shimla alleging therein that he alongwith Nitin Madotra was coming to Shimla from Chandigarh in his vehicle. At about 05-15 PM, on the way Amit Kohli, Jitender, Gattu Rohal alongwith two another persons met him near Sonu Bungalow, pulled out them from their vehicle and beaten them brutally. They have used vulgar language, and threatened with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by ASI Bhagat Ram, I/O PS Shimla West.

5.    During last 24 hours 357 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 119 & fine realized Rs. 53,000/- and 50 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 5,100/-.   

INQUEST REPORT

1.    Today morning deceased Sushil Kumar S/o Lt. Sh. Kalag Ram R/o Village Kutara, Tehsil & PS Rohru, Shimla washed away in Pabbar River near Chirgaon. During preliminary enquiry, it is found that deceased jumped into the river to take a bath. After postmortem at CH Chirgaon, deadbody handed over to his relative for cremation.

1.   AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 95/17 has been registered at PS Kotkhai on 02.07.2017 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Ranjeet Singh, I/O PS Kotkhai, Shimla alleging therein that on 02.07.2017 at about 05-30 PM, on the secret information he alongwith staff conducted raid in the shop of Raju Thapa S/o Sh. Roop Singh R/o Village Hulli, Tehsil Kotkhai, Shimla and recovered 05 Bottles of illicit country liquor from his possession. The case is being investigated by ASI Ranjeet Singh, I/O PS Kotkhai.

2.    AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 113/17 has been registered at PS Shimla West today on 03.07.2017 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Shahabudeen S/o Sh. Allah Ditta R/o Masjid Complex Boileauganj, Shimla alleging therein that today at about 05-00 AM, he alongwith his mother, brother and nephew was going to PGI Chandigarh in his vehicle No. HP-73A-4786. At about 05-15 AM, when they reached near Sonu Benglaw, at the same time a Tipper No. HP-63A-6035 came rashly in wrong direction and hit his vehicle. In this accident, his mother, brother & nephew sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Dev Raj, I/O PS Shimla West.

3.    AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No 111/17 has been registered at PS Rampur on 02.07.2017 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Pratyush Raj Bhatti S/o Sh. Dharam Chand Bhatti R/O Ward No 29 Vikasnagar Shimla HP alleging therein that on 02.07.2017 at about 5.00 PM when he was coming towards Rampur along with his friends in vehicle No HP03C-5067 Etios Liva. On the way above vehicle met with an accident and rolled down from the road, due to rash and negligent driving of the driver Lomesh.  In this incident, they all sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Kuldeep Kumar I/O PS Rampur.

4.    AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 73/17 has been registered at PS Kumarsain today on 03.07.2017 U/S 279 337 IPC on the rukka of ASI Hem Chand, I/C PP Sainj (Kumarsain) alleging therein that today at about 07-00 AM, one Eon Car No. HP-62C-0957 met with an accident on NH-5 at Sainj Nala due to rash & negligent driving of Ankit Chauhan S/o Sh. Padam Chauhan R/o Village Dharonkpo Kokunala, Tehsil Kotkhai, Shimla, sustained injuries to him. The case is being investigated by aSI Hem Chand, I/C PP Sainj.

5.   During last 24 hours 139 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 76 & fine realized Rs. 24,000/- and 33 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 3,900/-.

Crime Report on July 02, 2017

1.    AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 59/17 has been registered at PS Chirgaon on 01.07.2017 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Kuldeep Kumar, I/O PS Chirgaon, Shimla alleging therein that on 01.07.2017 at about 06-00 PM, during patrolling near Sudha-Bhonda, he recovered 12 Bottles of illicit country liquor marka Una No. 1 from the shop of Rakesh Kumar S/o Sh. Puran Chand R/o Village Jabal, Tehsil Chirgaon, Shimla. The case is being investigated by ASI Kuldeep Kumar, I/O PS Chirgaon.

2.    A GAMBLING: Case FIR No. 60/17 has been registered at PS Chirgaon today on 02.07.2017 U/S 13-3-67 The Public Gambling Act on the rukka of SI Munish Raj, SHO PS Chirgaon, Shimla alleging therein that today on 02.07.2017 at about 02-00 PM, during patrolling alongwith staff towards Chirgaon Colony, three persons namely Faliner, Guddu & Ranjeet apprehended by them during playing gambling in public place in a shed on the bank of Pabbar river and recovered Rs. 2,100/- from the spot. The case is being investigated by SI/SHO PS Chirgaon.

3.    AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 41/17 has been registered at PS Jubbal today on 02.07.2017 U/S 279, 304A IPC on the statement of Sh. Panna Lal S/o Sh. Tulsi Ram R/o Village Bhakaan PO Turan Tehsil Jubbal Distt. Shimla alleging therein that today at about 06-15AM, when he was going to morning walk towards Bhakaan Nala and saw that one Maruti Car No. HP-10A-4275 met with an accident & rolled down 300 meters from the road due to rash & negligent driving of Mahavir Chatanta S/o Sh. Mahavit Chantranta R/o Village & PO Thana. In this accident Mahavir Chatanta died on the spot. The case is being investigated by HC Kartar Singh, I/O PP Sarswati Nagar, Jubbal. 

4.    ACT ENDANGERING LIFE OR PERSONAL SAFETY TO OTHER: Case FIR No. 93/17 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 01.07.2017 U/S 336, 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Parma Nand R/o Village Chakhara, PO Junga, Shimla alleging therein that on 01.07.2017, he went to his grassland near Chakhra and saw that one person namely Rakesh, who was grazing his animals, come in the contact of electric wire, which was negligently laid by the Electricity Department and fell down due to electric shot, caused sustained injuries to him. The case is being investigated by HC Virender, I/O PP Junga.

5.    CAUSED INJURIES BY BLUNT WEAPON: Case FIR No. 94/17 has been registered at PS Dhalli on the complaint of Sh. Dalu Ram S/o Sh. Kewal R/o Hukum Chander Building Sanjauli, Shimla alleging therein that on 01.07.2017 at about 07-30 PM, he alongwith Jai Singh went to the quarter of Pawan Kumar and saw that Pawan Kumar alongwith Rate, Kamal and Ram etc. were drinking alcohol. At the same time Ram beaten him brutally and attacked on his head with glass bottles, sustained injuries to him. The case is being investigated by HC Lekh Ram, I/O PP Sanjauli. 

6.    A CHEATING: Case FIR No. 95/17 has been registered at PS Dhalli today on 02.07.2017 U/S 420 IPC on the application alleging therein that she received an e-mail from Mr. Lionel White, who belongs to Britain and works in construction company. She told him that she also want to  work in UK. On this he told her that he will fill her visa application form and told that deposited money in his account. On 22.05.2017, she received a call from Mobile No. 7291009838, who told her that he is calling from British High Commissioner, New Delhi and directed her to deposit Rs. 89,000/- in account No. 30010110009055. She was regularly in contact with Lionel Reigns through whatsapp. Thereafter she deposited more than 15 lacs Rupees in various account No. provided by them, which was in the name of Mr. Kanhaiya & Akbar Allam and Abhishek Sharma. The above persons had prudently cheated amounting to rupees more than 15 lacs on the behave of provide job in UK. The case is being investigated SI Virochan Negi, I/C PP Sanjauli.    

7.    A BURGLARY: Case FIR NO. 31/17 has been registered at PS Nerwa on 02.07.2017 U/S 457, 380 IPC  on the complaint of Sh. Devinder Dutt S/O Sh Feena Ram  R/o Village Dhartua PO Nerwa Tehsil Chopal Distt Shimla presently Pujari Durga Mata Mandir Dhartua alleging there in that on the intervening night of 01/02.07.2017, some unknown person has broken the door locks of Durga Mata Temple & Riyahatana Devta Temple and stolen two big & some small silver Chhataras  and cash from the danpatra. The case is being investigated by HC Ramesh Chand, I/O PS Nerwa.

8.    During last 24 hours 279 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 117 & fine realized Rs. 35,700/- and 23 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 2,300/-.

Crime Report on July 01, 2017

1.    AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 94/17 has been registered at PS Kotkhai on 30.06.2017 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Roshan Lal, I/O  PS Kotkhai, Shimla alleging therein that on 30.06.2017, during patrolling alongwith staff at Gumma, one person namely Surinder Kalta S/o Sh. Kalsi Ram R/o Village Chakrot, PO Mahasu, Tehsil Kotkhai, Shimla apprehended by them with 12 Bottles of illicit country liquor marka Himachal orange. The case is being investigated b y ASI Deep Chand, I/O PS Kotkhai.

2.    AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 112/17 has been registered at PS Shimla West on 30.06.2017 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of SI Shiv Kumar, I/C PP Jutogh, Shimla alleging therein that on 30.06.2017, he alongwith staff was on patrolling towards Shamlaghat. On the secret information, they conducted raid in the Daily Needs Shop of Sh. Manohar Lal and recovered 48 Bottles of illicit Country liquor from his possession. The case is being investigated by SI Shiv Kumar, I/C PP Jutogh.

3.    AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 90/17 has been registered at PS New Shimla on 30.06.2017 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of SI Deepak Thakur, SHO PS New Shimla alleging therein that on 30.06.2017 during patrolling/traffic checking duty alongwith staff in the jurisdiction of PS New Shimla. At about 08-00 PM, when they were coming towards Khalini from Jhanjheeri, one person namely Sher Singh S/o Lt. Sh. Sansar Chand R/o Vidya Bhawan, Bhagwati Nagar,  Jhanjheeri, Shimla  apprehended by them with 12 Bottles of illicit Country liquor marka Una No. 1. The case is being investigated by SI Deepak Thkaur, SHO PS New Shimla.

4.    AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 69/17 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on 30.06.2017 U/S 279 IPC & 287 MV Act has been registered on the statement of Sh. Ravinder Shyam S/o Lt. Sh. Parma Nand R/o Village Palavi PO Shilaru Tehsil Theog Distt Shimla alleging therein that on 30.06.2017, He was going to home with his vehicle bearing No HP-9C-3348. At about 06-30PM when he reached near Shilaru Bazaar, one Pick-Up No HP-64-9133, driven by Summit S/o Sh Geeta Ram R/o Vill Salogra Distt Solan, come rashly with negligent driving, hit his vehicle and run away from spot. The case is being investigated by ASI Mohan Guleria I/C PP Narkanda.

5.    A GRIEVOUS INJURY: Case FIR No. 110/17 has been registered at PS Rampur on 30.06.2017 U/S 325,323 IPC on the report of Sh. Poshu Ram S/o Sh. Kaku Ram R/o Village Majhali PO Deothi Tehsil Rampur Bsr, Shimla alleging therein that on 26.06.2017 at about 09-00AM, when his son Dalip Kumar was coming to home from Majhewli, on the way Sandeep Kumar S/o Sh. Budh Ram beaten him brutally, sustained grievous injury to him. The case is being investigated by ASI Ram Singh I/C PP Tecklech (Rampur).

6.    A TRESPASS: Case FIR No. 68/17 has been registered at PS Rohru today on 01.07.2017 U/S 451, 323, 506, 34 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Bhajan Dass S/o Sh. Narayan Singh R/o Village Sharmali,  PO Sungri Tehsil Rohru, Distt. Shimla alleging therein that on 30.06.2017 at about 07-15 PM, his neighbourer Hemant Kaith and Rishi Kaith criminally trespassed in his garden and beaten him brutally. The case is being investigated by HC Ankit, I/O PS Rohru.

7.    During last 24 hours 245 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 135 & fine realized Rs. 53,400/- and 31 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 3,400/-

Kathua, J&K, arrested in Case FIR No. 89/17 Dt. 18.06.2017 U/S 379 IPC & 41, 42 The Indian Forest Act at PS Dhalli, today released on bail by the Ld. Court.
