G M Wami (President New Shimla Residents welfare society) MD New Chhaya Tour & Travels  By-Pass road Panthghati, Shimla near Passport Sewa Kender found one missing Mobile Nokia Lumia N 720 Phone near his office. Now this missing phone delivered to the owner with the help of Police verification. Shimla Police is very thankful to the above person for their kindness and also awarded with appreciation certificate.

1.      A THEFT case FIR No. 81/13 is registered at Police Station Dhalli, Shimla on 06-06-13 U/S 379 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Om Prakash Sharma S/o Sh. Narain Dutt R/o Neri Dhar, Bhatta Kuffer, Dhalli, alleging therein that during the intervening night of 05/06-06-13 some unknown person has stolen away his vehicle Maruti 800 No. HP-09C-1276. Case is being investigated by ASI Amar Singh I/O PS Dhalli, Shimla.

2.      A THEFT case FIR No. 82/13 is registered at Police Station Dhalli Shimla on 07-06-13 U/S 379 IPC on the application of Anand Prakash Negi S/o Sh. Dorje Tsandup R/o Vill Chango, Teh Pooh, Distt Kinnaur, alleging therein that during the intervening night of 06/07-06-13 some unknown person has stolen away his vehicle Bolero Camper No. HP-62A-2046 parked at Lakkar Bazar-Sanjauli road. Case is being investigated by HC Lekh Ram I/O PP Sanjauli.

3.      A TRESPASS case FIR No. 67/13 is registered at Police Station Theog on 07-07-13 U/S 354, 452, 323 IPC on the complaint of Devko Devi W/o Sh. Deep Ram R/o Vill Tihana, PO Chanair, Teh Theog, Distt Shimla, alleging therein that on 07-07-13 at 6:00 AM one person named Kanshi Ram S/o Sh. Mahu R/o Vill Tihana, PO Chanair, Teh Theog, Distt Shimla entered in her home room, beat her and try to outrage her modesty. Case is being investigated by ASI Pardeep Kumar I/c PP Deha.

4.      A BURGLARY case FIR No. 99/13 is registered at Police Station Rampur on 06-06-13 U/S 454, 380 IPC on the complaint of Shashi Bhushan R/o Ward No. 7, Nagar Parishad Rampur, alleging therein that on 06-06-13 some unknown person has stolen away 1 gold ear ring, 3 nose pins, Mangal sutra and 1 lady ring. Total cost of stolen property is Rs. 73,000/-. Case is being investigated by SHO/IPS(P) Swapna Gautam PS Rampur.

5.      A TRESPASS case FIR No. 100/13 is registered at Police Station Rampur on 06-06-13 U/S 354, 323, 506, 504, 34 IPC on the complaint of Sheela Devi W/o Sh. Parkash Chand R/o VPO Nogali, alleging therein that on 06-06-13 at 6:00 PM one person named Jagmal Singh @ Jagu R/o VPO Nogali try to outrage her modesty and wife of Jagmal named Veena Devi and Jagmal beat her and threatened with dire consequences. 6.      A TRESPASS case FIR No. 101/13 is registered at Police Station Rampur on 07-06-13 U/S 451, 323, 504, 34 IPC on the complaint of Veena Devi W/o Sh. Jagmal Singh R/o VPO Nogali, alleging therein that on 06-06-13 at 5-6 PM one lady namely Smt. Sheela Devi entered in his shop and beat to her husband named Jagmal Singh and also threat with dire consequences. Case is being investigating by ASI Karam Chand I/O PS Rampur.

7.      A DOG BITE case FIR No. 66/13 is registered at Police Station Theog on 07-06-13 U/S 289 IPC on the complaint of Suresh Kumar S/o Sh. Jai Ram Sharma R/o Vill Pal, PO Bakhol, Teh Kotkhai, Distt Shimla, alleging therein that on 06-06-13 at 7:30 PM when he was at Petrol Pump Theog pet dog of one person Rajesh Kumar bite him. Case is being investigated HC Ramesh Chand I/o PS Theog.

8.      During last 24 hours 113 vehicles were challaned under Motor Vehicle Act for the violation of Traffic rules and 14 persons were challaned under COPTA (Cigarette & Other Tobacco Act 2005). The total amount of compounding fee of challaned under MV Act & COPTA is Rs. 25,900/-.

1.      An ACCIDENT case FIR No. 113/13 is registered at Police Station West Shimla on 05-06-13 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Tikka Ram S/o Sh. Chhavi Ram labourer Sh. Basti Ram Contractor, Tuti Kandi, Shimla, alleging therein that when he came back from Tuti Kandi Zoo in vehicle No. HP-07-3398 after unloading the feed. Above vehicle fell down from the road and driven by driver Manoj kumar. Case is being investigated by HC Ravinder Kumar I/o PS West, Shimla.

2.      A WRONGFUL RESTRAINT case FIR No. 98/13 is registered at Police Station West Shimla on 06-06-13 U/S 341, 323, 324, 506 IPC on the complaint of Deepak Kumar S/o Sh. Mangat Ram R/o H. No.-4, Darai Mohalla, Ward No. 1, Rampur, Distt Shimla, alleging therein that on 05-06-13 at 10:00 PM one person named Ranveer S/o Sh. Raj Kumar and Laiq Ram wrongfully restrained his way and beat him along with Laiq Ram. In this incident he and above Laiq Ram sustained injuries. Case is being investigated by SHO/IPS (P) Swapna Gautam PS Rampur.

3.      During last 24 hours 147 vehicles were challaned under Motor Vehicle Act for the violation of Traffic rules and 07 persons were challaned under COPTA (Cigarette & Other Tobacco Act 2005). The total amount of compounding fee of challaned under MV Act & COPTA is Rs. 27,200/-.

In connection with case FIR No. 54/13 on 04-06-13 U/S 341, 323, 504, 336, 427 and 25-54-59 Arms Act registered at PS East, Shimla one person named Sukhjinder Singh @ Montu S/o Sh. Gurcharan Singh R/o H. No. 1141, Ratpur Colony, Pinjor, Teh Kalka, Haryana has been arrested by Police Party.

1.      An EXCISE case FIR No. 97/13 is registered at Police Station Rampur on 04-06-13 on the report of HC Mohan Joshi I/O PP Taklech that during patrolling along with staff he recovered 3 bottles country liquor from the illegal possession of Kancha Lama S/o Sh. Dhame Lama (Nepal) R/o Taklech.

2.      A HURT case FIR No. 65/13 is registered at Police Station Theog on 04-06-13 U/S 353, 332, 452, 506 IPC on the complaint of Dr. Aman Sharma PHC Ghorna, Teh Theog, Distt Shimla, alleging therein that on 04-06-13 at 8:35 PM when he was in his room one person namely Suresh S/o Sh. Balak Ram R/o Vill Shilla, PO Deha, Teh Theog, Distt Shimla came to his room, beat him and also threatened him with dire consequences. Case is being investigated by Insp./SHO Baldev Thakur.

3.      A CHEATING case FIR No. 119/13 is registered at Police Station Sadar Shimla on 05-06-13 U/S 420, 465, 511 IPC on the complaint of Sh. B M Gupta Addl. Registrar  Estt. Hon,ble High Court, Shimla, alleging therein that some unauthorized person uploaded an advertisement of 21 posts of Clerk at Hon,ble High Court, but there is no such advertisement approved by the authority. Case is being investigated by ASI Paramjeet Singh Saini I/o PS Sadar Shimla.

4.      During last 24 hours 153 vehicles were challaned under Motor Vehicle Act for the violation of Traffic rules and no one person was challaned under COPTA (Cigarette & Other Tobacco Act 2005). The total amount of compounding fee of challaned under MV Act & COPTA is Rs. 37,100/-.

1.      An ACCIDENT case FIR No. 111/13 is registered at Police Station West Shimla on 04-06-13 U/S 279, 337 IPC & 187 MV Act on the complaint of Sh. Kelash Sharma S/o Sh. Paras Ram Sharma R/o Vill Shalaghat, PO Kethlighat, Distt Solan, alleging therein that on today at 9:45 AM his tenant Sh. Brahama Nand informed that some unknown vehicle hit his servant namely Bhim Bahadur (Nepali) near Shoghi Petrol Pump. Case is being investigated by HC Keshav Ram I/o PS West Shimla.

2.      A RESISTANCE BY A PERSON TO HIS LAWFUL APPREHENSION case FIR No. 117/13 is registered at Police Station Sadar Shimla on 04-06-13 U/S 224 IPC on the complaint of HHC Kuber Singh Police Lines Solan, alleging therein that on 17-05-13 he along with Ct. Ashok Kumar, Ct. Sanjeev Kumar and Ct. Parkash Chand deputed accused duty with accused Vishal @ Kharak Bahadur for medical checkup at IGMC Shimla. After medical checkup, above accused admitted in Skin ward IGMC Shimla for treatment. During the intervening night of 03/04-06-13 at 1:30 AM above accused absconded from their legal custody. Case is being investigated by ASI Jasveer Singh I/c PP Lakkar Bazar.

3.      An ARMS ACT case FIR No. 54/13 is registered at Police Station East Shimla on 04-06-13 U/S 341, 323, 504, 336, 427 IPC & 25-54-69 Arms Act on the complaint of Mr. Chandresh Bhardwa S/o Late Sh. Ishwari Nand Bhardwaj R/o Bhardwaj Cottage, Vikasnagar near Kaundal Niwas, PO Kasumpti, Shimla, alleging therein that on 03-06-13 when he came back from ISBT near Kanlog one vehicle Verna car overtake and obstruct his way. One person named Montu came down from the above Verna car and broke down driver side mirror. When they both reached at Vikasnagar one person named Lovenish friend of Montu came there in HR No. Vehicle, then Montu fire one shot in the air with pistol. Case is being investigated by HC Balak Ram I/C PAR Vikasnagar.

4.      An OBSTRUCTION ON THE PUBLIC WAY case FIR No. 24/13 is registered at Police Station Chirgaon on 04-06-13 U/S 283 IPC on the report of HC Kalam Singh I/O PS Chirgaon, that one person named Basant Lal S/o Sh. Munshi Ram R/o VPO Sondari, Teh Chirgaon, Distt Shimla, kept the sand in the road.

5.      A WRONGFUL RESTRAINT case FIR No. 96/13 is registered at Police Station Rampur on 03-06-13 U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC on the complaint of Smt. Nazir Begum W/o Yusuf R/o Vill Kuttu Nala, PO Nogali, Teh Rampur, Distt Shimla, alleging therein that on 03-06-13 at 12:00 PM when she and Permila went to Vill Besri and reached near Gharai, three unknown ladies obstruct and beat them. 6.      An ACCIDENT case FIR No. 28/13 is registered at Police Station Nerwa on 03-06-13 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the complaint of Smt. Asha Devi W/o Sh. Pradeep Kumar R/o Vill Katal, PO Makrog, Teh Chopal, Distt Shimla, alleging therein that when she was going to Lab along with her mother-in-law for test, near Civil Hospital Nerwa one vehicle Pick-up No. HP-63-2621 hit her mother-in-law. Above vehicle driven by Sh. Prem Thakur. Case is being investigated by HC Hem Raj I/O PS Nerwa.

Uma Dutt R/o Vill Manjhla, PO Bychari, Teh & Distt Shimla, alleging therein that when he was on duty at blossom Hotel Shimla at 1:15 AM one vehicle No. PB-01-5784 coming rashly from ISBT Side and the rolled down from the road to Hotel lawn. 2.      A WRONGFUL RESTRAINT case FIR No. 110/13 is registered at Police Station West Shimla on 03-06-13 U/S 341, 143 IPC & 8B NH Act on the complaint of Sh. Rakesh Chandel S/o Sh. Daulat Ram R/o Vill Aanji Ki Patti, PO Totu, Teh & Distt Shimla, alleging therein that on 03-06-13 at 11:15 to 1:15 PM some persons of Jutogh namely Kamal Gupta, Hukam Chand, Vipin, Budhi and Mittal etc wrongfully restraint NH-88 near Yadgar. Case is being investigated by SI Harish I/C PP Jutogh.

Gopi Chand R/o Vill Rinjat, PO Nerwa, Teh Chopal, Distt Shimla, alleging therein that one person namely Atul Suri wrongfully restraint his way. Case is being investigated by HC Hem Raj I/o PS Nerwa.

2.      A HURT case FIR No. 62/13 is registered at Police Station Theog on 01-06-13 U/S 325, 323 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Sohan Singh R/o VPO Bhalech, Teh Theog, Distt Shimla, alleging therein that on 30-05-13 his son namely Inder Singh @ Rinku beat his aunt Smt. Shanti Devi. Case is being investigated by HC Ramesh Chand I/o PS Theog.

3.      A TRESPASS case FIR No. 63/13 is registered at Police Station Theog on 02-06-13 U/S 448, 380 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Suneel Dutt S/o Sh. Tara Dutt R/o VPO Chhailla, Teh  Theog, Distt Shimla, alleging therein that he has electrical shop at Chhailla since 2003. He is unable to pay rent for one month, so the owner of the shop namely Smt. Geeta Sharma @ Rukmi Devi entered in the shop and stolen away electrical items worth Rs. 10,00,000/-(app). Case is being investigated by ASI Kamal Dev I/c PP Chhailla.

4.      A THEFT case FIR No. 80/13 is registered at Police Station Dhalli Shimla on 02-06-13 U/S 379 IPC on the statement of Sh. Rajinder Thakur S/o Sh. S R Thakur R/o HIG-12, Housing Board Colony, Sanjauli, Shimla alleging therein that during the intervening night of 01/02-06-13 some unknown person has stolen away his vehicle No. HP-51-5002 parked on NH-22 near his residence. Case is being investigated by ASI Amar Singh I/o PS Dhalli, Shimla.

5.        A MISCHIEF BY FIRE SUBSTANCE WITH INTENT TO DESTROY HOUSE case FIR No. 105/13 is registered at Police Station West Shimla on 01-06-13 U/S 436 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Khem Chand S/o Late Sh. Mast Ram R/o Vill Makroh, PO Kohbagh, Teh & Distt Shimla, alleging therein that on 01-06-13 at 1:15 PM Smt. Vimla W/o Jagat Ram informed him that his house gutted fire. On this when he reached at his house, he found that some important documents and other items totally destroyed. He has doubt on one person named Raj Kumar S/o Late Sh. Almu Ram R/I Vill Makroh about this incident. Case is being investigated by SI Harish Kumat I/c PP Jutogh.

6.        An ACCIDENT case FIR No. 95/13 is registered at Police Station Rampur on 01-06-13 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Tek Chand S/o Sh. Rama Nand R/o Ward No. 19, Teh Rampur, Distt Shimla, alleging therein that on 01-06-13 at 6:30 PM one vehicle Balero camper No. HP-02A-0583 hit one person named Rishabh near Khaneri due to rash and negligent driving by Man Mohan Singh S/o Sh. Vijay Nand R/o Vill Sanarsa, Teh Rampur, Distt Shimla. Case is being investigated by HC Sunil Kumar I/o PS Rampur.

Accused arrested & recovered 400 gm. Charas

1.                   A ND & PS Case FIR No. 64/13 is registered at PS Kumarsain on 1.6.13 U/S 20-61-85 of ND&PS Act on the Rukka of HC Govind Singh No 955 I/O PP Sainj alleging therein that on today at  2.00 PM alongwith staff when he was present at Cheel more Near Kingal NH22. He saw a person sited on parfaits & carried a bag black colour on his right hand. Founded Suspect condition the person run away but HC Govind Singh No 955 alongwith staff caught him and recovered 400 gram Charas from the possession of accused namely Maden Lal S/o Sh Chandan Lal R/o Vill A-29 Jain Park New-Delhi-59 Uttamnager PS Bindapur Delhi Age 51 Years. accused arrested.The case is being investigated by HC Govind Singh.I/O PP Sainj P.S Kumarsain.

Accused arrested & recovered of a bag 1-500 kg Charas

2.                   A ND&PS  Case  FIR  No.61/13 is registered at PS  Theog on 31.05.13 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act on the the rukka of ASI Sanjeev Kumar I/O  PS Theog  alleging therein that on 31.05.13 at about 5-00 PM when he was patrolling and naka bandi alongwith staff at Fugu. HRTC Bus came to Theog toward Shimla No HP42-0477 ASI Sanjeev Kumar with staff checked the above bus one person sitting front seat along ith bag namly Pawan Kumar S/o Sh Madan Lal R/o Phaula P.O Irra Tehsil Chopal Distt Shimla,during cheking of bag 1-500 kg recovered accused. The case is being investigated by ASI Sanjeev Kumar I/O PS Theog.

3.                   A ND&PS  Case  FIR No 93/13  is registered  at  PS Rampur  on 31.05.13 U/S  61-1-14 Ex Act on the ruka of HC Sunil Kumar No 146 I/O PS Rampur  he recovered 9 bottle country liquor from the possession of Sunil Kumar S/o Sh Deep Ram R/o Vill & PO Sholi  S/T Nankhari near  Nearth . The  Case is being investigated by HC Sunil Kumar I/O PS Rampur Distt Shimla

4.                  A RIOTING Case FIR No. 104/13 is registered at PS West on 31.05.13 U/S 147,149,427,506 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Sudheer Kumar S/o Sh. Ram Narayan R/o 91-C Industrial Area Shoghi alleging therein that he is serving as G.M in Relaible product Bio chemical Ltd. Now a days production work decreases and out limited management take a decision to expel out 35 workers. On this company workers aggressive and they destroyed equipment and machines in the factory and also gave beating to sh. Sandeep Kumar a factory worker. The case is being  investigated by SI. 5.                  A WRONGFUL RESTRAINED Case FIR No.115/13 is registered  at PS Sadar  Shimla on 31.5.13  U/S 341, 382, 323,34 IPC on the complaint of Sh Vishal SoodS/o Sh. Surinder Pal Sood R/o Shyam Singh Building Set No 23 Ruldu Bhatta Lakkar Bazar Simla alleging therein that on 30.5.13 at 12 PM  when he was going to his quarter in his vehicle from Chotta Simla to Lakkar Bazar Simla  when he reached near Panchyat Bhawan a person namely Arjun Pandit and his three friends wrongful restraint beaten him and snatched Golden Chain and one Mobile Phone and Currency Note Two Thousand. The case is being investigated by HC Ravinder Singh  I/O P.S Sadar Simla.

6.                   AN ACCIDENT Case F.I.R No 116/13 is registered  at PS Sadar  Shimla on 31.5.13 U/S 279 IPC & 187 M.V Act on the complaint of Sh Rajan Chauhan S/o  Lt Sh Sohan Lal R/O Cat -1  Flat -5 Block -19 Housing Colony Sanjauli Shimla alleging therein that on 31.5.13 at 4.30 PM when he was going to  home in his vehicle Bus Stand  to Sanjauli Via Lakkar Bazar Simla  when he reached near Rain Shelter IGMC Cart Road Simla  a  Driver of Vehicle No PB02 AX -147 suddenly came very rashly from behind side and hit his car No HP07C-0522. The driver ran away alongwith vehicle from the spot. The case is being investigated by HC Rajpal I/O P.P L/Bazar Shimla.

7.                  A THEFT Case FIR No 79/13is registered at PS Dhalli on 1.6-13 U/S 379 IPC has been registered on the application of Besar Dass S/o Sh  Reva Dass R/o Vill. Jubadi PO Baldeyan Tehsil & Distt Shimla A/P residing Suryadarshan building North Oak Sanjauli Shimla alleging therein that on 31.5.13 at 5.30 PM he parked his car near Sanjauli Chowk toward Lakkar Bazar road. Today morning when he reached near his car and found that Stereo , Woofer, Watch, clothe bag & umbrella was stolen by unknown persons during the intervening night of 31-5/1-6-13. The case is being investigated by ASI Lal Chand I/C PP Sanjauli.

8.                   A BURGLARY  Case FIR NO. 31/13 is registered at  PS Jubbal on 01.06.13 U/S 457,380  IPC on the statement of Sh.Ramesh Kumar S/o Sh. Ram VPO  Prounthi Teh. & PS Jubbal Distt. Shimla alleging therein that on 31.5.13 & 01.06.13 intervening night some unknown person broken the lock of main door Devta Sahib Mahasu temple at Prounthi and stolen away gold Ashrfi,Doria,Murti, Sikand  Silver 32 dollars two Plate one Lota etc.the value of the stolen are worth Rs  4/5 lacks. The case is being investigated by HC Pyare Lal I/O PS  Jubbal.

9.                   AN ACCIDENT  Case FIR NO 94/13 is registered  at  PS Rampur  on 31.05.13 U/S 279,337IPC on the statement of  Deepak Sharma S/o  Sh. Rattan Chand R/O Vill  Dakolhar Teh Rampur  Distt  Shimla alleging  therein that on 31.05.13 at  3 PM  a Motor Cycle No HP06A-2235 met with an accident near  Khopri due to rash and negligent driving of Abhishek.
