Crime Report On March 30, 2019.

AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 19/19 has been regidtered at PS Kotkhai on 30.03.19 U/S 279, 337 & 304-A on the statement of Sh Sonam tenzin S/o Sh Jagmohan Negi R/o village Bhadrana P/o & Tehsil Kotkhai District Shimla alleging therein that today on 30.03.2019 a vehicle No. HP 09C 0194 met with an accident in which one person namely Tashi Dhundup Khampa S/o Kundon Negi R/o Ward No.02 Jubbal road Kotkhai age 20 years died on the spot. The case is being investigated by HC Ashok Kumar I/O PS Kotkhai.

2.    AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 55/16 has been registred at PS Dhalli on 29.03.2019 U/S 39(i)(a) HP Excise Act on the statement of Mr Ashit Kashyap Magistrate Flying Squad No. 3, Kasumpti Constituency alleging therein that on 29.03.2019 he alongwith staff was on checking duty at Sadhora. During checking he recovered 60 bottles from the possession of Bhupender Kumar Verma S/o Sh Kamal Narayan Verma r/o village Dharogda P/o Pandoa Tehsil Sunni District Shimla. The case is being investigated by ASI Inder  I/C PP Mashobra, PS Dhalli, Shimla.

3.    AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR 31/19 has been registered at PS Rohru on 29.03.2019 U/S 39(1)(a) HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Bhagirath I/C PP TIKKAR alleging therein that on 29.03.2019 at about 07:30 PM, during patrolling alongwith staff at Near Chunjer Rohru one person namely Raju Sharma S/O Sh. Parasur R/O Vill. Guleriya Oda No. 2 Anchal Beri Distt. Bardiya Nepal C/O Sh. Roshan Lal S/O Sh. Atma Ram R/O Tharola Tehsil Kotkhai Distt. Shimla age 52 yrs. apprehended by them and recovered 36 Bottles of Country Liquor marka Santra from his possession. The case is being investigated by ASI Bhagirath I/C PP Tikkar, PS Rohru, Shimla.       

4.    AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 32/19 has been registered at PS Rohru on 30.03.2019 U/S 39(1)(a) HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Bhagirath I/C PP TIKKAR alleging therein that on 29.03.2019 at about 11:10 Pm, during patrolling alongwith staff at Near Cheva Road Rohru one person namely Prem Kumar S/O Lt. Sh. Ram Kumar Nepali C/O Sh. Yash Pal S/O Sh. Krishan Lal R/O VPO Tharola Tehsil Kotkhai Distt. Shimla HP Age 31 yrs. apprehended by them and recovered 24 Bottles of Country Liquor marka Santra from his possession. The case is being investigated by ASI Bhagirath I/C PP Tikkar.

5.    AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 73/19 has been registred at PS Sadar on 29.03.2019 U/S 39(1)(a) HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Inder Pal I/O PS Sadar alleging therein that on 29.03.2019 he alongwith staff during patrolling he recovered 12 bottles of English liquor from the possession of  rajan Kumar S/o Late Sh Ishwar Chand r/o Mehta Niwas Lower Kaithu Shimla .The case is being investigated by ASI Inder Pal I/O PS Sadar.

6.    AN ACCIDENT : Case FIR No.74/19 has been registered at PS West on 24.03.19 U/S 304A,IPC,on the rukka of ASI Devi Ram I/C PP Jatog alleging therein that in intervening night of 29/30.03.2019 a vehicle No. HP63A-5824 met with an accident in which one person namely Vinod Kumar S/o Sh Devi Singh R/o village Shili P/o Bychidi Tehsil & District Shimla died on the spot. The case is being investigated by ASI Devi Ram I/C PP Jatog.

7.    A DISOBEDIENCE TO ORDER DULY PROMULGATED BY PUBLIC SERVANT: Case FIR No. 75/19 has been registered at PS Sadar today on 30.03.2019 U/S 143, 188 IPC on the rukka of I/O PS Sadar alleging therein that today on 30.03.2019 Students Parents/ Guardian Manch under the leadership of Sh. Vijender Mehra gathered outside  D.A.V Middle Bazaar and staged a dharna/ demonstration without any prior permission of the administration and shouted slogans against School Management & Distrit administration to oppose the heavy increased in school fees.  The case is being investigated by HC Kishore Kumar I/O PS Sadar.

8.    During last 24 hours 574 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, Compounded= 286, 18 persons challaned under Smoking Act.
