Crime Report on March 25, 2018

1. A RIOTING: Case FIR No. 18/18 has been registered at PS Nankhari on  24.03.2018 U/S 341,147,148,149,504,506 IPC has been registered on the complaint of Sh. Pradeep Kumar S/o Sh. Chatar Singh R/o Village & PO Nerwa Tehsil Chopal  District Shimla a/p working as salesman in Liquor shop at Theli chakti  alleging therein that  on 24.03.2018 at about 03.00 PM, one Anup @ Anu S/o Dhar Mal R/o Vilage Chakti Teh. Nankhari Distt. Shimla alongwith his friends came in his shop and started to abuse him. They have also beaten him brutally  and threatened with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by SI/SHO PS Nankhari.   
2. A CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION: Case FIR No. 56/18 has been registered at PS Sadar on 24.03.2018 U/S 506 504 34 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Chanderjeet Singh S/o Sh. Ram Singh R/o village Gayuhani PO Joginder Nagar, District Mandi A/P Himgiri Building, Ground Floor Longwood Shimla alleging therein that he is running a Shop No.-1, White-Way Juice Bar, The Mall Shimla for the last 04 years. His father asked him to vacant the Juice Bar as he wants to open liquor shop. On 22.03.2018, his father abused him and threatened him alongwith his family with dire consequences.  The case is being investigated by ASI Ajeet Singh, I/O PS Sadar.
3. During last 24 hours 390 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, Compounded= 155 fine collected Rs. 57,200/- and 10 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 1100/-.

1.    Accused i) Suresh @ Baby S/o Sh. Roshan Lal R/o Village Gartori PO & Tehsil Nerwa & ii) Baldev Kumar S/o Sh. Kanshi Ram R/o Vilage Shallan, PO Halau, Tehsil Nerwa, District Shimla, arrested in Case FIR No. 14/18 Dt. 23.03.2018 U/S 21,22,25,29-61-85 ND&PS Act at PS Nerwa  is remanded in Police Custody upto 26-03-2018 by the Ld. Court.

Maan Singh R/o Village Kachnapur Ward No. 1, Nepalganj PO Kohalpur Tehsil & PS Shamsherganj, Nepal A/P C/o Bittu House Sargheen Shimla and ii) Budhi Singh S/o Sh. Dil Bahadur R/o Village Salain Ward No. 7 PO & PS Khalga District Salyan Anchal Rapti Nepal A/P C/o Bittu House Sargheen Shimla, iii) Sagar S/o Sh. Bhagat Bahadur R/o  Village Gavis Ward No. 8, Pachkula, District Dhang Ravati Anchal Nepal C/o Babu Niwas Jharech PO Beolia, Shimla, age 25 years and iv) Ravi Kumar S/o Sh. Dhan Bahadur R/o Gavis Bhukhal Ward No.-1, PO Mahender Nagar PS Bhuda Chori, District Kachanpur Mahakali Anchal Nepal C/o Garg Niwas Jharech PO Beolia, Shimla, age 23 years,  arrested in Case FIR No. 17/18 Dt. 10.03.2018 u/S 379 34 IPC at PS New Shimla are remanded in Police Custody upto 26-03-2018 by the Ld. Court.

Shimla arrested in case FIR No. 33/18 dated 21-03-2018 u/s 302, 34 IPC at PS Jhakri are remanded in Police Custody upto 26-03-2018 by the Ld. Court
