1. A Wrongful Restraint: Case FIR No. 20/17 has been registered at PS Rampur on 22.01.2017 U/S 341 323 504 506 IPC on the complaint of Chunni Lal S/O Sh. Yagya Dutt R/o Vill.Lalsa PO Dansa tehsil Rampur age 39 years stated therein that on dated 22-01-17 at about 3.00 AM Karam Ram obstruct his way and beat him with blows and threatened him with dire consequences . He sustained injuries in his body. The Case is being investigated by HC Kuldeep I/O PS Rampur.
2. An Accident: Case FIR No. 09/17 has been registered at PS West on 21.01.2017 U/S 279 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Des Raj Thakur S/o SH. Prem Singh R/o Vill. Karni, PO& Tehsil Baldwara, Distt Mandi, HP stated therein that on dated 06.12.2016 at 08.35 AM when he was going towards Ghanahatti Bus Stand a vehicle No. HP 62-2275 come rashly and crush his right foot. The above vehicle was driven by Sanjay Kumar. The case is being investigated by ASI Suresh Kumar I/O PS West.
3. During last 24 hours 155 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 53 & fine realized Rs. 16,400/- and 02 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs-. 200/-.
FOLLOW UP:
1. Accused i) Gulab Singh S/o Lt. Sh. Bhawani Singh R/o Kandal, PO Tikkari, Tehsil Chopal, Shimla, age 65 years and ii) Salig Ram S/o Sh. Relu Ram R/o Village Ramdara, PO Telor, Tehsil Chopal, Shimla, age 45 years, arrested in case FIR No. 04/17 Dt. 19.01.2017 U/S 21,22-61-85 ND&PS Act at PS Nerwa, are remanded in Police custody upto 23.01.2017, by the Ld. Court.
