Crime Report on December 15, 2017

1.  A ND&PS ACT: Case FIR No. 143/17 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on  15 .12.2017 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act on the rukka of ASI Mohan Guleria, I/C PP Narkanda, Shimla alleging therein that on 14.12.2017 at about 09-00 AM, during Nakabandi alongwith staff at Firanu Mode (NH-05), one person namely Goverdhan Singh S/o Lt. Sh. Jhuna Singh R/o Village Dhamar, PO Jao, Tehsil Nirmand, Distt. Kullu, age 24 years intercepted by them and during search 830 Gram Charas recovered from his possession. Accused has been arrested by the police and the case is being investigated by ASI Mohan Guleria, I/C PP Narkanda.

2.  AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 227/17 has been registered at PS Shimla Sadar on 14.12.2017 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of SI Radhe Shyam, I/O PS Sadar Shimla alleging therein that on 14.12.2017 at about 08-50 PM, during patrolling alongwith staff near Ganj Bazar Shimla, one person namely Nageshwar S/o Sh. Naval Kishore Mishra R/o Village Khalipatpur PO Gopala Sarai, PS Sonva, Tehsil Jamunaha, Distt. Shravasti, UP, age 19 years apprehended by them alongwith 12 Bottles of illicit Country liquor marka Una No.1. The case is being investigated by SI Radhey Shyam, I/O PS Sadar.

3. A BURGLARY: Case FIR No. 82/17 has been registered at PS Jubbal on 14.12.2017 U/S 457, 380 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Ripon Kumar, Asstt. Professor, SKT Govt. Degree College, Sarswati Nagar alleging therein that on the intervening night of 23/24.11.2017, some unknown person has broken the door locks of his quarter and stolen away jewellary & clothes. The case is being investigated by ASI Keshav Chand, I/C PP Sarswati Nagar,  Jubbal.

4. A CHEATING: Case FIR No. 184/17 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 14.12.2017 U/S 420 IPC on the complaint of Smt. Rita Devi W/o Lt. Sh. Bheekh Singh R/o Village Kyari PO Koti Panchayat, Junga, Shimla alleging therein that on 08.12.2017, she received a call from Mobile No. 918877189614 and told her that he is speaking from Junga Bank and her ATM is closed. On his asked she told her ATM Number. At about 07-52 PM, she received a message that a amounting to Rs. 50,000/- have been withdrawal from her account. The case is being investigated by HC Virender Kumar, I/O PP Junga.  

5.  A MINING ACT: Case FIR No. 83/17 has been registered at PS Sunni on 14.12.2017 U/S 379, 34 IPC & 31 (i) Mining Act on the statement of Sh. Moti Ram S/o Lt. Sh. Uma Dutt R/o Village Gadauo, Tehsil Sunni, Distt. Shimla, age 63 years alleging therein that on 13.12.2017, two persons namely Lokender & Virender  both are sons of Anant Ram R/o Village Gadauo, Tehsil Sunni, Shimla were doing illegal mining from his land. The case is being investigated by ASI Jaswant, I/C PP Jalog, Sunni.

6.During last 24 hours 251 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, Compounded= 128 fine realized  Rs. 44,400/-, 26 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 2,600/- and 01 Challan under Mining Act and fine Realized Rs. 7,500/-

1.  Accused Goverdhan Singh S/o Lt. Sh. Jhuna Singh R/o Village Dhamar, PO Jao, Tehsil Nirmand, Distt. Kullu, age 24 years, arrested in Case FIR No. 143/17 Dt. 15.12.2017 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act at PS Kumarsain, is remanded in Police custody upto 18.12.2017, by the Ld. Court.  

2.  One Lady accused, arrested in case FIR No. 125/17 Dt. 04.11.2017 U/S 381 IPC at PS Shimla East, is remanded in Police custody upto 18.12.2017, by the Ld. Court.     

INQUEST REPORT:

Hira Singh (Nepali) A/P R/O Chet Ram Building Dingu Bawari Sanjauli Shimla-6 age 50 years found dead in his Room at Dingo Bawari, Sanjauli. His Deadbody shifted to IGMC Shimla for Postmortem. Enquiry is being conducted by ASI Joginder Singh I/O PS Dhalli.

Crime Report Dec. 14, 2017

1. A THEFT: Case FIR No. 136/17 has been registered at PS Kotkhai on 13.12.2017 U/S 379 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Vineet Sharma S/O Sh. Ramesh R/O Vill. Roni PO Tharola Tehsil Kotkhai Distt. Shimla. Stated therein that on the intervening night of 12/13.12.2017, some unknown person has stolen away his car Maruti Alto K10 VXI No. HP09C-4368 silver colour parked at Khathandi nala.
2. A THEFT: Case FIR No. 142/17 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on 13.12.2017 U/S 380 IPC on the statement of Sh. Satyapal Bhandari S/o Lt. Sh. Guru Saiyayee R/o Village Kateen PO Bharedi, Tehsil & PS Kumarsain, Shimla A/P Bhandari Devta Thaneshwar Temple Bhareri stated therein that on 13-12-2017 his son  Dharmender Pal informed him that the donation box of temple is damaged. On this information he rushed to the spot and found that some unknown person has stolen away 3500/- from the donation box. The case is being investigated by ASI Devi Ram I/O PS Kumarsain.  
3. A TRESPASS: Case FIR No. 224/17 has been registered at PS Theog on 13.12.2017 U/S 447 427 379 506 120B IPC on the complaint of Sh. Pratap Singh Chandel S/o Sh. Madan Singh Chandel R/o Village & PO Sarog Manal, Theog, Shimla alleging therein that he and Sohan Lal have land at Khasra No. 680 & 682 Mauja Chak Sarog, Shimla and they have constructed a dhara in above land.  He installed a Wooden Cutting Machine & kept other house hold articles in this dhara. On 13.12.2017 at about 09-00 AM, he received an information that some persons have damaged their dharas. On this information, when he alongwith Sohan Lal reached the spot, two persons namely Om Prakash and Hem Chand were already present there and started abused them and threatened them with dire consequences. He has doubt that above both persons  alongwith their family members & labourer have destroyed their dharas with the intention of criminal conspiracy and taken away his house hold articles. The case is being investigated by ASI Jeet Ram, I/O PS Theog.
4. An Accident case FIR No.211/17 has been  registered at PS Rampur on 13.12.17 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Kapil S/O Lt. Sh. Nathu Ram R/O Vill. Bharara PO & Tehsil Kumarsain Distt. Shimla HP stated therein that on 13.12.17 at about 6:30 PM when he was going toward Kumarsain in his vehicle No.HP63C-0949 on the way near Machada Bridge one vehicle HP06A-6481 collied with his vehicle  due to rash and negligent driving of driver Pintu S/o Sh. Jai Chand R/o .Village Kapti PO Dhargoura Rampur Bsr. Distt. Shimla HP. In this accident he sustained injuries.
5. During last 24 hours 410 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, Compounded= 100 fine realized  Rs. 46,600/- and 07 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 700/-      

Crime Report on Dec. 13, 2017

1. AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 103/17 has been registered at PS Jhakri today on  13.12.2017 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka  of ASI Ram Pal  I/ C  PP  Jeori, Shimla therein that today on 13.12.2017 at about 05-15 AM,  during patrolling alongwith  staff one person namely Rakesh Kumar S/o Sh. Gokul  Ram R/O Village  Majhgaon PO Shahdhar Tehsil Rampur  Distt Shimla apprehended by them near Tawyal and recovered  07 Bottles of Country Liquor  from his  possession. The  case is being investigated by HC Ravinder Kumar, I/O PP Jeori PS Jhakri.
2. AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 154/17 has been registered at PS Rohru today on 13.12.2017 U/S 39(1)(a) HP Excise Act on the rukka of SI Ranjeet Singh, SHO PS Rohru alleging therein that today on 13.12.2017 at about 01-00 PM, during traffic checking alongwith staff  at Makhinala near Fire Station Rohru, one Alto Car No. HP10A-0412 stopped by them for checking and recovered 05 Boxes of English Liquor from the possession of Dinesh Chauhan S/O Lt. Sh. Jehar Singh R/O Village, PO, Tehsil & PS Chirgaon. The case is being investigating by SI/SHO PS Rohru.
3. A WRONGFUL RESTRAIN: case FIR No. 102/17  has been registered at PS Jhakri on 12.12.2017 U/S 341,323,34 IPC on the statement of Sh. Surjeet Singh S/O Sh. Karnail Singh R/O Padmota Po Badhani Tehsil Dhar Distt. Pathankot Punjab A/P Labour contractor Sh. Jitender Kumar village Kotla PO Shamthala Tehsil Kumarsain Distt. Shimla age 24 years alleging therein that on 12.12.2017 at about 04-30 PM, when he alongwith Shankar, Jaggu @ Harjinder & Girdhiri was sat in the canteen at Rattanpur, at the same time two persons namely Chander Kant S/O Lt. Sh. Billu R/O Rattanpur & Harish S/O Govind Singh R/O Chandpur came there in drunken condition, obstructed his way & beaten him brutally. The case is being investigating by ASI Bir Singh Negi I/O PS Jhakri.
4. A BURGLARY: Case FIR No. 226/17 has been registered at PS West on 12-12-2017 u/s 457,380 IPC on the complaint Satya Devi A/p Aaganbari worker Govt. Middle School Shankli alleging therein that on the intervening night of 11/12.12.2017, some unknown person has broken the lock of Anganbari Centre, Govt. Middle School Shankli and stolen away Gas cylinder (Indane), Gas Stove and pressure cooker (8 ltr).
5. A CRUELTY TO ANIMAL: Case FIR No. 81/17 has been registered at PS Sunni on 12.12.2017  U/S  11 The Prevention of cruelty to Animals Act 1960 on the rukka of ASI Dilu Ram Sharma alleging therein that on 12.12.2017 at about 09-30 PM, during patrolling alongwith staff,  one vehicle No. HP06A-2836 (pickup) alongwith drover Khushi Ram S/o  Ramesh Chand Vill Kahdahen Tehsil Nankhari Distt. Shimla stopped by them for checking and found a bull in miserable/pitiful condition due to cold. The case is being investigated by ASI Dilu Ram, I/O PS Suni  Distt Shimla.
6. During last 24 hours 290 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, Compounded= 85 fine realized  Rs. 40,800/- and 21 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 2,100/-

1.    A WRONGFUL RESTRAIN & CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION: Case FIR No 208/17 has been registered at PS Rampur on 11.12.2017 U/S 341,323,506 IPC on the application of Sh. Maneesh Negi S/O Sh. Roshan Lal Negi R/o Village Kandi PO Khaneri Tehsil Rampur Bsr Distt Shimla alleging therein that on 11.12.2017, when he was going towards his home at Chuhabag, on the way Rajesh Kaith Village Nehra PO Narain Rampur Bsr obstructed his way, beaten him brutally and threatened for dire consequences. The case is being investigated by HC Lal Chand, I/O PS Rampur Bsr.

2.    AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 223/17 has been registered at PS Theog on 11.12.2017 U/S 279 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Dharmender Kumar S/o Sh. Shegan Chand R/o Block No. 25, GR Floor, Nabha Estate, Shimla alleging therein that on 11.12.2017, he alongwith Billu, Rajesh, Vinod, Jonu Naresh & Anil was going towards Theog from Solan in his vehicle No. HP63A-3227. At about 08-45 PM, when they reached near Apple Control Room near Theog Bazar, at the same time a Trex No. HP01A-4912 came rashly in wrong direction and hit with his vehicle. In this accident, one lady who was sat in above Trax, sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Rakesh, I/O PP Fagu.   

3.    AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No 210/17 has been registered at PS Rampur today on  12.12.2017 U/S 279,337 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Govind Singh S/O Shri Mohan Singh R/o Village Sharmali PO Sungri Teh. Rohru Distt. Shimla, H.P alleging therein that on 08.12.2017, he was going to Satluj view hotel near old bus stand Rampur in his vehicle No HP-26A-1457 Maruti 800. When he reached at old bus stand Rampur, a Motor cycle No. HP06A-1348, driven by Yadvender Singh, came rashly in wrong direction and hit with his vehicle. The case is being investigated by ASI Hoshiar Singh I/C PP City Rampur.

4.    A THEFT: Case FIR No. 141/17 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on 12.12.2017 U/S 379 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Satish Kumar Dharma S/o Sh. Gurdhayan R/o Village & PO Kanahar Tehsil Kumarsain Distt Shimla that on the intervening night of  07/08.12.2017, some unknown person has stolen away his  vehicle No HP07C-1797 front of the garriage (village kanahar). that night some unknown culprits has been stolen above car. case is being investigated by hc ramsain no 957. for your kind persual please.

5.    AN ACCIDENT case FIR No. 245/2017 has been registered at PS West today on 12-12-2017 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh. SV Verma S/o Late Sh. Mihmal R/o VPO Mahadev Tehsil Sundernagar Distt Mandi Stated therein that today he was coming to IGMC from Sundernagar in his vehicle No. HP 31C-2972 and when he reached near Ghanahti one vehicle No. HP07B-0171 (Innova) came rashly and negligently toward Shimla and hit his vehicle from driver side. In this accident he and his son sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Madan Lal I.O PP Dhami PS West.

6.    AN ACCIDENT case FIR No. 153/17 has been registered at PS Rohru today on 12-12-2017 u/s 279,304A IPC on the statement of Sh. Sunny S/o Sh. Raghuvir SIngh R/o VPO Khangtari Tehsil Rohru Distt Shimla stated therein that on 11-12-2017 at 10-45 PM one alto 800 car (A?F) met with an accident near Khangteri Kenchi and rolled down 250 meter form the road due to rash and negligent driving of Sh. Baldev Chauhan S/o Late Sh. Janki Dass R/o Khenteri Tehsil Rohru and died on the spot. The case is being investigated by HC Ankit Chaudhary I.O PS Rohru.

7.    During last 24 hours 292 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, Compounded= 116 fine realized  Rs. 32,700/- and 16 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 1,600/-      

CHECKING OF EVM STORAGE CENTRE

 

The Superintendent of Police, Shimla has checked the security arrangements of EVM Storage centres at Chopal on 08.12.2017 (Friday),  Rohru & Theog on 09.12.2017 (Saturday). During this checking, EVMs/VVPATs were found in well secured in the safe custody of CAPF &  State Police personnel. Necessary directions regarding the security of EVMs, have been given to all the Security Personnel, till the counting of votes.

1.    An Excise case FIR No  80/17  has been registered at PS  Sunni u/s 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI  Dilu Ram  I/O  PS Sunni alleging therein that on 10-12-17 at 1.00 pm  when he was on patrolliing  towards Padain piplughat Teh Suni he intercepted one person namely Hiraman S/o Sh.  Mansa Ram Vill Padain PO  Khaira Teh Sunni Distt Shimla and recovered 12 botle country liquor marka Super una klub   The case is being  investigated by ASI Dilu Ram  I/O  PS Sunni.

2.    An Accident case FIR No. 152/17 has been registered at PS Rohru today on 11.12.2017 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Babu Lal S/O Sh. Jaru Ram R/O Vill. Sharmali PO Sungri Tehsil Rohru Distt. Shimla HP A/P Chowkidhar HPPWD Rest House Sungri stated threin that a Maruti Car (800) No. HP10A-6443 met with accident near Nasari Road. In this accident Jia Lal R/O Sharmali and his son Surjeet Singh sustained injuries. This accident occurred due to rash and negligent driving of Driver Jia Lal. The Case is being investigated by HC Vijay Kumar I/O PS Rohru

Crime Report on December, 10, 2017

1. An Accident Case FIR No 183/17 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 09.12.2017 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the complaint of Sh Mohit Thakur S/o Sh Ghanshyam Thakur R/o village chaili P/o Beoliya Tehsil and Distt Shimla alleging therein that on 09.12.2017 a vehicle No. HP 62 5202 met with an accident near Kiyari curve in which his friend Parth and Chander Pal stained injuries. This accident happened due to rash and negligent driving of Mr. Chander. The case is being investigated by Om Prakash I/C PP Junga
2. An Accident case FIR No. 151/17 has been registered at PS Rohru on 10.12.2017 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the Rukka of HC Ankit Chaudhary No. 111 I/O PS Rohru stated that a Motor Cycle INS-VIKRANT BAJAJ without Number Plate met with an accident near Kansakoti in which Rider of Motor Cycle Praveen S/o Sh. Gulab Singh R/o Village Kanda P/o Arhal Tehsil Rohru Distt. Shimla sustained injuries. The Case is being investigated by HC Ankit Chaudhary No. 111 I/O PS Rohru.
3. A Theft case FIR No 140/17 has been registered at PS East on 10.12.2017 U/S 379 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Balkrishan Work Inspector HPPWD B/Hurst Section Shimla-2 alleging therein that on 10.12.2017 some unknown person stolen away 18 water meters from the area of Brock host and Strawberry Hills. The case is being investigated by ASI Gopinder Pal I/o PS East.
4. Fouling water of public spring or reservoir case FIR No 81/17 has been registered at PS Jubbal on 10.12.17 U/S 277 IPC on the Statement of Sh. Saurabh Ghezta S/O Sh. Suresh Ghezta R/O Village Badhawali PO Hatkoti Tehsil Jubbal Distt. Shimla presently posted as JE in IPH Sub Division Jubbal Section Dochi Tehsil Jubbal Distt. Shimla alleging there in that today on dated 10.12.2017 Sh. Raj Pirta informed him by telephonically that some unknown person have mixed some toxic substance in main water supply tank. The case is being investigated by ASI Kishan Chand I/O PS Jubbal.

Crime Report On December 09, 2017.

1. An Excise Act case FIR No. 75/17 has been registered at PS Chopal on dated 08.12.2017 U/S 39 (1)(a) HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Virender Kumar I/o PS Chopal during patrolling with staff got information of illicit liquor and conducted raid and 4 liter illicit  liquor   recovered from possession of  Shyam Thapa S/o Sh.Amar Singh R/o vill & P.O. Maraog Tehsil Chopal aged 32 years accused arrested . Case is being investigated by  ASI Virender Kumar PS Chopal.
2. An Excise Act case FIR No. 133/17 has been registered at PS New Shimla on dated 08.12.2017 U/S 39 (1)(a) HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Jagjit Singh I/O PS New Shimla, stated therein that when he was on duty at Old Bearkhana, he recovered 24 bottles of country liquor from the possession of Beli Ram S/o Sh. Bajaru Ram R/o Vill. Barbari, PO Jao, Tehsil & PO Nirmand, Distt Kullu, Shimla. Case is being investigated by  ASI  Jagjit Singh I/O PS New Shimla.

A Disfigurement Act case FIR No. 223/17 has been registered at PS Sadar on dated 08.12.2017 U/S 3 HP Open Place disfigurement Act 1985 on the rukka of HC Manoj I/O PS Sadar, Shimla stated therein that he alongwiht staff was on duty, during duty at PAR The Mall Shimla he saw that posters of size 10*7”  marked as Missing Dog Jacky, Prize 50,000/- were pasted on the govt. building of Reporting Room The Mall Shimla & other one was pasted on PNB Bldg, The Mall Shimla. Case is being investigated by  HC Manoj I/O PS Sadar, Shimla.
4.  An Accident case FIR No. 101/17 has been registered at PS Chirgaon on dated 8-12-17 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Krishan Lal S/O Lt. Sh. Jor Dass VPO Devidhar Tehsil Chirgaon Distt Shimla alleged that on dated 8-12-17 when he was going to Jhalwari from Jangla along with 7 other persons all are resident of VPO Devidhar in B/Camper No. HP63-4115 which is driven by Bhuvneshwar Rao S/O Sh. Govind Thakur VPO Thana Tehsil Chirgaon. When they reached near Bakholi driver lose is control and vehicle rolled down from the road. In this accident all 9 persons sustained injuries. Case is being investigated by HC Pawan Sing I/O  PS Chirgaon.
5. An Accident Case FIR No. 205/17 has been registered at PS Rampur on dated 09/12/17 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of sh. Rajesh Gupta S/O Sh. Chaman Lal R/o Vill Ward No.7 Rampur Bushahr Distt Shimla HP alleging that on 08/12/17 at about 8 PM when he and his niece Aabhya were stand near Bushahr Regency Rampur a vehicle No. HP 14TD-6267 came rashly and hit his niece Aabhya . In this accident Aabhya sustained injuries on his left leg. This accident occur due to rash and negligent driving by Vehice No. HP14TD-6267 Driver Chunni Lal. The case is being investigated by HC Janak Raj I/O PP City Rampur

West Shimla by SI Vijay Kumar on dated 08.12.2017 at 3 PM , 10 PM at Radiyana Spatu(Solan) .The arrest information of accused persons have been given to Supdt. M.C. Jail Kanda Sh. Sushil Kumar and their advocate Sh. Suresh Sharma through telephonically.  The accused persons will be produced before  Ld. ACJM-II  Shimla .
