Crime Report on May 17, 2016

1. A Theft case FIR No. 118/16 has been registered at PS West Shimla on 16.05.2016 U/S 379 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Suresh Kumar A/P Forest Range Officer, Range Office Chaura Madain, Shimla stated therein that on the intervening night of 09/10.05.2016, some unknown person has stolen away 35 Logs of Deodar, by breaking the the door lock of  Depot at Lalpani, Shimla. The case is  being investigated by ASI Mast Ram, I/O PS West.

2. A Trespass case FIR No. 119/16 has been registered at PS West on 17.05.2016 U/S 451,323,506,34 IPC on the application of Sh. Babu Ram Sharma R/o Village Palli, PO Dharech, Tehsil Theog, Distt. Shimla stated therein that he works in the Dhaba at Old Barrier, Shimla. On 16.05.2016, at about 10-30PM, one Mr. Ashok alongwith his friends came in his dhaba, beaten him & threatened with dire consequences. The case is being investigated  by HC Ravinder, I/O PS West.

3. A Criminal Intimidation Case FIR No. 120/16 has been registered at PS West on  17.05.2016 U/S 323,506  IPC on the application of Sh. Netra Singh S/o Sh. Prem Singh R/o Village Pajaihati, PO Tlyahar, Tehsil & Distt. Mandi, HP alleging therein that on 17.05.2016 at about 12-30PM, he alongwith his friend Sh. Chander Shekhar went to Modern Nursing College to get the certificate of his daughter. Where Jeet Ram Rana- Chairman alongwith another employees have beaten them brutally  & threatened with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by ASI Amrender Singh, I/O PS West.

4. A Criminal Intimidation case FIR No. 75/15 has been registered at PS Theog today on 17.05.2016 U/S 323 506 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Laiq Ram stated therein that on 17.05.2016, his sister and Barhma Nand were quarrelling with each-other. When he tried to understand them, in between Barhma Nand beaten him with wooden rod on his head and threatened with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by ASI Purshotam Chand, I/O PS Theog.  

5. A Trespass case FIR No. 76/15 has been registered at PS Theog today on 17.05.2016 U/S 451 323 34 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Barhma Nand stated therein that today on 17.05.2016, while he was repairing his house, his brothers Laiq Ram, Moti Ram & sister criminally trespassed his house and beaten him & his wife brutally. The case is being investigated by  SI Rajender Singh, Addl. SHO PS Theog.

2. Accused Rahmad S/o Sh. Umaid R/o Village Hajoor Nagar, PO Mubarakpur, PS Shah Pur, Tehsil Burana, Distt. Majjafar Nagar, UP, age 39 years in case FIR No. 117/16 Dt. 28.04.2016 U/S 379 IPC at PS Dhalli, today released on bail by the Ld. Court.

3. Accused Manoj Kumar S/o Sh. Chander Bahadur Nepali, A/P Village  & PO Jangla, Tehsil & PS Chirgaon, Shimla, age 23 years arrested in Case FIR No. 57/16 Dt. 14.05.16 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act at PS East. He is remanded in Judicial Custody for 14 days by the Ld. Court.

Crime Report on May 16, 2016

1. An Accident case FIR No.100/16 has been registered at PS Rampur on 15.05.2016 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Prithvi Raj S/o Sh. Megh Raj R/o House No. 984/15 New Arjun Nagar Lodawali Road Jalandhar Punjab stated therein that on 05.05.2016, he alongwith his sons Rahul & Amit were coming back to their home Jalandhar from Kaza in vehicle No. PB-08 BX-4117, driven by Sh. Vijay Hans. At about 04:30 PM when they reached near Mehta Stone Crusher Pashada Khad, one Car No. HP58-3758 (i-10) driven by Satpal Thakur S/O Sh. Ram Dass VPO Manali Distt. Kullu HP, came rashly from Rampur and hit his Car, caused sustained injuries to them. The case is being investigating by ASI Khaidi Ram I/C TTR Rampur.

2. An Accident case FIR No. 117/16 has been registered at PS West today on 16.05.2016 U/S 279, 337 IPC & 187 MV Act on the application of Sh. Rajpal S/o Lt. Sh. Nanak Chand R/o Quarter No. 2, DDU ZH Complex, Shimla stated therein that on 15.05.2016 at about 09-00PM, his son namely Aman was going to see off his friends towards Chaura Maidan, Shimla. On the way an unknown vehicle came rashly & hit his son, caused sustained injuries to him. The case is being investigated by ASI Mast Ram, I/O PS West, Shimla.

3. An Accident case FIR No 48/16 has been registered at PS Kumarsain today on 16.05.2016 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Satyapal  S/o Sh Govardhan Dass R/o Vill. Kholvi PO janjehli  Tehsil Kumarsain Distt Shimla stated therein that  today on 16.05.2016 at About 07-00AM he was going to  Kumarsain along with his family in his Alto Car No. HP-35-0722. When he reached near Shanad nala on NH-5, one vehicle bearing  No HP-25A-2155 driven by Rajesh Kumar, came rashly in wrong direction from Kumarsain side & collide with their vehilce. In this accident  driver of the  Vehice Rajesh Kumar & his son master Jatin sustained injuries.  The case is being Investigated By HC Rakesh,I/O P.S Kumarsain

4. An Exposure and abandonment of child case FIR No. 42/16 has been registered at PS Rohru on 15.05.2016 U/S 317 IPC on the statement of  Sh. Praveen Raj S/O Sh. Moti Lal R/O Village Kuthari PO Kadiwan Tehsil & PS Rohru Distt. Shimla HP alleging therein that he has barber shop at Khadrala. On 15.05.2016, at about 05.30 PM when he went for urinal and found a new born baby (female) in Tutupani Jungle. He took the above baby to Khadrala Bazar, where he came to know that Joginder Nepali C/O Sh. Des Raj S/O Late Sh. Uma Sharan R/O Tutupani has thrown above infant in the Tutupani forest. The case is being carried out by ASI Kundan Lal I/C Police Post Tikkar.

5. A House Trespass case  FIR No. 73/16 has been registered at PS Theog on 15.05.2016 U/S 452,323,506,34 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Rohit Vekta S/o Sh. Pratap Singh stated therein that on 15.05.2016 at about 10-00PM, four persons namely Rajender, Sanju, Prem Singh & Sunil criminaly trespassed his house and beaten him brutally & threatened with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by SI Rajender Singh, I/O PS West.

6. During last 24 hours 250 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 155 & fine realized Rs. 45,200/- & 27 persons challaned under smoking Act & fine collected Rs.= 2700/-.

Crime Report On 15-05-2016

1.   A ND&PS Act case FIR No 57/16 dated 14-05-2016 U/S 20/61/85 ND& PS Act Ps East   Shimla has been registered on the the Rucka of ASI Ham Raj alleging therein that when he was on patrolling duty with his PS staff at Mehali towards Junga road one person who was caring his bag coming from Bell Institute try run away suddenly  see the police party. In this happening  police caught him immediately and intercepted accordingly .During his search  172 Gm Chars has recovered from his possession i.e his  bag, later on   who was revealed his name Manoj Kumar S/o Sh. Chander Bhadur Nepali  presently  residing  at village Jangla Tehsil Chirgaon Distt Shimla on the enquiry of police. The case is being investigated by ASI Hem Raj, I/O PS East.

 

2.   An Accident case FIR No  134/16 dated 15-05-2016 U/S 279,337 IPC &187 MV Act PS Dhalli has been registered on the statement of Mr. Sumeer Dutta S/o Sh. Daya Kishan Dutta R/o Village Kalgoan P.O Pujarli No 2 Tehsil Rohru Distt. Shimla who is presently residing at local bus stand Sanjauli Shimla alleging therein in that on 14-05-2016 he and along with his friend Mr. Kuwant Rekta return back to  their home at about 10PM when they reached near at car parking Sanjauli one light vehicle came from Sanjauli side toward Nav Bhar Chotta Shimla with rashly driving by the light vehicle of driver collided  with Mr. Sumeer Dutta and Kulwant Rekta, near car parking Sanjauli on road  and run away from the spot immediately, in this incident they got injuries, but they could not recognize the type of vehicle, number of vehicle and driver due to  darkness in the evening late hour, Case is being investigated by HC Lakh Raj I/O PP Sanjauli Shimla.

 

 

3.  An Accident case FIR No 100/16 Dt. 15-05-16 U/S 279, 337 IPCPS Sadar Shimla has been registered on the complaint of Sh. Deepk sandu S/o Sh. Guru pal Sandu R/o Rock dan estate Ashia the down Kachi ghati alleging therein that today he was going to Jhaku Radha Swami Satsang Hall by vehicle No HP63- 6977 Indica with his father. Vehicle was driving by his father  when they reach at Bembloy,one  vehicle No HP62 A 1898 (I- 20) came rashly from chotta shimla through overtake bus of HRTC and collided with his vehicle. This incident occurred due to rashly and negligent driving      by driver Sukrant Sood S/o Subhash Sood R/o Housing Colony Theog ShimlaIn this accident his father and mother and one another women have got injuries Case is being indvestigated by HC Himash I/o PS Sadar accordingly.

 

4.    A HP Instruments Control of Noise Act case FIR No 99/16 dated 15-05-2016 U/S 6 HP Instruments Control of Noise Act1969 PS Sadar Shimla has been registered on the Ruka of HC Puran Chand I/O PS Sadar alleging therein that today Near Slaster House road down side in the open areaof krishana Nagar  the Jagran of Ma Amby Rani  was being organized by the Pradhan Rajesh  Bhatia of Krishana nagar .The permission of HP Instruments Control of Noise Act was permitted up to 14-05-2016 at 9-30 PM in favour of Vikas Kumar S/o Sh. Ram Balam R/o Slaster House Krishana Nagar.The Music system is run by Mr. Kuldeep S/o Guruvachan Singh R/o Rshi Mohalla Jalander  in loud peach, in which common people have harassed  and birch of there  peace due to heavy/loud noise pollution by above mentioned persons accordingly . Case is being investgeted by HC Puran Chand I/O PS sadar    

 

5.   Proceeding U/S 174 Crpc (1) Sh Man Dass reported in this PS Nerwa on 15-05-2016  that his father sh Khantu s/o Kinkru Vill Chour .P.O Tikkri Sub Tehsil Nerwa distt Shimla hp age 50 year went to Shamtha to purchase daily needs articles but he  did not came back. Today he found dead at Obri Pani due to fall from the path . Post Mortem conducted by M.O CH Nerwa and dead body  has been handed over to his son Man Dass. Proceeding u/s 174 cr pc has been adopted and enquiry is being conducted by ASi Kuldeep SinghI/o PS Nerwa  accordingly.

(2) one Mr. Gurdyal Singh S/o Sh. Joginder Singh R/o Village Manupur P.O Gadna Tehsil Kharad Distt. Mohali Punjab found dead due heart attack in Pine View Hotel. Dead body has been handed over to the kin and kith of deceased family accordingly .

 

6.   During last 24 hours 317 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded =-150& fine realized Rs. 48,800/-and 22 person challned under smoking &SRUP Act & fine collected Rs=4400/ Total fine realized Rs=53,200/-

Crime Report On May 14, 2016

1.    An Accident case FIR No. 113/16 has been registered at PS West on 12.05.2016 U/S 279 IPC & 187 MV Act on the statement of Sh Ankush Kanwar S/O Sh. Gian Singh R/O Fulu Bhawan, PO Totu, Tehsil & Distt Shimla, HP, alleging therein that the driver of Car NOl CH03N-0334 Sh. Gourav S/O Sh. Shadi Lal R/O Baluganj hit an Alto Car No. HP 63A-1156 parked at Choura Maidan due to rash & negligent driving of above driver. The case is being investigated by HC Ravinder Singh, I/O PS West.

2.    An Assault or criminal force to deter  public servant from discharge of his duty  case FIR NO. 99/16 16 has been registered at PS Rampur on 14.05.2016 U/S 353,332,504 IPC on the application of Sh.  Sawaran Dass S/O Sh. Belu Ram Vill Olta PO nankhari Tehsil Rampur Distt. A/p Secretary G.P Khadahan. That  on dated 13-05-16 at about 11.30 AM he was working in his office one Sh. Mehar Singh S/O Sh. Prabhu Dayal Vill.Kotdhar Tehsil Rampur Distt. Shimla entered in the Panchyat Bhawan and asked to him about remaining fund of "SAMUDAYIK SHAUCHALYA PLAN". Secretary replied him that remaning fund will released after submission of certificate of Techenical inspection. On this Mehar Singh above beaten him with stick. He sustained injury. Case has been registered and investigating by HC Bakshi Ram No 1688 I/C PP Nankhari, PS Rampur.

1. An Accident case FIR No. 112/16 has been registered at PS West on 12.05.2016 U/S 279 IPC & 187 MV Act on the statement of Sh. Bablu S/o Sh. Babu Ram R/o Village & PO Ghagra,Distt. Gumla, Jharkhad A/P Tutikandi, Lambi Line Shimla, age 25 years stated therein that on 12.05.2016, he was coming towards Tutikandi from Shoghi Shimla in his vehicle No. HP-03D-1833 (Pick-Up). At about 03-45 PM, one Swift Car No. HP-07C-1907 came rashly from Shimla side & hit with his vehicle by negligently overtake the Truck and  run away from the spot. The case is being investigated by HC Maan Singh, I/O PS West.  

2. An Accident case FIR No. 21/16 has been registered at PS Kupvi on 12.05.2016 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Ravi Dutt. S/O Sh.Lachhi Ram R/O Vill. Sanat P.O Bhalu Tehsil Chopal Distt. Shimla stated therein  that on 12.05.2016 about 2:15 PM, a Mahindra Pick-up No. HP-67B-0143 came from Sanat Road, met with an accident near Sanat & rolled down to Dhotali Road due to rash & negligent driving of Surinder Singh S/O Tulsi Ram R/O Village Sanat, PO Bhalu Tehsil Kupvi , Shimla, caused sustained injuries to the driver. The case is being investigated by ASI Ashok Kumar I/O PS Kupvi.

3. During last 24 hours 558 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 233 & fine realized Rs. 1,01,600/- & 72 persons challaned under smoking Act & fine collected Rs.= 7800/-.   

   Recovered Stolen Property

    A Stolen Mahindra Thar vehicle No. PB-11AW-7447 (Changed No. UK-08A-0205) has been recovered from Hathni Kund, Haryana in Case FIR No. 117/16 Dt. 28.04.2016 U/S 379 IPC at PS Dhalli.

Crime Report on May 12, 2016

1. A ND&PS Act case FIR No. 111/16 has been registered at PS West on 12.05.2016 U/S 22-61-85 ND&PS Act on the rukka of ASI Parma Ram I/O PS West, Shimla stated therein that today on  12.05.2016, he alongwith staff was on patrolling on the road leading towards Taradevi from Kainchi More near Totu. When they reached near Kainchi More, two persons namely Lalit Kumar @ Ailly S/o Sh. Lachhami Ram R/o Anil Niwas, near Deep Kamal, BJP Office, Chakkar, Shimla, age 28 years & Yash Sharma S/o Sh. Ram Gopal Sharma R/o Village Hari Ashram, Chakkar, Shimla, age 30 years, intercepted by them and recovered 95 bottles of Corex, 280 Tablets of Nitrosun-10 & 272 capsule of Spasm Proxyvon (restricted medicine) from their possession. The case is being investigated by ASI Parma Ram, I/O PS West.

2. A ND&PS Act case FIR No. 24/16 has been registered at PS Jubbal on 12.05.2016 U/S 22-61-85 ND&PS Act on the rukka of SI Sunder Singh, I/C PP Sarswati Nagar, Jubbal stated therein that on 11.05.2016, he alongwith staff was on traffic checking duty at Kuddu Barrier. At about 07-15 PM, one vehicle No. UK-07TA-4011 (Max) alongwith driver namely Shiv Kumar S/o Sh. Gopal Singh R/o Village Pujarli, PO Dodra, Tehsil Kwar, Distt. Shimla, age 23 year stopped by them for checking & recovered 110 bottles of Corex (Restricted Medicine) from his possession. The case is being investigated by SI Sunder Singh, I/C PP Sarswati Nagar, PS Jubbal.

3. An Excise Act case FIR No. 98/16 has been registered at PS Sadar Shimla today on 12.05.2016 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Amar Nath, I/O PP Lakkar Bazar, Shimla stated therein that he alongwith staff was on patrolling at Auckland Tunnel, Lakkar Bazar Shimla. At about 10-00PM, when they reached near Eversunny,  on the secret information, one Truck No. HP-09C-2520 (Bolero)  driven by Surender Singh @ Sonu S/o Sh. Mohan Singh R/o Village Mungar, PO Banyar Koti, PS Dhalli, Tehsil & Distt. Shimla, age 31 years, intercepted by them. During search, 420 bottles of Country Liquor marka Himachal Orange recovered from the above truck under his possession. The case is being investigated by ASI Amar Nath, I/O PS Sadar.   

4. An Accident case FIR No. 98/16 has been registered at PS Rampur on 12.05.2016 U/S 279 337 304A IPC on the statement of  Sh. Ramesh Chand S/o  Sh. Ashi Ram R/o Vill Pagroll PO Khamadi Tehsil Rampur Distt Shimla stated therein that on 11.05.2016 he was return to home from Adarsh Naga in Tipper No HP06A-3828. At about 03-00 PM when they reached near Shiwari, above Tipper met with an accident due to rash & negligent driving of Driver. In this accident one person namely Pardeep Kumar died on the sport and another Ramesh Kumar and Naresh Kumar sustained injuries. Driver of Tipper run away from the spot. The case is being investigated by HC Bakhashi Ram, I/O PP Nankhari.

5. During last 24 hours 93 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 36 & fine realized Rs. 14,500/-, 22 persons challaned under smoking Act & fine collected Rs.= 2300/- and 01 Challaned under Mining Act & Fine Realized Rs. 11,000/-.   

   Proceeding U/S 174 Cr.PC

   1. Deceased Khalvir Bahadur S/o Sh. Laphu Khatri R/o Village, Teshil & PS Share Anchal Rapti Distt. Suket, Nepali, age about 65 years, who was suffering from Abdominal pain for the last 3/4 days, was shifted to CH Rohru, where Medical officer has declared "Brought Dead". After autopsy at CH Rohru, deadbody handed over to his relative for cremation.

   2. An Unidentified Male Deadbody, age about 30 years was found in canyon near Kanewra Kansakoti. After postmortem, his deadbody kept in mortuary at CH Rohru for identification.   

   3. Deceased Guman Singh S/o Lt. Sh. Karm Singh R/o Village Bhatgarh, PO Pabahan, Tehsil Chopal Distt. Shimla, age 50 years found dead due to slip from Riknoli hill, when he was grazing sheeps in the Thakan forest. After conducted postmortem at CH Nerwa, deadbody handed over to his relative for cremation.

1. A Theft case FIR No. 62/16 has been registered at PS New Shimla on 10.05.2016 U/S 379 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Mast Ram A/P Dy. Forest Ranger, Block Shimla & Sh. Yagyast Sharma A/P Forest Guard, Forest Corporation Shimla Block stated therein that on 05.05.2016 at about 03-10AM, Watchmen Sh. Nikka Ram & Laiq Ram informed them telephonically that timber has been stolen from Depot at Kanlog. On this information he alongwith staff rushed to the spot and found that some unknown person has stolen away 34 logs of Deodar from Kanlog Timber Depot. The case is being investigated by HC Anil Kumar, I/O PS New Shimla.
