Crime Report on 07 April, 2018

1. AN ASSAULT OR CRIMINAL FORCE TO DETER PUBLIC SERVANT FROM DISCHARGE OF HIS DUTY: Case FIR No. 65/18 has been registered at PS Dhalli Dt. 07.04.18 U/S 353 332 147 IPC on the statement of HC Naresh Kumar No. 234, I/O PP Sanjauli Shimla stated therein that on the intervening night of 06/07.04.2018, he alonwith Ct. Dinesh Kumar No. 290 was on patrolling & collection of intelligence in plain clothes, in the jurisdiction of PP Sanjuli. At about 03-00 AM, when they reached near Gas Godown and saw that a vehicle No. HP52A-4779 was parked on the centre of the road and 4/5 boys were creating nuisance near car. As he asked them to stop nuisance, they scuffled with him & beaten him brutally during performing his govt. duty. One boy namely Pankaj Chauhan S/o Sh. Shyam Singh Chauhan R/o Village Aara, PO Tikker Tehsil Chopal, District Shimla apprehended by them on the spot and others run away towards Chhota Shimla in above vehicle. Pankaj Kumar above disclosed the name of other boys as Munish @ Lucky, Ravi @ Polard, Rahul, Munna Johra.  The case is being investigated by HC Ramesh, I/O PP Sanjauli.
2. A CHEATING: Case FIR No. 66/18 has been registered at PS Shimla-Sadar on 06.04.2018 U/S 420 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Nanak Chand A/P Driver in High Court of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla alleging therein that some unknown person has cheated him by withdrawing amounting of Rs. 46,000/- from his account from IDBI ATM at  Rajendera Nagar. The case is being investigated by HC Sunil Kumar, I/O PS Sadar.
3. AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 19/18 has been registered at PS Nerwa on 06.04.2018 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Gurdev Singh, I/O PS Nerwa, Shimla alleging therein that on 06.04.2018, during patrolling alongwith staff, 09 Bottles of illicit Country liquor marka Whisky (for sale in Chandigarh) from the possession of Jagat Ram S/o Sh. Bali Ram R/o Village Manu PO Gianh Tehsil Nerwa, District Shimla, age 35 years. The case is being investigated by ASI Gurdev Singh, I/O PS Nerwa.  
4. AN ACCIDENT case FIR No. 19/18 has been registered at PS New Shimla on 07-04-2018  u/s 279,337,304A IPC on the statement of Sh. Rajesh S/o Fagnu Ram R/o Vill. Kathola PO Rohnat tehsil Shilai Distt Shimla stated therein that today one alto car No. HP10B-2286 came rashly and negligently from Saraji and rolled down from the road. In this accident Vinay Kumar S/o Sh. Moji Ram and Smt. Sadho Devi W/o Bnu Ram R/o Vill Dhadi Rawat Tehsil Jubbal and Anil Kumar S/o Moji Ram, Vineeta W/o Anil Kumar and Ropila D/o Soji Ram sustained injuries. The Case is being investigated by HC Kartar Singh I.O PP Sarswati Nagar.
5. A TRESPASS case FIR No. 20/18 has been registered at PS Jubbal on 07-04-2018 u/s 323,451,506 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Jaswant Singh S/o Sh. Ranbir Singh Vill. Mansyari Tehsil Chirgaon Distt. Shimla alleging therein that he is worker in Petrol Pump at Pronthi Jubbal. On 07-04-2018 at about 04-30 AM trespassed into petrol pump and beaten him brutally. The case is being investigated by HC Ashwani I.O PS Jubbal.
6. A RIOTING case FIR No. 67/18 has been registered at PS  Sadar on 07-04-2018 u/s 341,323,147,149 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Gaurav Sharma S/o Sh. Balkrishan Sharma R/o Vill Satlod PO Mamlig Tehsil Kandaghat Distt. Solan alleging therein that he is conductor in Bus No. HP62B-6100. Today on 07-04-2018 at about 10-05AM his bus was going out from bus stand at the same time the driver of HRTC bus No. HP63-6774 stopped the bus in front of his Bus and obstructed their way. As he asked the driver to remove the bus he started abusing and beaten him alongwith his 5/7 colleague. The case is being investigated by HC Himesh I.O. PS Sadar.
7. AN ASSAULT OR CRIMINAL FORCE TO DETER PUBLIC SERVANT FROM DISCHARGE OF HIS DUTY case FIR No. 68/18 has been registered at PS Sadar on 07-04-2018 u/s 353,332,34,506 IPC on the complaint of Sh. RajKumar S/o Sh. Prem Lal Driver in HRTC Shimla alleging therein that today at about 10-15 AM he was going to ISBT from Old Bus Stand and boarded the passengers at the same time the staff of bus No. 1821 & 6100 came to him and started abusing. They also tried to pulled him from the driver seat and tore his uniform. They also threatened him with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by HC Pyar Singh I.O. PS Sadar.
8. During last 24 hours 287 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, Compounded= 163 fine collected Rs. 54,900/- and 16 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 1,700/-.

3.    Accused Naveen S/o Sh. Man Singh R/o Village Painkh PO Jajharkot Ward No. 4, Anchal Bairi, Nepal, age 30 years arrested in case FIR No. 59/18 Dt. 05.04.18 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act PS Theog remanded in Police Custody upto 09-04-2018.

Crime Report on 06 April, 2018

1. AN ND&PS Act case FIR No. 59/18 Dt. 05.04.18 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act PS Theog has been registered on the ASI Brij Lal, I/C PP Fagu, Shimla alleging therein that on 05.04.2018, he alongwith staff was on patrolling/collection of intelligence reg. illegal trading of narcotics drugs etc towards Cheog, Kathyala, Bahila etc. At about 06-20 PM, when they reached at Kufta Forest, one person namely Naveen S/o Sh. Man Singh R/o Village Painkh PO Jajharkot Ward No. 4, Anchal Bairi, Nepal, age 30 years A/P C/o Maan Singh R/o Kandaghat, District Solan, intercepted by them and during the search, 610 Gram Charas recovered from his possession. The Police has arrested the accused and the case is being investigated by ASI Brij Lal, I/C PP Fagu, Thoeg.
2. AN EXCISE Act case FIR No. 45/18 Dt. 05.04.18 U/S 39 HP Excise Act PS Kumarsain has been registered on the rukka of SI/SHO Sunny Guleria alleging therein that on 05-04-2018 he alongwoth staff was patrolling duty in the jurisdiction of PS. During patrolling he intercepted one person namely Dina Nath S/o Sh. Het Ram R/o Chamola PO Chekul Tehsil Kumarsain and recovered 23 Bottles of Country liquor. The case is being investigated by SI/SHO Sunny Guleria PS Chopal.   
3. AN ACCIDENT case FIR No. 64/18 Dt. 05.04.18 U/S 279 337 IPC PS Dhalli has been registered on the statement of Sh. Bhawani Dutt S/o late Sh. Daulat Ram R/o Inderjeet Niwas Mehli stated therein that on 05-04-2018 he was going to home Mehli in his Vehicle No. HP63A-2994. When he reached at Shanan near washing center one vehicle No. HP03C-5890 came rashly and negligently and hit his vehicle from left side. In this accident he sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Karma Singh I.O PS Dhalli.
4. During last 24 hours 453 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, Compounded= 186 fine collected Rs. 61,600/- and 13 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 1,300/-.

Crime Report on 05th April, 2018

1. A ND&PS ACT: Case FIR No. 65/18 has been registered at PS Shimla Sadar on 04.04.2018 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act on the rukka of HC Anil Kumar No. 163, I/O PS Sadar alleging therein that on 04.04.2018, he alongwith staff was patrolling towards Cart Road, Bus Stand, Lower Bazar etc. in the jurisdiction of PS. At about 06-15, on the secret information, a raid has been conducted in Sun-N-Snow Hotel Shimla and one person namely Ram Swaroop S/o Sh. Ugam Ram R/o Village Deem PO Jao Tehsil Anni District Kullu, age 46 years intercepted by the in Room No. 32 of above Hotel and during the search 202 Gram Charas recovered from his possession. The accused has been arrested and HC Anil Kumar No. 163, I/O PS Sadar, is investigating the case. 
2. AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 17/18 has been registered at PS Jubbal on 04.04.2018 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of SI Naresh Kumar, SHO PS Jubbal alleging therein that on 04.04.2018, he alongwith staff was on Traffic checking/Patrolling duty in the jurisdiction of PS Jubbal. On the secret information, a raid has been conducted in the dhaba of a Nepali lady at Sawra Kainchi & during the search of Dhaba 04 Bottles of English liquor and 10 Bottles of Beer recovered from her possession. The case is being investigated by SI Naresh Kumar, SHO PS Jubbal.
3. AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 58/17 has been registered at PS Theog on 04.04.2018 U/S 279 IPC & 187 MV Act on the complaint of Sh. Mohan Lal S/o Sh. Metar Singh R/o Village Kathol PO Chhatri Tehsil Thunag District Mandi, HP alleging therein that on 04.04.2018, he was going to Chango from Parwanoo in his Truck No. HP62A-2371. At about 11-30 PM, he parked his Truck on the roadside near Janog-ghat, at the same time, another LP Truck No. HP63C-2953 came rashly with negligent driving and hit his truck and run away from the spot.
4. AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 80/18 has been registered at PS Shimla West on 04.04.2018 U/S 279 IPC on the statement of Sh. Joginder Singh S/o Sh. Kala Ram R/o Village Jadla (kakkarhatti) PO Subathu District Solan, HP alleging therein that on 04.04.2018 at about 02-30 PM, he was going to Lakkar Bazar from Summer Hill in his vehicle No. HP64-7158. As he reached at Boileauganj Chowk, at the same time a Motorcycle No. HP37D-4347, driven by Anshul Dhiman, came rashly with negligent driving in wrong direction and hit with his vehicle. The case is being investigated by ASI Amrender Singh, I/O PS West.
5. AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 34/18 has been registered at PS Jhakri on 04.04.2018 U/S 279 337 304A IPC on the statement of Sh. Bhajan Dass S/o Sh. Kansu Ram R/o Village Julli PO Labana Tehsil Rampur, Shimla alleging therein that on 04.04.2018 at about 09-00PM, a Maruti Car No. HP32-0935, on the way from Matidhar Hill to Labana, met with an accident at Labana and rolled down 800 Meter from the road due to rash & negligent driving of Dinesh Kumar. In this accident three Persons namely Dinesh Kumar S/o Sh. Jawahar Singh R/o village Kot, Swaran Singh S/o Sh. Mohan Lal  R/o Village Sadana & Dalip Kumar (Nepali)  C/o Raju Gaghta, died on the spot & two persons namely Chunni Lal S/o Sh. Laiq Ram R/o Village Julli & Hitesh Kumar @ Munu S/o Lt. Sh. Balwant Singh R/o Village Kot, sustained injuries. The case is being investigated  by HC Ravinder Kumar, I/O PP Jeori.  
6. AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No 17/18 has been registered at PS Kotkhai on 04.04.2018 U/S 279 337 IPC on the statement of Smt. Kamla Devi W/o Lt. Sh Tikka Ram Sharma R/o Village Nihari PO Garwag Tehsil & PS Kotkhai, Shimla stated therein that on 04.04.2018 at 10:30 AM, a Vehicle No. HP10A-7362, driven by Vinod Kumar S/o Sh. Sadu R/o Village & PO Rohru, came rashly with negligently and hit her. In this accident she sustained  injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Ashok Kumar, I/O PS Kotkhai.
7. A FIRE INCIDENT case FIR No.20/18 has been registered at PS Chirgaon u/s 435 IPC on 05-04-2018 on the complaint of Sh. Darshan Dass S/o late Sh. Narayan Singh R/o Vill. Khayaltu PO Thana Tehsil Chirgaon Distt. Shimla alleging therein that today morning at 05-00AM Sh. Virender Negi S/o Sh. Ramesh Negi Vill Khayaltu informed him telephonically that fire incident took place in his ancestral House at Khayaltu. He has road dispute with the villagers of Khayaltu and he has doubt that the villagers burnt his house. The case is being investigated by HC Jagat Ram I/C PP Jangla PS Chirgaon.

1. A GREIVOUS INJURY & CRIMINAL INTIDIMATION: Case FIR No. 64/18 has been registered at PS Shimla Sadar today on 04.04.2018 U/S 341 325 323 506 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Tarun Kumar S/o Sh. Krishan Chand R/o Dhara near Sunder Building Krishna Nagar Shimla alleging therein that on 02.04.2018, Vijay Khosla obstructed his way near Sunder Building, Krishna Nagar & beaten him brutally and broken his tooth.  He also threatened him with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by HC Anil Kumar, I/O PS Sadar.

Crime Report on 03 April, 2018

1. AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 39/18 has been registered at PS Rampur on 02.04.2018 U/S 279 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Sudhanshu Kapoor S/o Lt. Sh. Gopal Krishan Kapoor R/o Main Bazar Rampur Bsr. Shimla stated therein that on 02.04.2018 at about 03-00 PM, a Celerio Car No. HP08A-2430 met with an accident at machhada Bridge near Nirath on NH-05, due to rash & negligent driving of Jagat Ram S/o Sh. Relu Ram R/o Village & PO Irra, Tehsil Nerwa, District Shimla. In this accident Jagat alongwith one person sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Lal Chand, I/O PS Rampur.
2. AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 56/18 has been registered at PS Theog on 02.04.2018 U/S 279 337 IPC on the rukka of HC Inder Singh, I/O PS Theog alleging therein that on 02.04.2018, one Tractor No. HP09-7755 met with an accident village Jaie and rolled down 35/40 feet from the road due to rash & negligent driving of Pradeep S/o Sh. Raju Tehsil Kiar Tehsil Theog, Shimla. In this accident driver Pradeep S/o Raju & Pradeep S/o Sh. Pani Ram, sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Inder Singh, I/O PS Theog.
3. A RIOTING CASE FIR No. 62/18 Dt. 02-04-2018 u/s 147,149,188,34 IPC has been registered at PS Sadar on the rukka  of Insp. Ravinder Kumar SHO PS Sadar alleging therein that on 02-04-2018 The members of Valmiki Community Bittu Kumar, Karam Chand Bhatia, Sohan Lal, Singhi Ram, Pala Ram and others 300/400 perosns blocked the cart road at Gunj Bazar bifurcation and subsequently at Old Bus Stand Shimla which caused obstruction to General public and traffic.

1. AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 39/18 has been registered at PS Chopal on 01.04.2018 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of SI Kamlesh Kumar, SHO PS Chopal alleging therein that during patrolling alongwith staff at Marog, 24 Bottles of illicit Country liquor has been recovered from the possession of Jitu Singh S/o Lt. Sh. Jaindu Ram R/o Village Dasholi PO Marog Tehsil Chopal, Shimla. The case is being investigated by SI Kamlesh Kumar, SHO PS Chopal.
2. AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 16/18 has been registered at PS Jubbal on 01.04.2018 U/S 279 304A IPC on the rukka of ASI Kishan Chand, I/O PS Jubbal, Shimla alleging therein that on 01.04.2017 at about 07-00 PM, one Bolero No. HP10A-8524 on the way from Khara-Pathar to Bhagoli Nalah, met with an accident near Sanabha & rolled down from the road due to rash & negligent driving of Soni S/o Sh. Paramjeet R/o Village Chaugan PO Daroh Tehsil Palampur district Kangra and died on the spot. The case is being investigated by ASI Kishan Chand, I/O PS Jubbal.  
3. A WRONGFUL RESTRAIN: Case FIR No. 43/18 has been registered at PS Rohru on 01.04.2018 U/S 341 147 323 IPC on the statement of Sh. Jaagar Singh S/o Sh. Dhyan Singh R/o Village & PO Jarwa Tehsil & PS Shillai District Sirmaur A/P working as driver with Jawahar Lal Zinta R/o Village Sajar PO Pujarli No. 4, Tehsil Rohru, District Shimla alleging therein that on 01.04.2018, he was going towards Sungari from Sanel by driving Tipper No. HP62A-3117. At about 04-45 PM, as he reached at Bhaloon Kenchi, his Tipper slightly collided with a Car and he compromised with owner of car at the spot. After that, when he reached near Sharmali, three A/F cars obstructed his way and about 11 persons came out from these cars and asked him about the accident. 4. AN EXCISE ACT case FIR No. 20/18 dated 02-04-2018 has been registered at PS New Shimla on the rukka of SI/SHO Laxman Kumar PS New Shimla alleging therein that during traffic checking he alongwith staff recovered 240 bottles of country liquor marka Una No. 01 from the vehicle No. HP03A-2577 at Phase-III, New Shimla from the possession of Sunil Kumar S/o lt. Sh. Madan Lal R/o Nazim Niwas near Petrol Pump Vikas Nagar Shimla. The case is being investigated by SI/SHO Laxman Kumar PS New Shimla.
5. During last 24 hours 460 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, Compounded= 117 fine collected Rs. 42,500/- and 14 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 1,400/-.

1.    AN ASSAULT OR CRIMINAL FORCE TO DETER PUBLIC SERVANT FROM DISCHARGE OF HIS DUTY: Case FIR No 38/18 has been registered at PS PS Rampur on  01.04.2018 U/S 353,332,342,34 on the statement of  Rajesh Kumar S/O Sh. Om Prakash Vill. Rehi PO Bhawain Tehsil Dehra Distt. Kangra HP. A/P Head Constable at Police Post (City) Rampur alleging therein that on 01.04.2018 during his on duty four persons namely  Surender Singh,Amit Khanna , Sumit Khanna and Gaurav beaten him brutally and    obstructed him when he was performing his duty . The case is being investigating by SI Ravinder Lal I/O  PS Rampur.

2.    AN EXCISE ACT :Case FIR No 74/18  has been registred at PS West on 01.04.2018 U/S 39(I)(a)H.P. Excise Act on the rukka of SI Ram Nath I/C PP Jatog stating therein that on 01.04.2018 when he was on patrolling at Totu Chowk along with staff recovered 03 boxes of English liquor from the possession of Rahul Yadav S/o Sh Satya Prakash Yadav House No. 113/09 Idgah Road Ambala Cant Haryana. The case is being investigated by SI Ram Nath I/C PP Jatog.     

3.    AN EXCISE ACT : Case FIR No 75/18  has been registered at PS West on 01.04.2018 U/S 39(I)(a)H.P. Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Bhagat Ram I/O PS West stating therein that on 01.04.2018 when he was on Patrolling/ Traffic Duty at Shogi Barrier along with staff and stopped a vehicle No. HP12H-6883 for checking and recovered 19 boxes of English Liquor from Inside the vehicle . The vehicle was driving Virender Kumar S/o Sh Rajender Kumar R/o Damechi P/o Beoliaya Tehsil and District Shimla . The case is being investigated by  ASI Bhagat Ram I/O PS West.

4.    A ND&PS ACT: Case FIR No 15/18 has been registered at PS Jubbal on  31.03.2018 U/S 21/22-61-85 ND&PS Act on the Rukka of  SI Naresh Kumar SHO PS Jubbal alleging therein that on 31.03.2018 on the secret information he recovered 10 Grams Charas from the Shop of Bhopinder Singh S/o Late Sh. Rattan Singh village old Jubbal Tehsil Jubbal Distt Shimla . The case is being investigated by SI Naresh Kumar SHO PS Jubbal.

5.    AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR NO. 15/18 has been registered at PS Sunni on 31.03.2018 U/S 279, 304A on the rukka of SI/SHO PS Sunni alleging therein that on 31.03.2018 a vehicle HP 64-3932 (Truck) met with an accident at Ooli Nala in which one person namely Dharm Chand S/o Lekhram R/O village Simu P/o Piplughat Tehsil Arki Distt Solan died on the spot. The case is being investigated by SI/SHO PS Sunni.

6.    AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR NO. 54/18 has been registered at PS Theog on 31.03.2018 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the rukka of HC Adarsh Kumar I/O PS Theog alleging therein that on 31.03.2018 a vehicle HP03T- 4222 ALTO 800 met with an accident at Poach (Jais Ghati) in which one person sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Adarsh Kumar I/O PS Theog.

7.   AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR NO. 54/18 has been registered at PS Nankhari on 31.03.2018 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Sh Deviner Kumar S/o Sh Late sh Ravinder Kumar R/o Ghahan P/o Khunni Tesil Nankhari alleging therein that on 01.04.2018 a vehicle No. HP 06A 5163 met with an accident in which 02 persons namely Raman Kuar and Shiv Ram sustaines injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Chaman Lal I/O PS Nankhari.  

8.   During last 24 hours 424 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, Compounded= 152 fine collected Rs. 48,600/- and 12 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 1,300/-.
