Crime Report on March 13, 2018

1. An Assault or criminal force to deter public servant from discharge of his duty case FIR No. 56/18 dated 13-03-2018 u/s 353 IPC has been registered at PS West on the complaint of Sh. Ramesh Chand S/o late Sh. Shiv Ram R/o Vill Pal PO Ghund Tehsil Theog Distt. Shimla alleging therin that he is conductor in HRTC. On 12-03-2018 he was going from Shimla to Delhi route. Sh. Dhirender Singh S/o Chaman Thakur was also travelling in the bus to Vaknaghat. He gave the ticket of Rs. 32/- to Sh. Dhirender Thakur. Subsequently Sh. Dhirender Kumar asked him to gave ticket. He told that he has already given him ticket of RS. 32 but he refused and manhandled him and also tore his uniform and specs. Sh. Dhirender Kumar obstructed him to discharge his govt. duty. The case is being investigated by ASI Vijay Kumar I.O PS West.
2. A House Trespass case FIR No. 28/18 u/s 452,506 IPC has been registered at PS Jhakri on the complaint of Sh. Padan Dass R/O Village Bahsara PO Kartot  Tehsil Rampur Distt. Shimla HP alleging therein that on 11-03-2018 one person Namely Dalip Kumar S/o Sh. Asha Ram  illegally Trespass into his daughter Room and  threaten her with  dire consequences. The  case is being  investigating  by HC Harbans Lal I/O PS Jhakri.
3. A Fire Incident case FIR No. 50/18 dated 13-03-2018 u/s 285 IPC has been registered at PS Dhalli on the statement of Sh. Sohan Singh S/o Lt. Sh. Rudal Dutt R/o Vill. Katli PO Gumma Tehsil & Distt. Shimla stated therein that on 12-03-2018 he was present in his field and saw that fire incident took place in the grassland where Gagan Kumar S/o Sh. Inder Singh was present with his animals. Gagan Kumar took his animals to his home and didn’t return back. In this fire incident the grass and wooden of villagers burnt. The case is being investigated by HC Ramesh Chand I.O PP Mashobra PS Dhalli.
4. A Forest Act case FIR No. 10/18 u/s 379 IPC and 41,42 Indian forest act has been registered at PS Kupvi on the complaint of Sh. Harvinder Singh Forest Guard Kanda Beat alleging therein that in the intervening night of 12/13-03-2018 he alongwith Dharam Pal and Ravi Dutt forest guards were on Nakabandi duty at Pujah. During patrolling they recovered 54 No’s of Devdaar from the possession of Rajinder @ Raju S/o Jivan Singh R/o Vill Judu PO Kupvi Tehsil Kupvi. The case is being investigated by SI/SHO Kamal Dev Sharma PS Kupvi.
5. During last 24 hours 332 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, Compounded= 174 fine collected Rs. 56,800/- and 07 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 700/- .

Crime Report on March 12, 2018

1. A WRONGFUL RESTRAIN: Case FIR No. 24/18 has been registered at PS Chopal on 11.03.2018 U/S 341 323 34 IPC on the statement of Mustaqeem S/o Sh. Jamil Ahmed R/o Village Kadarpur PO Behat Tehsil & PS  Behat, District Sarahanpur, UP stated therein that one person namely Kulfeep Sharma alongwith another four persons obstructed his way & beaten him brutally. The case is being investigated by ASI Virender, I/O PS Chopal.

2.    CAUSING HURT BY SHARP WEAPON: Case FIR No. 36/18 has been registered at PS Shimla Sadar on 11.03.2018 U/S 324 506 IPC on the statement of Sh. Ashok Sahani S/o Sh. Ganeshi Sahani R/o Village Aresewda PO Singhwada PS Simari District Darbhanga A/P residing in Dhara at Down-Dale Shimla stated therein that on 11.03.2018 at about 08-30 PM, Sunil Kumar came to his room/Dhara in drunken condition and alleged him for theft of mobile. He beaten him with sharp iron road and threatened with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by ASI Ajit Singh, I/O PS Sadar.

3.  AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 32/18 has been registered at PS Shimla East on 11.03.2018 U/S 279 337 IPC & 187 MV Act on the statement of Sh. Kuldeep S/o Sh. Netra Singh R/o Village Kinnu PO Panog Tehsil Shillai District Sirmaur, age 23 years stated therein that he alongwith his Elder brother is residing at Flower Dale Chhota Shimla. On 11.03.2018, he alongwith his mother was going to Flower Dale, Chhota Shimla. At about 05-45 PM, as they reached near Flower Dale, at the same time one Hyundai Verna Car No. DL4C-AX-8699 came rashly with negligent driving and hit his mother and run away from the spot and she sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Gopinder Pal, I/O PS East.

4.   AN ACCIDENT: Case  FIR No. 35/18 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on 12.03.2018 U/S 279 337 304A IPC on the statement of Sh. China Ram S/o Sh. Rattan Dass R/o Village & PO Bhut Tehsil Kumarsain, Shimla stated therein that on 11.03.2018 at about 07-45 PM, a Truck No. HP64A-0968 met with an accident at Bhaladi Shank near Sanogi & rolled down from the road due to rash & negligent driving  of Sh. Niladhar S/o Sh. Neem Chand R/o Village & PO Telhen Tehsil & PS Karsog, Mandi. In this accident driver Niladhar and Hukmi Ram S/o Sh. Kundan Lal R/o Village Talah, Tehsil sunni has been died. The case is being investigated by ASI Hem Chand, I/C PP Sainj, Kumarsain. 

5.    AN ACCIDENT case FIR No. 32/18 dated 11-03-2018 u/s 279,337IPC & 187 MV act has been registered at PS Rohru on the statement of Sh.Anku Thakur S/o Sh. Jai Pal R/o Vill Khandka Tehsil Shilai Distt. Sirmour stated therein that on 11-03-2018 a Pick Up No. HP62A-2772 met with an accident due rash and negligent driving of driver Narinder.The case is being investigated by HC Vijay Kumar I.O PS Rohru.

6.    AN ACCIDENT case FIR No. 49/18 dated 12-03-2018 u/s 279,337IPC & 187 MV act  at PS Dhalli on the statement of Sh. Passang Ram Negi S/o Lt. Sh. Thakur Negi R/o House No. 159 Shanti Cottage Dhingu Dhar Sanjauli stated therein that today he was going to IGMC Shimla alongwith his wife for treatment. When he was on the way one vehicle came rashly & negligently and hit him and he fell down on the road. The driver of vehicle run away from the spot and he could not read the number of vehicle. 

7.    A FOREST ACT case FIR No. 13/18 dated 12-03-2018 u/s 379 IPC & 41,42,33 Indian Forest act has been registered at PS Kotkhai on the complaint of Jaya Forest guard Shilagaon beat alleging therein that on 10-03-2018 she was on patrolling duty in the forest 163 Kadai. During patrolling she found that miscreants cut the devdar trees and 16 slipper  was lay down in the forest. Subsequently she alongwith staff went to Forest 163 Kadai and found that some persons were loading the slipper in the vehicle. As they went toward vehicle above persons run away from the spot and they recovered 22 sliper of devdar from the vehicle No. HP09C-3438 at Kadai road. The case is being investigated by ASI Ranjeet Singh.

8.  During last 24 hours 259 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, Compounded= 88 fine collected Rs. 14,600/-, 07 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 900/- and 02 Challan under Mining Act and fine realized Rs. 11,500/-.

Crime Report On March 11, 2018.

1. AN EXCISE :Case FIR No.16/18 has been registerd at PS Nankhari on 10.03.2018 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act on the Rukka of SI/SHO Chint Ram PS Nankhari therein that on 10.03.2018 at about 06.30 PM on secret information he alongwith staff conducted a raid in the shop of Lal Bhadur S/O Late Sh. Bal Bahadur R/o Vill. Munsi Kot, PO Gautam Gabij, Distt Rukkam Nepal,age 50 years A/P C/o Tara Chand house, VPO Kharahan, Tehsil Nankhari, Distt Shimla and recovered 07 bottles of illicit country liquor marked as Rangar The Santra from his possession. The Case is being investigated by SI/SHO Chint Ram PS Nankhari.
2. ASSAULT OR CRIMINAL FORCE TO DETER PUBLIC SERVANT FROM DISCHARGE OF HIS DUTY: Case FIR No. 31/18 has been registered at PS Shimla East dated 10.03.18 U/S 353 342 506 34 IPC on the statement of Sh. Ramesh Chand S/O Sh. Billu Ram R/O Vill. Chibari PO Koti beja Tehsil Kasauli Distt. Solan A/P Posted as ASI in Traffic Wing Shimla stated therein that today on 10.03.2018, when he was performing his traffic duty at Kasumpti Bazar, a vehicle No. HP52A-1410(ZEN) came there and two persons got down from the above vehicle and throw a challan chit on his face and started to quarrel with him during performing his govt. duty. When he went to Police Ghumti to bring his mobile phone, in the mean time these persons came their and restrained him in gumti and also threatened with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by SI Raghubir Singh I/C PP Kasumpti.
3. ASSAULT OR CRIMINAL FORCE IN ATTEMPT TO COMMIT THEFT OF PROPERTY CARRIED BY A PERSON: Case FIR No. 35/18 has been registered at PS Shimla Sadar dated 10.03.18 U/S 356, 279, 323,504, 506 34 & 201 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Sanjit Sharma R/o Ram Niwas, Malyana, Shimla-6 alleging therein that on dated 10.03.2018 at about 08.30 PM his car hit by another grey Car at near Panchayat Bhawan and ran away from there but he capture the above car near Hon’ble High court where the driver of above grey car got down from the car and beaten him and theft his mobile Nokia Lumia too. On this he went to police station and recovered the above mobile from his possession. The driver of above grey car also misbehaved with the police. The case is being investigated by HC Anil I/O PS Sadar, Shimla.
4. A Forest : Case FIR No. 33/18 has been registered at PS Kumarsain today on  11.03.2018 U/S 379 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Mohan Lal Range Forest Officer, Kotgarh alleging therein that on dated 07.03.2018 he alongwith raid team was on inspection duty towards Narkanda as he reached near Kandhyali, he found that 4 No. of Deodar trees bearing vol. 5.723 cube mtr were cut by some unknown culprit and were hidden there. The cost of above wooden was estimated as Rs 3,20,106/-.  The case is being investigated by ASI Mohan Guleria I/C PP Narkanda, PS Kumarsain.
5. A THEFT :Case FIR No. 17/18 has been registered at PS New Shimla on  10.03.2018 U/S 379 IPC on the complaint of Sh Shashi Kant Sharma R/o Sector 4, New Shimla, Shimla-9 alleging therein that 8 No. of Solar Street Light batteries(75 AHr) installed in  various locations in Sector 4, New Shimla has been stolen away by unknown person. The case is being investigated by HC Dinesh I/O PS New Shimla.
6. A THEFT : Case FIR No 27/18 has been registered at PS Rampur today on dated 11-03-18 U/S 379,34 IPC on the statement of Const Jitender Kumar of PS Rampur stated therein that he along with HHG Rajinder Singh 2/1-43 was on mining source at Duttnagar watch duty at about 3.00 AM when he was returned back to PS Rampur on the same time he heared some noisy sound and they saw that one Truck No HP62B-1800 was parked near under construction IPH water filter bed in the water scheme Kurpan to Thanedhar,Narkanda. There was lying IPH water supply Pipes which were loaded by some persons in the above parked truck. When they saw Police, all miscreants person run away from the spot due to dark/black night . One person namely Dhan Bahadur Nepali apprehended. The Case is being investigated by HC Gareeb Dass No 159 I/O of PS Rampur.

Crime Report on 10 March, 2018

1. AN ABETMENT OF SUICIDE: Case FIR No. 34/18 has been registered at PS Sader alleging therein that on 09.03.18 U/S 306 IPC PS Sadar on the complaint of Smt. Sandeepna Sharma W/o Late Sh. Raj Kumar Sharma R/o Village Jagoti PO Kaloti Tehsil Chirgaon Distt Shimla alleging therein that her husband was driver in HRTC. On dated 24-02-2018 her husband committed suicide in the room of hotel Pushkar at Fingask Estate. Her husband has illegal relation with one lady namely and she has doubted that above lady, abetted her husband to commit suicide.The case is being investigated by I/O PS Sadar.
2. AN ACCIDENT :Case FIR No.46/18 has been registerd at PS Dhalli on 09.03.2018 U/S 279 IPC & 184,187 MV Act on the complaint of Sh Arun Sharma R/o Shiv Sadan Below Maszid Bazaar Sanjauli Bazar Shimla alleging therein that on 09.03.2018 an unknown vehicle colided with his vehicle in night time and run away from the spot. A BURGULARY :Case FIR No. 55/18 has been registered at PS West on  10.03.2018 U/S 457,380 IPC on the complaint of Sh Satya Prakash Sharma S/o Sh Lajja Ram R/o village Chamrog VPO and Tehsil Shimla Distt Shimla alleging therein that in the intervening night of 07/08.03.2018 some unknown person stolen away golden ring, silver chalk, golden nose pin, Rs 2000 and some other articles from his house. AN ACT ENDANGERING LIFE OR PERSONAL SAFETY OF OTHERS: case FIR No 47/18 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 09.03.2018 U/S 336 IPC on the complaint on Madan S/o Sh Deep Ram R/o village Kawala P/o Dubloo Sub Tehsil Junga Distt Shimla alleging therein that on 09.03.2018 has father was on duty at water pump house Kalarga (Dubloo) as a Pump Oprater. Near 3:45 PM  Madan received a telephone call from the phone of a person namely madan and told him that his father came in the contect of electric current. He went at the spot and broght his father to IGMC Shimla for treatment. This incident happned due to negligency of IPH Department not to provide sufficient equipments of safety. 5. A VOLUNTARILY CAUSING HURT BY DANGEROUS WEAPONS OR MEANS:. A case FIR No. 48/18 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 09.03.2018 U/S 324 IPC on the complaint of Ram Krishan  Sh Tulsi Ram R/o village Malansheel P/o Janedghat Tehsil and Distt Shimla alleging therein that on 09.03.2018 a person namely Sandeep attacked on him by sickle and injured him. The case is being investigated by ASI OM PRAKASH I/C PP Junga.

Crime Report March, 09, 2018

1.  An Accident case FIR No 13/18 dated 09-03-2018 u/s 279,337 IPC has been registered at PS Jubbal on the  the rukka of HC Ashwani Kumar I/O PS Jubbal alleging therein that on 08-03-2018 Brijesh S/o  Nand Lal R/O Vill. Matasa Tehsil Jubbal was going from village Chebri to his home Matasa in his vehicle No  HP10B 1878 (Xylo). When Brijesh reached near Gurku Kenchi near Patsari the vehicle met with an accident and rolled down from the road due to rash and negligent driving of driver Brijesh Kumar. In this accident he sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Ashwani Kumar I/O PS Jubbal.

2.    An Accident case FIR No 25/18 Dated 08-03-18 U/S 279 IPC has been registered at PS Rampur on the Statement of Smt. Prem Lata W/O Sh. Data Ram Vill. Bharasa PO Nola Tehsil Kumarsain Distt. Shimla HP alleging therein that on 08-03-2018 at about 1.45 pm one Auto No HP 50-0745 and Car No HP 95-0150 met with an accident  due to rash and negligent driving of Auto Driver Tek Singh S/o Sh. Visheshar Lal Vill.Oda PO Khaneri Tehsil Rampur Distt. Shimla HP. The case is being investigated by HC Lal Chand I/O PS Rampur.

3.    An Accident case FIR No.  22/18 dated 09-03-2018 u/s 279,337,304A IPC has been registered at PS Chopal on the rukka of SI/ SHO PS Chopal alleging therein that today one Maruti Alto car No. HP08A-2298 met with an accident due to rash and negligent driving of driver Bhupinder Chauhan and rolled down from the road. In this accident Bhopinder Singh S/o Sh. Laiq Ram Vill Allaishna PO Matal Tehsil Chopal Distt Shimla,  Joginder Sharma S/o Sita Ram Village Tikkri PO Matal Tehsil Chopal Distt. Shimla died on the spot and Naresh Ropta S/o Sh. Bhagmal Rapta R/o Vill. Dasholi PO Marwaog Tehsil Chopal Distt. Shimla sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by SI/SHO Kamlesh Kumar I.O PS Chopal.

4.    A Theft case FIR No 26/18 Dated 08-03-18 U/S 379 IPC has been registered at PS Rampur on the complaint of Sh.Kedar Rai S/o Sh. Parmeshwar Rai VPO Jhakri Tehsil Rampur Distt. Shimla HP alleging therein that on 28-02-18 his Driver Tara Chand S/O Sh Dila Ram Vill. Bofan Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi had parked his Tipper/Dumper HP 06A-0934  near Dhruv Medicos near MGMSC Khaneri and went to Home. On 08-03-2018 when he came back from home he found that his Tipper was missing from the spot and  some unknown has stolen his above tipper/Dumper from Khaneri. The case is being  investigated by ASI Amer Singh I/O PS Rampur

5.    A Cheating case FIR No. 30/18 dated 09-03-2018 u/s  420 IPC has been registered at PS East on the complaint of Smt. Chimed Lamo W/o Sh. Anand Kumar R/o Vikasnagar Shimla alleging therein that he has two account in the bank of ICICI & SBI Kasumpti. In the evening of 07-03-2018 to 08-03-2018 some unknown person has cheated him by withdrawal the amount of Rs. 1,01,499 from his above accounts and she has received the message of withdrawal. The case is being investigated by SI Raghubir Singh I/C PP Kasumpti.  

6.    A Rioting case FIR No. 23/18 dated 09-03-2018 u/s  341,143,336,186 IPC has been registered at PS Chopal on the rukka of SI/SHO Kamlesh Kumar PS Chopa alleging therein that today at about 1.30 PM the activists of Congress party under the leadership of  Munesh Thakur, President, State Youth Congress, Naresh Desta, Secretary,  State Youth Congress, Dhirender Chuchan, Puskare Bhota, Vinod Zinta General Secretary, State Youth Congress, Vikhyat Zinta &  Rakesh Zinta obstructed the traffic at Nerwa road bifurcation. The protestors burnt the effigy of Hon’ble Prime Minster of India and also obstructed police official to perform their Govt. duty. The case is being investigated by SI/SHO Kamlesh Kumar PS Chopal.

2.  Accused i) Prikshit Kanwar  S/o Sh. Balwant  Singh R/o Village Khaneti Tehsil Kotkhai, Shimla and ii) Hari Krishan S/o Sh. Shyama Nand Sharma R/o Village Tikker PO Fagu, Tehsil Theog, Shimla, arrested in case FIR No. 32/18 Dt. 06.03.2018 U/S 21-61-85 ND&PS Act at PS Sadar, are remanded in Police Custody upto 10.03.2018, by the Ld. Court.

Crime Report on March 08, 2018

1. AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No.12/18 has been registered at PS Kotkhai today on 08.03.2018 U/S 279 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Bhopinder Singh S/o Sh. Dhyan singh R/o Village Bhundal PO Sarri Tehsil Chopal age 46  stated therein that he was on the way by driving his car no.HP 03T 4292 towards Nihari Kotkhai from Chhaila with his friend Rajesh. As they reached near PWD Rest House Kotkhai, at the same time a Pick-UP No.HP62A 2751 came rashaly with negligent driving and hit his car, caused sustained injuries to Rajesh.  The case is being investigated by ASI Ranjit Singh I/O PS Kotkhai.
2. A CHEATING: Case FIR No. 33/18 has been registered at PS Shimla Sadar on 07.03.2018 U/S 420 IPC in which complainant alleged that some unknown person has cheated her by making fake transactions, withdrawal or transfer of money amounting to Rs. 1,59,400 from her SBI Account on various dates i.e. 22.02.2018, 24.02.2018 & 26.02.2018 from Lucknow, Gauhatti, Nagpur & Ajmer city. 
3. AN ACT ENDANGERING LIFE OR PERSONAL SAFETY OF OTHERS: Case FIR No. 44/18 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 08.03.2018 U/S 336 337 IPC on the statement of Mangru Urao S/o Sh. Jatta Urao R/o Village & PO Chhardatah, Tehsil & District Gumla, Jharkhand, age 30 years stated therein that he alongwith his wife is working as labourer with contractor Ishwar Dass Sharma in Tantya Parking at Sanjauli. On 07.03.2018, they were busy in their work and his daughters with other children were playing on the 4^th floor of the parking. Subsequently, he came to know that his daughter Anchal fell down  from 4^th floor of parking and sustained injuries after that she was shifted to IGMC Shimla. This incident occurred due to negligent work of Contractor Ishwar Dass Sharma who didn’t maintain proper security measures during the constructions of above parking. The case is being investigated by HC Ram Kumar, I/O PP Sanjauli, Shimla.
4. A THEFT: Case FIR No. 45/18 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 08.03.2018 U/S 381 IPC on the  report of Sh. Vijay Verma R/o Village Chaidi, Tehsil & District Shimla alleging therein that one Smt. Krishna Devi W/o Sh. Ramesh Kumar R/o  village Lalag (Kalaini) PO  Seelav, District Mandi, age 55 years,  is working as made in his house. On 28.02.2018, he alongwith his family went to Beolia. At about 06-00 PM, when they came back and saw that his maid was coming out from his house with one bag. During the search of bag, make up articles of his wife recovered from her bag and she also confessed that she has also stolen gold chain and diamond ring from almirah in the year May 2017. The case is being investigated by HC Ramesh, I/O  PP Mashobra.
5. A WRONGFUL RESTRAIN & CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION: Case FIR No. 35/18 has been registered at PS Theog today on 08.03.2018 U/S 341, 504, 506, 34 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Shiv Ram S/o Sh. Kaul Ram R/o Village Jarashi PO Sainj Tehsil Theog, Shimla alleging therein that   Sh. Sant Ram S/o Sh. Ganga Ram, Deep Ram, Balak Ram, Harikrishan, Sunil & Anil R/o Village Jarashi PO Sainj, Tehsil Theog, Shimla, oftenly quarling with him & his family members. They have also obstructed the path leading to his house and threatened them with dire consequences.  The case is being investigated by ASI Purshotam Chand, I/C PP Chhaila, Theog.
6. During last 24 hours 424 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, Compounded= 141 fine collected Rs. 54,000/-, 11 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 1,100/- and 02 Challan under Mining Act and fine realized Rs. 22,000/-.

Crime Report on March 07, 2018

1.    A ND&PS ACT: Case FIR No. 13/18 has been registered at PS Chirgaon on  06.03.18 U/S 21-61-85 ND&PS Act on the rukka of HC Deepak Kumar, I/O PS Chirgaon, Shimla alleging therein that on 06.03.2018 at about 06-10 PM, during patrolling alongwith staff at Khabbal Kainchi near Kuranigarh, one person namely Praveen Kumar S/o Sh. Jagat Singh R/o Village Denwari PO Khabal Tehsil Chirgaon, Shimla, age 22 years intercepted by them and recovered 2.13 Gram Chitta from his possession. The accused has been arrested by the police  and the case is being investigated by HC Deepak Kumar, I/O PS Chirgaon.

2.  A ND&PS ACT: Case FIR No. 32/18 has been registered at PS Sadar on 06.03.2018 U/S 21-61-85 ND&PS Act on the rukka of HC Mohinder Singh, I/O PS Sadar, Shimla alleging therein that on 06.03.2018, during Nakabandi alongwith staff at Victory Tunnel Shimla,  a vehicle No. HP09C-5196 (Alto 800) alongwith two persons namely Prikshit Kanwar  S/o Sh. Balwant  Singh R/o Village Khaneti Tehsil Kotkhai, Shimla and Hari Krishan S/o Sh. Shyama Nand Sharma R/o Village Tikker PO Fagu, Tehsil Theog, Shimla stopped by them for checking and during the search of vehicle, 25.4 gram Heroin (Chitta) recovered from their possession. The case is being investigated by  HC Mohinder Singh, I/O PS Sadar.

3.  A WRONGFUL RESTRAIN: Case FIR No. 24/17 has been registered at PS Rampur on 06.03.2018 U/S 341 323 34 IPC on the statement of Sh. Gopal Dass S/O Sh. Keshav Ram R/o Village Pujarali PO Nishani Tehsil Nirmand District Kullu stated therein that today at about  06:45 PM, driver and conductor of HRTC Bus No HP63-A 4162 Reckongpeo-Chandigarh came there and stopped a little ahead. Driver and conductor of the bus came out from the bus and obstructed the way of a person namely Surjeet Singh, who was going towards Nogli and beaten him brutally. The case is being investigating by HC Rajesh, I/O PP City Rampur

4. During last 24 hours 344 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, Compounded= 166 fine collected Rs. 55,800/- and 19 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 1,900/-.
