Crime Report On January 07, 2018.

1.    An ND & PS Act  Case FIR No. 02/18 has been registered at PS Chopal on dated 06.01.18 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act & 192, 196 MV Act on the rukka of SI Kamlesh, SHO PS Chopal, Shimla alleging therein that on 06.01.2018 at 03-30 AM, during patrolling alongwith staff, he found that a Car was parked on the centre of the road at Chopal Bazar. Driver of above car namely Arun Negi S/o Sh. Mahender Singh Negi R/o Kanwar Niwas, Ward No. 2, ITI, Solan, HP, age 25 years  was failed to produce the RC & insurance of car. During the search, 17 Gram Charas also recovered from his possession. The accused has been released by issuing a notice U/S 41A Cr.PC. The case is being investigated by SI Kamlesh, SHO PS Chopal.

2.    A Trespass case FIR No. 02/18 has been registered at PS Jubbal on 06-01-2018  u/s  451, 427, 504, 506 IPC on the statement of Smt. Hem Prabha D/o Late Sh. Gulab Singh R/o VPO Jhagtan, Tehsil Jubbal, Distt Shimla alleging therein that she has wedded with Anil Kumar R/o VPO Giltari, in the year, 2007 but they have not good relation with each other. She is residing at her parents house since, 2012. On 05.01.2018 at about 6.30 PM her husband Anil Kumar come there (in-laws house) where he abused and threatened her with dire consequences. He also broken the window frame. The case is being investigated by HC Gopal Singh I/O PP Saraswati Nagar, PS Jubbal.

3.    A Theft case FIR NO. 08/18 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 06-01-2018  u/s 379 IPC on the statement of Sh. Yadvinder Sharma S/o Sh. Roop Chand Sharma R/o Nirmal Roop Sadan, Sangti, Sanjauli, Shimla-6 alleged therein that on 05.01.2018 at about 9.15 PM he parked his car No. HP 52A-1281 WagonR Near Gol Tank HB Colony Sanjauli, Shimla-6 and on dated 06.01.2018 at about 10.40 AM when he checked his car he saw that window glass of his car was broken and the cylinder of his sister which was kept in the Dicky of his car was also stolen by some unknown person. The case is being investigated by HC Parma Nand I/O PS Dhalli.

4.    A Theft Case FIR No 02/2018 has been registred at PS Jhakri on dated 06-01-2018 u/s 380 IPC on the statement of Sh Ganesh Dutt S/O Sh. Bhim Sain R/O VPO Haryal Tehsil & Distt. Pathankot age 55 yrs. A/P J.E Civil HQ 759 Jeori alleging therein that on dated 06-01-2018 when he reached his quarter HQ 759 for inspection who have  allotted to him for residential purpose, alongwith his supervisor, Mait Raju, he found that some unknown person stolen his ceiling fan, exhaust fan, wash basin, cistern-2 from his quarter. Case is being investigating by HC Jagdish Kumar No 209 I/O PP Jeori.

5.    During last 24 hours 284 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, Compounded= 75 fine realized Rs. 44,300/- and 15 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 16,00/-.

2.    Accused Bimla Devi w/o Bablu working as a labourer at Gadsari  in the  orchard of Mohinder Singh R/o Vill Kui Tehsil Rohru Distt Shimla arrested in case FIR No. 01/18 Dt. 03.01.18 U/S 302 IPC at PS Chirgaon remanded in Police custody upto 08-01-2017 by the Ld. Court. 

3.    Accused  Arun Negi S/o Sh. Mahender Singh Negi R/o Kanwar Niwas, Ward No. 2, ITI, Solan, HP, age 25 years  has been arrested in case FIR No.  02/18 dated 06.01.18 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act & 192, 196 MV Act at PS Chopal and is being produced before Ld. Court.

4.    Accused Yogesh Sood S/o Sh. Banarsi Dass R/o Village Mohari Deed, PO Mohari, Tehsil Theog, Distt Shimla. age 60 years arrested in case FIR No. 03/18 Dt. 02.01.2018 u/s 336, 427 IPC & Sec. 4 The Explosive Act at PS Theog is remanded in Police Custody by the Ld. Court upto 08-01-2017.

Crime Report 06 Jan. 2018

1.    An Accident case FIR No. 01/18 has been registered at PS Jubbal on 05-01-2018 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Bir Chand S/o Sh. Sagru R/o Panu P.O. Devidhar Tehsil Chirgaon alleging therein that he alongwith family member Smt. Jai Devi (wife), Dhampi Devi (sister), Smt. Sarita and her two children Pankaj and Neha and baby Vanshika were  coming from Shimla in vehicle No. HP10A-9055 Bolero camper driven by driver Naveen Kumar. At about 5.30 PM when they reached near Dhar Dhochi vehicle met with an accident due to rash and negligent driving by driver Naveen and rolled down from the road. In this accident all of them sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Suresh I/O PS Jubbal.

2.    An Excise Act case FIR No. 04/18 has been registered at PS Suuni on 05-01-2018  u/s  39 HP Excise act on the rukka of ASI  Manohar Lal  I/O P.S. Sunni alleging therein that on 05-1-18 at 4.30 PM  he was patrolling duty alongwith staff towards Mandri Teh Sunni. During patrolling he intercepted one person namely Randheer Singh s/o Sh Khem Raj R/o Vill Dishti Teh Sunni  Distt. Shimla and recovered 12 bottles country liquor.  The case is being  investigated by ASI Manohar Lal  I/O  PS Sunni.

3.    An Excise Act case FIR No. 06/18 has been registered at PS East on 05-01-2018 u/s 39(1) HP Excise act on the rukka of SI Biri Singh PS East alleging therein that when he along with staff was on patrolling towards Excise Point Navbahar one person namely Rahul @ Bhola S/o Sh. Satpal R/o quarter No. 12 Labour Hostel Lalpani intercepted by him and recovered 10 bottles of country liquor. The case is being investigated by SI Biri Singh Addl SHO PS East.

4.    During last 24 hours 303 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, Compounded= 117 fine realized Rs. 46,700/- and 26 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 26,00/-.

3.    Accused Sh. Kesar @ Manoj S/o Sh. Sher Singh R/o village Sunchour, PO Marke, Tehsil, District Salyan, Anchal Ravati Nepal age 37 years 2)  Sh. Dorje Lama S/o Sh. Chotum Lama R/o Village Khangal, PO Dharapori, Tehsil  Simkot, Distt. Humla, Nepal A/P working as labourers with Ram Krishan Jiva Nand, Rampur, Shimla. age 39 years has been arrested in case FIR No.  02/18 Dt. 04.01.2018 U/S 386, 506, 511, 34 IPC at PS Rampur and is being produce before Ld. Court.

4.    Accused Yogesh Sood S/o Sh. Banarsi Dass R/o Village Mohari Deed, PO Mohari, Tehsil Theog, Distt Shimla. age 60 years arrested in case FIR No. 03/18 Dt. 02.01.2018 u/s 336, 427 IPC & Sec. 4 The Explosive Act at PS Theog is remanded in Police Custody by the Ld. Court upto 08-01-2017.

Crime Report on 05 Jan. 2018

1.    A Theft case FIR No. 04/18 has been registered at PS Theog on 04-01-2018 u/s 379 IPC on the Complaint of Sundar Lal Sharma JE Electrical Sub Division HPSEBL Theog alleging therein that on 04-01-2018 the 250 KVA Transformer installed at Charimu,Nahol has been stolen by unknown person.  The case is being investigated by HC Rakesh I/O PP Fagu PS Theog.

2.    A Theft case FIR No. 02/18 has been registered at PS Kotkhai on 04-01-2018 u/s 379 IPC on the complaint of Rajeev Kumar J.E.  IPH Sub Division Kotkhai alleging therein that on 03-01-2018 some unknown person has stolen away 140 No.s of 4” pipes and 17 No’s of 5” pipes from Nihari site at Nihari Garawag. The case is being investigated by ASI Rameshwar Singh I.O PS Kotkhai.

3.    An Extortion case FIR No 02/18 has been registered at PS Rampur on 04-01-2018 U/S 386,506,511,34 IPC on the complaint of Sh Sunil Kumar S/O Sh Amrit Lal R/O Helipad Road Daklor A/P partner M/S Ram Krishan Jiwa Ram Main Bazar Rampur Bsr alleging therein that on 08-12-17 morning he received a letter on the gate of his house wherein extortion amount of Rs one Crore was demanded from him on 30-12-17. In case of non payment he was threatened with dire consequences.  He suspected that Kaser @ Vijay and Dorje Lama who was earlier colleague  with him has committed above incident. The case is being investigated by SI Om Praksah IO PS Rampur Bsr.

4.    An Excise Act case FIR No 06/18 has been registered at PS Dhalli today on 05.01.18 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the Rukka of ASI Om Prakash I/C PP Junga alleging therein that on 05-01-2018 he alongwith staff was on Naka duty near Nehra. At about 09-30 PM one pick up No. HP63B-2482 stopped by them for checking. During checking he recovered 39 boxes of Country liquor marka Himachal Orange, 21 bottles of Royal Stag and 15 bottles of McDowell’s from the possession Dvr. Krishan Singh S/o Sh. Roop Singh VPO Satlai Distt. Shimla. The case is being investigated by ASI Om Parkash I/C PP Junga.  

5.    An Accident case FIR No.03/18 has been registered at PS Rampur on 04-01-18 U/S 279 IPC on the statement of Sh. Vipin Nalwa S/O Sh. Ramesh Nalwa R/o Vill Lower Pamlahi PO Thanedhar Tehsil Kumarsain Distt Shimla HP stated therein that on 04-01-2018 at about 6.05PM one Vehicle No. HP06A-7960 came rashly and negligently and hit his parked vehicle No. HP06-0291. The case is being investigated by HC Rajesh Kumar I/O PP City Rampur.

1.    An Excise Act case FIR No. 02/18 has been registered at PS Nankhari on 03-01-2018 u/s 39(1) HP Excise act on the rukka OF ASI Chaman Lal Negi I.O PS Nankhari Distt. Shimla alleging therein that on 03-01-2018 on the secret information he raided the house of Parkash Chand S/o Pyare Lal R/o Aadarsh Nagar Tehsil Nankhari Distt. Shimla and recovered 48 bottles of country liquor. The case is being investigated by ASI Chaman Lal Negi I.O. PS Nankhari.

2.    An Excise Act case FIR No. 04/18 has been registered at PS Rohru on 03-01-2018 u/s 39(1) HP Excise act on the rukka of ASI Bhagirath Sharma I/C PP alleging therein that when he alongwith staff was on Patrolling at Shekhalnala one person namely Vishal Thakur Nepali S/O Bir Bhadur R/O Bitamod ward No.5. Tehsil Sansari Distt. Jhappa Anchal Mechi A/P Labourer Rajender Janartha R/O Kayar Bashlog PO Pujarli No.4 intercepted by him and recovered  8 Bottles of country liquor. The case is being investigated by ASI Bhagirath Sharma I/C PP Tikker PS Rohru.

3.    A Cheating case FIR No. 01/18 has been registered at PS Sadar on 03-01-2018 u/s 420 IPC on the complaint of Krishan Lal S/o Late Sh. Dila Ram R/o Vill Kanera PO Patta Tehsil and Distt. Solan alleging therein that Sh. Sant Ram and Chet Ram both S/o Sh. Kapuru Ram R/o Vill Kenera PO Patta Barori Tehsil and Distt. Solan had produced forged document of birth to their department and got undue benefits deliberately and fraudulently to cheat the department.

4.    A Murder case FIR No. 01/18 Dt. 03.01.18 U/S 302 IPC PS Chirgaon  has been registered  on the statement of Sh. Bablu S/o Sh. Jai Ram Nepali C/o Sh. Ved Prakash Ro Village Gumma, Tehsil Chirgaon, Shimla alleging therein that his brother-in-law namely Bablu have two daughters namely Anshika & Divya. On 03.01.2018 at about 02-00 PM, his daughter namely Divya, age 3 years went to jungle with her step-mother namely Bimla, where Divya become unconscious and sustained injuries on her face. On this, he alongwith her father brought her to CHC Sandasu, where doctor declared her brought dead and found some beaten marks on her body. He has doubt that her step mother Bimla Devi beaten her brutally due to which Divya sustained injuries and died. The case is being investigated by ASI Suresh Kumar, I/O PS Chirgaon.

5.    A Forest Act case FIR No. 06/18 has been registered at PS West today on 04-01-2018 u/s 41,42 IF Act and 379,34 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Anand Kishor Dy. Ranger Lal Pani Block Chaura Maidan Rang Urban Division Shimla alleging therein that today on 04-01-2018 at about 02-30 AM Kali Ram watchmen at Lalpani nursery with the help of local people caught 02 persons  with pick up No. HP27A-0721 who were stolen the Devdar slipper from Lalpani nursery and one person run away from the spot.

6.    A Rioting case FIR No. 07/18 has been registered at PS West today on 04-01-2018 u/s 147,452,323,506 IPC on the statement of Sh. Rajneesh Thakur S/o Sh. Surinder Singh R/o Vill Shullu PO Rodi Tehsil Shimla A/P security Guard HDFC Bank branch Totu Bazar stated therein that today at about 09-00 AM one vehicle No. HP63-5519 was parked out side the gate of Bank when he asked for removal of Vehicle the son of car owner started abusing and beaten him. Subsequently Dinesh Gupta, Kamlesh, Aadarsh and Abhishek Gupta came there and started beaten him . When he went inside the bank they also illegally entered into the bank and again beaten him and threatened with dire consequences.

7.    An Accident case FIR No.  04/18 has been registered at PS Kumarsain today on 04.01.2018  u/s 279,337,427 IPC on the statement of Smt. Sapna Devi w/o Sh Harish Kumar R/o Vill. Kradi (Digadhar) PO. Kumarsain Distt Shimla stated therein that  today at about  11.00 AM one tipper No. HP30A-1900 came rashly and negligently from rahu side and hit her house. In this accident driver Deepak Bhardwaj sustained injuries and house of the complainant damaged.  The case is being investigated by  HC Susheel Kumar I.O PS Kumarsain.

8.    An Accident  case FIR No. 03/18 has been registered at PS Sunni today on 04-01-2018 u/s 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Pardeep Verma BDC Chairman Basantpur Block stated therein that today at about 07-30 AM one car No. HP 31C-2398 met with an accident near Badmen Dhar due to rash and negligent driving of driver Mohan Lal working as driver in HRTC. In this accident Driver Mohan Lal and Ghanshyam sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Dilu Ram I.O PS Sunni.

9.    An Accident case FIR No. 01/18 has been registered at PS Kupvi on 03-01-2018 u/s 279,337,304A IPC on the the statement of Sh. Jagdish Kumar S/o Sh. Shyam Singh R/O Village Dholat P.O Charoli Tehsil Kupvi Distt. Shimla stated therein that  on 03-01-18 at about 2:30PM when he was going to Kulag with Dvr. Dhaju Ram, Pyaru, & Diwan in Tracktor and reached near Kulag tracktor met with an accident due to rash & negligent driving of Dvr. Dhaju Ram. In this accident Dvr. Dhaju Ram died on the spot and 2 persons namely Diwan and Pyru sustained injuries. This case  is being investigated by ASI Subhash Chand Sharma I.O PS Kupvi.

Crime Report on 03 Jan. 2018

1.    An Accident case FIR No. 02/18 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on 02-01-2018 u/s 279 IPC & 187 MV Act  on the statement of Sh. Sudershan Kumar S/o Sh. Sangat Ram R/o VPO Ganvi Tehsil Rampur Distt. Shimla A/P Pharmacist 108 Ambulance  MGMSC Khenri stated therein that  on 01-01-2018 he alongwith driver Hari Saran was going back to Rampur after dropping the patient at KNH Shimla. At about 11-00 PM when they reached near Chomola Khadd one pick up No. HP30-4998 came rashly and negligently and collide with ambulance 108 No. HP63-9094 and ran away from the spot. The case is being investigated by HC Ram Singh I.O PS Kumarsain.

2.    An Act endangering life or personal safety of others case FIR No.  03/18 has been registered at PS Theog on 02-01-2018 u/s 336,427 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Ishwar Singh S/o Sariya Ram R/o Vill Did PO Mahori Distt Shimla alleging therein that Yogesh Sood has installed a stone crasher near his home wherein he has established high level machine.  On 31-12-2017 at about 06-00 PM an explosive explosion occurred on Stone Crusher due to which the walls of his house and villagers house cracked/damaged. The owner of stone crasher is using the explosive materials in huge quantity and created the lot’s of problem to local public. The case is being investigated by ASI Purshotam I/C PP Chailla PS Theog.

3.    A Cheating case FIR No. 05/18  has been registered at PS West today on 03-01-2018 U/S 420 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Raghunandan Sharma S/o Late Sh. Milkhi Ram R/o Vill Bharal PO Rehen Tehsil Nurpur Distt Kangra A/P employee in HAS NTR Shoghi Shimla alleging therein that on 04-12-2017  he received a call from mobile No. 7290800737 who told that his friend is admit in hospital due to serious accident and asked for money. On this information he transferred Rs. 65,000/-  in the account No. 20424022854. Subsequently when he called on his friend he told that he is fine and refused the information of accident. Some unknown person has fraudulently cheated him for Rs. 65,000/. The case is being investigated by ASI Partap Singh I.O PS West.

1.    An Excise Act case FIR No. 01/18 has been registered at PS East on 01-01-2018 u/s 39(1) HP Excise act on the rukka of SI Biri Singh I.O PS East alleging therein that on 01-01-2018 he alongwith staff was on patrolling duty towards Navbahar. During patrolling he intercepted one person namely Nityanand S/o Sh. Jivanand C/o Kanwar Niwas Kasumpti Shimla and recovered 07 bottles of country liquor. 2.    An Excise Act case FIR No. 01/18 has been registered at PS Nankhari on 01-01-2018 u/s 39(1) HP Excise act on the rukka of ASI Chaman Lal I.O PS Nankhari alleging therein that on 01-01-2018 he received a secret information and raided the shop of Finu Ram S/o Jhabhu ram R/o VPO Danawli Tehsil Nankhari and recovered 08 bottles of country liquor. The case is being investigated by ASI Chaman Lal I.O PS Nankhari.

3.    An Excise Act case FIR No. 01/18 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on 01-01-2018 u/s 39(1) HP Excise act on the rukka of ASI Devi Ram I.O PS Kumarsain alleging therein that on 01-01-2018 he received a secret information and raided the shop of Bhupinder Singh S/o Sh. Jai Kirpal A/P running shop/dhaba at Barubag and recovered 07 bottles of country liquor. The case is being investigated by ASI Devi Ram I.O PS Kumarsain.

4.    An Excise Act case FIR No. 01/18 has been registered at PS Theog on 01-01-2018 u/s 39(1) HP Excise act on the rukka of ASI Brij Lal I.O PS Theog alleging therein that on 01-01-2018 he received a secret information and raided the shop of Bishan Dass S/o Sh. Sudama Ram Vill Kehel PO Majhar Tehsil Theog  and recovered 07 bottles of country liquor. The case is being investigated by Brij Lal I.O PS Theog.

5.    An Excise Act case FIR No. 02/18 has been registered at PS Theog on 01-01-2018 u/s  39(1) HP Excise act on the rukka of ASI Brij Lal I.O PS Theog alleging therein that on 01-01-2018 he received a secret information and raided the shop of Atma Ram S/o Sh. Kanshi Ram R/o Vill Jau PO Majhar Teshil Theog and recovered 12 bottles of country liquor. The case is being investigated by Brij Lal I.O PS Theog

6.    An Act endangering life or personal safety of others case FIR No. 04/18 has been registered at PS West today on 02-01-2018 u/s 336,337 IPC on the statement of Ms. Shivani Rana D/o Sh. Baldev Singh R/o Vill Chav PO Mundghar Tehsil Bhoranj Distt. Hamirpur A/P Trainee BSC 3^rd year at Modren Nursing College Annadale stated therein that today at about 09-30 AM she alongwith her friend Tanisha was taking meal in the mess of institute.  Suddenly the pressure cooker blast in the mess and she and Tanisha sustained injuries. This incident occurred due to negligency of  cook Manohar Lal. The case is being investigated by ASI Bhagat Ram I.O PS West.

7.    An Accident case FIR No. 03/18 has been registered at PS Dhalli today on 02-01-2018 u/s 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Sanju Kumar S/o Sh. Shiv Dutt R/o Vill Gawai PO Maloothi Tehsil and Distt. Shimla stated therein that today he was going to home and when he reached at Churat Nala one pick-up No. HP63C-2576 met with an accident due to rash and negligent driving of driver Ganesh S/o Ram Bahadur R/o Vill Badeyan PO Dhalii Distt Shimla and rolled down from the road. The case is being investigated by HC Parmanand I.O PS Dhalli.

8.    During last 24 hours 304 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, Compounded= 101 fine realized Rs. 50,200/- and 10 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 11,00/-.

1.    Accused Ranjit Singh Thakur S/o Lt. Sh. Rati Ram R/o Village Taluna, PO Nigaan Tehsil Anni, District Kullu, age 36 years, arrested in Case FIR No. 191/17 Dt. 30.12.2017 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act at PS Dhalli, is remanded in Judicial Custody by the Ld. Court. 

Crime Report on 01 Jan. 2018

1.      An Accident case FIR No. 01/18 has been register at PS West today on 01-01-2018 u/s 279,337 IPC on the statement of S. Nikhil S/o Sh.  Sanjay Thakur R/o Vill Majthai PO Badeheri Tehsil and Distt. Shimla stated therein that today he alongwith his brother Udit, Raju, Nikhil and Aman were going to Majthai from Summerhill in vehicle No. HP03A-1062. At about 10-30 PM vehicle met with an accident and rolled down from the road near summerhill.  This accident occurred due to rash and negligent driving of Udit. The case is being investigated by HC Manoj I/O PP Summerhill.

2.    An Accident case FIR No. 02/18 has been registered at PS west today on 01-01-2018 u/s 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Mausam Rana S/o Mustkin R/o Hari Niwas Ghoda Chowki Shimla stated therein that  his Mercedes car No. DL3CAY-4909 met with an accident on taradevi totu road due to rash and negligent driving of driver Satvinder. In this accident Satvinder and his son lucky sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Dev Raj I.O PS West.   

3.    An Accident case FIR No. 85/17 has been registered at PS Sunni on 31-12-2017 u/s 279,337,427 IPC on the statement of Sh. Gautam S/o Sh. Murari Lal R/o VPO Suni alleging therein that on 31-12-2017 when he was present at Suni Bazar one Maruti Car No. HP63A-2826 Alto K-10 came rashly and negligently and hit the shop of Suryansh Garment. In this accident the shop of Suryansh Garments damaged and  driver of car namely Nelu  and Harish sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Manohar Lal I/O PS Sunni.

4.    An Accident case FIR No. 01/18 has been registered at PS Kotkhai u/s 279,304A IPC on the statement of Narayan Singh S/o late Sh. Padam Singh R/o Chol Tehsil Kotkhai Distt. Shimla stated therein that one vehicle No. HP 14B-0672 met with an accident near chol kenchi due to rash and negligent driving of Rohit Azad S/o Sh. Jeet Ram Azad R/o Vill Bedar PO Kokunala Tehsil Kotkhai Distt. Shimla. In this accident Rohit Azad died on the spot. The case is being investigated by ASI Ranjeet Singh I.O PS Kotkhai.

5.    An Excise Act case FIR No. 01/18 has been registered at PS Dhalli today on 01-01-2018 u/s 39(1) HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Krishan Lal I/C PP Mashobra alleging therein that today on the secret information he raided the shop of Mahinder Singh S/o Late Sh. Sunder Singh R/o Panjog PO Mashobra Teshil and Distt. Shimla and recovered 07 bottles  of country liquor. The case is being investigated by ASI Krishan Lal I/C PP Mashobra.  

6.    A Fire incident case FIR No. 02/18 has been registered at PS Dhalli u/s 285 IPC on the statement of Sh. Balbir Singh S/o Sh. Ram Rakha VPO Barnoh Tehsil & Distt. Una at present residing at NAC Building near Patwar Khana Dhalli Shimla stated therein that on 31-12-2017 at 06-30 PM  he has parked his vehicle No. HP51A-3580 (Maruti Car) near Community Hall Dhalli. Today at about 03-00 AM wife of watchmen of Community hall told him that his car is on fire on this information he rushed to the spot and control the fire with water. In this incident the dash board and bonat of the vehicle were damaged. The case is being investigated by HC Karma Singh I.O PS Dhalli.
