1. A Burglary case FIR No 65/16 has been registered at PS East on 12.06.2016 U/S 454, 380 IPC on the application of Sh. Rakesh Sharma mit Kumar S/O Sh. Govind Sharma R/O Kanwar Niwas, Ground Floor, Opp. Ashiana Regency Chotta Shimla, alleging therein that on dated 10.06.16 he alongwith his family went to Sanwar & Ghanahatti to his relationships but on 12.06.16 he returned back and found that his door lock was broken and jwellaries i.e. 1 Mangal Sutra,(gold) 2. Zhoomke (gold) 3. Two rings(gold) 4. Ear rings(baliyana)gold 5. Locket without chain (gold)  have been stolen away by some unknown person.The case is being investigated by HC Jogender I/O PS East.

Jasmu Ram R/O Vill. Pamlai, PO Thanadhar, Sub-Tehsil Kotgarh, Distt Shimla occupied the Forest Land 0-08058 hectare Khasra No. 15/05 Muhal RF Nagkelo. 1.    An Ex Act  case FIR NO . 28/16 dt 11-6-16 U/s 39 HP Ex –Act PS Chirgoan  has been registered on the Ruka of ASI Kuldeep I/O PS  alleging therein in that on 11-6-16 at about 7.30 pm when he was on patrolling duty with his PS staff  near Sundha-Bhonda he recovered 12 bottles liquor Marka Sirmour orange on the possession of Tara Singh S/o Sh. Mehar Singh Village Thana Tehsil Chirgaon district Shimla at present shop keeper Chirgaon Bazar.  case is being investigative by ASI Kuldeep Kumar I/O PS Chirgoan. 

2.    An Ex Act  case FIR NO . 145/16 dt 12-6-16 U/s 39 HP Ex –Act PS Dhalli   has been registered on the Ruka of ASI Dharam Singh  I/O PP  Sanjauli alleging therein in that today when he was on patrolling duty with his staff at Gas Go down Near. Nav Bhar road towards Sanjauli. During patrolling police party has recovered  12 bottles country liquor Marka Himachal Orange at Gas Godown Sanjauli  from  the possession of   Napali person namely  Harka Bhadur S/o Kharka Bhadur R/o Bhurti Distt. Daigal Bhari Anchal Nepal presently residing at  Heritage Institute Sanjauli Shimla case has been registered against above Napali person under law .Case is being investigated by ASI Dharam Singh I/O PP Sanjauli Shimla Accordingly.

 

3.     A Wrongfully restraints cross FIR  No 59/16 & 6016  dated 11-06-2016 U/s 341, 323,34,506 IPC PS Kumarsain has been registered on the statement of Sh. Sanjeev Mehta and Sohan Singh Mehta S/o Late Sh Prem Chand Village Pamlaia P.O Thanedhar Tehsil Kumarsain District Shimla alleging therein in that Shoan Singh Mehta connected his bathroom pipe on the chamber of elder brother Sanjeev Mehta with out his consent  and Sohan Mehta alleged that on the base of previous compromise he connect his bathroom pipe on the chamber of elder brother Sanjeev Mehta and his brother brooked these pipe and beaten each other case is being investigated by ASI Hans Raj and HC Ram Sen PS Kumarsain accordingly

 

4.     An Accident Case FIR No 45/16 dated 12-06-2016 U/S 279,337 IPC has been Registered on the Rukka of ASI Rajesh Kumar I/C PP Sarhan alleging therein that One Maruti Car No HP-26A-1143 mat with an accident at Nanan Village Link Road and rolled down 200/250 Meter  from road . In this accident two gents and one lady have got  sustains injuries. But the name of driver could not find out till now that who was driving the car.  This accident took place due to rash and negligent driving by the un known driver of above car , case is being investigated by ASI Rajesh Kumar I/C PP Sarhan

 

5.     A house tress pass case FIR No.121/16 Dated 12/06/16 U/S 451,323,504,34 IPC  PS Rampur  has been registered on the application of Sh. Barsati Lal S/O Sh. Ram Khelawan Gupta A/P General Store Nankhari Chowk Tehsil Rampur Distt. Shimla HP alleged that on dated 11/06/2016 at about 7.30 pm when he and his daughter in law Ranjana were present in his shop at Nankhari Chowk at that time Rajat and his friend came into his shop and demanding cucumber/kheera on credit. When Barsati Lal refused to gave cucumber on credit to Rajat and his friends. With any cause they beaten him and his daughter in law Ranjana. In this incident above mentioned Both of have got  sustain injuries on their body. Case is being investigating by HC Devender NathNo.153I.O.PPNankhari

 

6.      An Accident Case FIR No.122/16 Dt. 12/06/16 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered on the statement of Sh. Suresh Kumar S/O Sh. Shayam Chand VPO Duttnagar Tehsil Rampur Distt. Shimla HP stated that today on 12/06/16 at about 11.30 am when he was going towards Bhadrash and reached 400 mt away from Duttangar one Private Bus No.HP34 B -6125 (KTC) came from Rampur and hit a army Gipsy No. 14 B-114901N who came from Bhadrash towards Rampur. In this accident, Gipsy Driver and one another person who sat in Gipsy sustained injuries. This accident occurred due to rash and negligent driving of bus driver Bansi Ram S/O Sh. Mansa Ram . Case is being investigating by HC Narjeev Kumar No.1673 I.O PS Rampur Distt. Shimla HP.

Meerat (U.P.) A/P Thakur Niwas near Cemetry gate Sanjauli Shimla alleging therein that an agent of Aditya Birla Finance namely Arti Mehra called him on his phone No 08894334100 and told him that if he will do one Lakh Policy she will provide him home loan of wirth Rs Twenty Lakh. On this allurement he deposited Rs 1,70.000 in an account No 50200001860062 of Bank of Maharashtra. After deposited money in above account now above agent did not receive his phone and she did, cheating with him.The case is being investigated by ASI Lacchmi Singh I/O PS Sadar.
3. An Accident case FIR No.120/16 has been registered at PS Rampur on 11.06.2016 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Vinod Kumar S/o Sh. Kamlesh Kumar R/O Khopari Teh. Rampur Distt. Shimla age 34 years alleging therein that today on 11.06.2016 at 10.43 AM an auto No. HP 50-0642 came rashly from Rampur side and hit a person namely Sh. Om Prakash. An Accident case FIR No 143/16 has been registered at PS Dhalli today on 11.06.2016 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh Anil Kumar S/O Sh Bawan Singh R/O village Bagi PO Gawas Tehsil & PS Chirgaon HP age 28 years alleging therein that today on 11.06.2016 his friend Mohit was going to Hatu Temple on his motorcycle No HP10A-6885 along with Miss Dimple D/o Sh Panna Lal. When they reached near Dhalli Tunnel a vehicle No CH01BD-9789 came rushly from Dhalli side and hit Motorcycle No HP10A-6885 and this motorcycle met with an accident in which his friend Mohit and Miss Dimple sustained injuries. 1.   An Excise Act case FIR No 64/16 has been registered at PS East on 09.06.2016 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of SI/SHO Dharam Sena PS East alleging therein that on 09.06.2016 he got a secret information regarding illegal possession and selling of wine. On this information he raided at shop of Shyam Singh Chauhan and recovered 13 bottles of   country liquor. The case is being investigated by SI/SHO Dharam Sena PS East.

2.   An Assault or criminal force to deter public servant from discharge of his duty case FIR No. 149/16 has been registered at PS  West on 09.06.16 U/S 353,332,504 IPCon the statement of Abhijeet Samnta No 14668703 N Station Work Shop EME Cant Jatog Cant Shimla alleging therein that on 09.06.2016 a contractor namely Sanju  beaten him during his duty hours and also deterred him to discharge of his duty. When he reached near Ever Sunny suddenly a vehicle No CH017997 came rashly from Shimla Side hit his Motorcycle and run away from the Spot .Due to this accident he and his friend sustained injuries. 6.   A Theft case No 98/16 has been registered at PS Theog today on 10.06.2016 U/S 379 IPC on the statement of Tara Chand S/o Sh Sher Singh village Shalowa P/o Chailla  Tehsil Theog Distt Shimla alleging therein that intervening night of 09/10.2016 some unknown person stolen away his Pickup No HP 09C 2021 from Quar village.The case is being investigated by HC Inder Singh PP Chailla .

Crime Report on June 09, 2016

1. An ND&PS Act case FIR No. 33/16 has been registered at PS Suni on 09.06.16 U/S 20,29-61-85 ND&PS Act PS Sunni on the rukka of SI Tavender Singh, SHO PS Sunni, Shimla stated therein that on the intervening night of 08/09.06.2016, he alongwith staff was on Nakabandi duty at Thalli Bridge Sunni. Today on 09.06.2016 at about 02-15 AM, a Alto Car No. HP-02K-0245 alongwith two persons namely Tarun S/o Sh. Sant Ram R/o Sumi, PO Mandolghat, Tehsil Sunni, Shimla, age 25 years & Babu Ram S/o Sh. Najru Ram R/o village Palog, PO Durgapur, Tehsil Sunni, Shimla, age 31 years stopped by them for checking. During search, 260 gram charas recovered from the above vehicle under their possession. Above accused have been arrested by the police and the case is being investigated by SI Tavender Singh, SHO PS Sunni.

Arpita Gupta R/o 95 Dhan Devi Khana Road,Kol-54 alleging therein that through online booking on Himachal Pradesh Helpline Tourism she booked rooms in Hotel Gulmarg Regency by cash payement of Rs 8500 in advance mode on 07.06.2016 when she arrived Shimla and went to Hotel Gulmarg she found that there was no room available for her. When She contected to Himachal Pradesh Helpline Tourism regarding this matter they told him that on her requirement they will provide her room at Sharda Hotel. On this matter when She told him that she booked room in Gulmarg Hotel and provide her room in that hotel where she booked room. On this comlaint they abused her and also cheat her . The case is being investigated by SI Jasveer Singh I/O PS Sadar.

An Accident case FIR No 96/16 has been registered at PS Theog on 08.06.2016 U/S 279,336,337,338  IPC on the statement of Sh Puran chand village Rukam S/o Sh Chand Ram and Tehsil Khalana Distt Anchala Rawati alleging therein that on 19.03.2016 he was going from Theog to Khacchi Mour in bus No HP 63-3700 which was coming from Shimla side and was going to Bhutti. When he was board the bus and has stepped into the stairs of bus and mean by the conductor pushed the door inside and the complainant could not standup properly and the driver has also started driving the bus and the right thumb of complainant got crushed in the door of the bus. The driver and the conductor did not care to give the first aid to the complainant and pushed the complainant out of the bus due to which the complaint laid on the road due to pain and un-consciousness..That due to the rash and negligent conduct of both driver and conductor the complainant has suffered grivious injury.The case is being investigated by HC Ashok Kumar I/O PS Theog.

An Unlawful gatherging case FIR No 63/16 has been registered at PS East on 09.06.2016 U/S 341,143& 188 IPC on the rukka of HC Sanjeev Kumar I/O PS East alleging therein that on today Shong Tong Project workers and outsourse employees organized a demonstration under the banner of CITU /Kisaan Sabha at Chotta Shimla .Around 400 workers blocked road and discontinued the free flow of traffic.The case is being investigated by HC Sanjeev I/O PS East.

Crime Report on June 08, 2016

1. An Accident case FIR No 111/16 has been registered at PS Rorhu FIR No. 51/16 on 07.06.16 U/S 279, 304A on the statement Sh Chhaprola S/o Sh. Daya Nand Chhaprola R/o Village Chhing P/o Anti Tehsil Jubbal Distt. Shimla HP alleging therein that on 07.06.2016 about 7:00 PM when he was travelling in vehicle No HP-09A-2999 Maruti Car towards Rohru to Chajpur along with driver Mr. Bittu S/O Sh. Sita Ram R/O Dharmana. When they reached Mahandli suddenly driver lost control over the vehicle and met with an accident in which driver Bittu died on the spot. An Accident case FIR No 142/16 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 07.06.2016 U/S 279 IPC & 197 MV on the Complaint of Ved Prakesh Chauhan R/O Prem Bhawan Dhingo Dhar Sanjauli Shimla alleging therein that on 07.06.2016 a vehicle No HR01-AG-0500 hit his parked vehicle No HP03-3511 at bye pass Dhalli road. Due to this accident, his vehicle damaged and has broken both sides of his vehicle.

An Accident case FIR No 117/16 has been gegistered at PS Rampur on 08.06.206 U/S 279,337 IPC on the rukka of ASI Hoshiyar Singh I/o PS Rampur alleging therein that today on 08.06.2016 an information received at PS Rampur that one Motor vehicle rolled down from NH-5 near Nogli . On this information ASI Hoshiyar Singh along with staff rushed to the spot and found that vehicle No. HP69A-3797 Pick up rolled down 100 meters from NH-5 in Satluj River Driver Anil Kumar S/O Sh. Chaman Lal R/O Luhnu Kanita PO Chandpur Tehsil Ghumarwin Distt. Bilaspur age 24 years and Vijay Kumar S/o Sh. Vesariya Ram Village Tiuni Khas PO Tantha Tehsil Ghumarwin Distt. Bilaspur HP age 19 years sustained injuries and both victims evacuated and shifted to MGMSC Khaneri for treatment.The case is being investigated by ASI Hoshiyar Singh .
4. An Unlawful assembly case FIR No FIR No. 147/16 has been registered at PS West on 08.06.2016 U/S 143, 341 IPC P.S. on the rukka of ASI Ashwani Kumar I/C PP Summer Hill Shimla alleging therein that today, on 08.06.206 he alongwith staff were on patrolling duty at Summerhill Chowk during their duty some activits of SFI namely Vivek Rana ,Noble Thakur,Vijay Rathour,Rohit, roni, Baloni, Kewal,Jyoti and vikram  gathered there and disconnected the smooth flow of traffice and created traffic jam there.The case is being investigated by ASI Ashwani Kumar I/C PP Summerhill.  
5. During last 24 hours 378 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 212 & fine realized Rs. 54,200/- and 76 persons challaned under smoking Act & fine collected Rs 8200/-

Crime Report on June 07, 2016

1. An Accident case FIR No 111/16 has been registered at PS Sadar on 06.06.2016 U/S 279, 337 IPC &187 M.V. Act on the statement of Sh Shyam Lal S/o Sh Balkiya R/o Ram Nagari P/o Kayarkoti Tehsil & Distt Shimla alleging therein that on 06.06.2016 he was going towards Lakkar Bazaar from  Auckland tunnel .When he reached near Oaks Land Hotel at the same time a water Tanker came rashly from Auckland side and push him towards railings. Due to this accident, he sustained injuries and water tanker's driver run away from the spot. The case is being investigated by HC Amar Dutt I/O PP Lakkar Bazar.
2. An Accident case FIR No.116/16 has been registered at PS Rampur on 06.06.2016 U/S 279 IPC & 187MV on the Statement of Sh. Bhupesh Dhiman S/o Sh. Kaul Ram Dhiman R/O VPO Majhewali Tehsil Rampur Distt Shimla HP alleging therein that t on 06.06.2016 at about 8:15 PM when he was going to his home in vehicle No HP25C-0990 and reached Gaura bifrication NH-5 at the same time one Vehicle No.HP26A-1322 Alto came rushly and hit his  car No HP25c-0990 and run away from the spot. This accident occurred due to rash and negligent driving by driver of Vehicle No.HP26A-1322. The case is being investigated by ASI Karam Chand I/C PP city Rampur.
3. An Accident case FIR No 140/16 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 07.06.2016 U/S 279,304A IPC on the statement of Sh Mohan Singh S/o Late Sh Shive Dass village Sohawal P/o Baldeyan Tehsil and distt Shimla alleging therein that today on 07.06.2016 a vehicle No PB10EE-6169 met with an Accident in which driver Sanjeev Kumar S/o Sh Gian Chand village Karyali died on the spot. This accident happened due to rash and negligent driving of Sanjeev Kumar. The case is being investigated by HC Kanwer Singh I/O PP Mashobra.      
4. During last 24 hours 534 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 230 & fine realized Rs. 82,500/- and 57 persons challaned under smoking Act & fine collected Rs 6100/-

Shimla, age 27 years,  arrested in case FIR No. 110/16 Dt. 03.06.2016 U/S 377 323 34 IPC at PS Sadar  sent to judicial custody up to 20.06.2016

2. Accused Kunal S/o Sh. Susheel Kumar Srivastva R/o Shri Niwas, CPWD Colony, Block No. 7, Bemloe, Shimla, A/P Devgarh House, near Ground Kanlog, Shimla, age 22 years arrested at on 03.06.2016 PS New Shimla U/S 18-61-85 ND&PS Act at PS New Shimla, sent to judicial remand up to 09.06.2016.
