An Accident case FIR No 145/16 has been registered at PS West on 06.06.16 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh Jagdev Singh S/o Sh Kaur Singh R/o near Bagaurmadibali P/o Eaklah Tehsil Khanna Distt Ludhiyana age 30 years A/P Conductor PRTC bus No PB-10FF-1528 alleging therein that today 06.06.2016 when he along with driver namely Amreek Singh were returning back to Ludhiyana .When they reached near Taradevi a truck No. HP 30-4337 came rashly from wrong side and hit their bus. In this accident they both sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Pratap Singh I/O PS West.
2. An Act endangering life or personal safety of others case FIR No.115/16 has been registered at PS RAmpur on 05.06.2016 U/S 336 IPC on the application of Smt. Lal Devi W/O Sh. Sher Singh R/O A/P VPO Darkali Tehsil Rampur Distt. Shimla HP alleging therein that on dated 05.04.2016 her husband went to Village Kasha for house construction work of Sh. Satu Ram. During construction work Satu Ram used explosive for broke the stone and Satu Ram said to her husband to saw the blasting site. At that time stone cracked by explosive and her busband Sher Singh sustained injururies .The case is being investigated by ASI Ishwar Singh I/C PP Taklech.

Some unknown person has fired for hunting purpose when he was taking rest behind the bushes. In this incident he got injuries on right Leg, rt arm, rt cheek & rt side of back. An Excise Act case FIR No 53/16has been registered at PS Kumarsain on 03.6.2016 U/S 39(1) A HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Hem Chand I/CPP Sainj alleging therein that when he was on Patrolling duty along with staff at Sainj Chowk at The same time he got secret information regarding illegal supply of liquor. On this information he raided the informed place and recovered 108 bottles of country liquor from the possession of Ram Singh S/o Beer Singh R/o Derkani P/o & Tehsil Malata Distt. Salyan Odda No 8 State Bhari Nepal C/o Neelu R/O Khekher Tehsil Kumarsain age about 78 year old. The case is being investigated by ASI Khem Chand I/C PP Sainj.
An Accident case FIR No 52/16 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on 03.06.2016 U/S U/S 279,337 IPC on the ruka of Hc Ram Sain I/O PS Kumarsain alleging therein on 03.06.2016 one vehicle No HP 52A-5299 met with an accident near Shanand NH-5. In this accident four person namely Vinod, Anil, Hans Raj And Amit sustained injuries. this accident happened due to rash and negligent driving of vehicle driver. Shimla HP alleging therein that on dated 03/06/2016 at about 05:00PM, when he was coming to Bus Stand Rohru from taxi stand, at the same time, a vehicle no. HR 31F 3570 Alto Car came rashly and speedly from meat market side and ride the front left side tyre of car on his right foot(.) Due to this incident, he sustained injury in his right foot(.) This accident occurred due to rash & negligent driving of above vehicle driver Prince Negi S/O Mahender Singh (.) The case is being investigated by HC Pawan Kumar No. 224 I/O Police Post City Rohru.

An Accident case FIR No 54/16 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on 04.06.2016 U/S 279,337 on the statement of lalit s/o Dhan Bhadur VPO Narkanda age about 39 years alleging therein that today on 04.06.2016 when he unloaded the gas clyender near Kanchi Mod Narkanda at the mean time one oil tanker No HP-06B-7675 driver Yash pal S/o Sh Sharvan Singh VPO Una hit the one person namely Tek bhadur.Due to this accident he sustained injuries . The case is being investigated by HC Jawhar lal I/O PP Narkand.
A Cheating case FIR No 142/16has been registered at PS West U/S 420,34 IPC on the statement of Dr. Ravi Patiyal R/o Patyal Building Shiv Nagar Totu Shimla and Ram Das Ranot R/o near K.V Jatog Cant Totu Shimla alleging therein that on 29.05.2016 they went to SBI ATM at Totu to withdrew money. At that place some persons were already inside the ATM and told him to do help in money withdrew .During this process these unknown people exchanged their ATM cards and withdrew Rs 54500/- from their ATMs by intention to cheat them. A Burglary case FIR No. 143/16 has been registered at PS West on 04.06.2016 U/S 457,380 IPC P.S. on the statement of Brijender Tiwari R/o C-86 Dayal Bagh second floor near St .Colombus School Suraj Kund road Faridabad alleging therein that on 03.6.2016 he came Shimla for Picnic and stayed in Harsha Hotel .On intervening night of 03/04/06.2016 some unknown person stolen away his purse and Gold chain from Harsha Hotel.The case is being investigated by SI Aashish Semual I/O PS West.

SDO Electric region HPPWD Tara Devi Shimla alleging therein that he bought sweets from Sharma Sweet Shop Bus Stand Shimla for retairedment pary of Sh Prem Lal Chaudhary. When they served these sweets in their guests and after eating of these sweets they all felt ill and addmited in hospital. The case is being investigated by ASI Shiv Kumar I/O PS West.
