Crime Report on 21st November, 2014

1.  A Theft case FIR No. 55/14 has been registered at PS New Shimla on 20.11.2014 U/S 454 380 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Ashok Rawal S/o SH. Tara Chand R/o B-513, Sec.-4, Phase-3, New Shimla alleging therein that on 20.11.2014, some unknown  person has broken the door lock of his house and stolen away two gold bangles, two golden necklace (Pendal), one gold chain, two silver glasses and cash Rs. 75,000/- from his house. The case is being investigated by HC Ram Lal No. 148, I/O PS New Shimla.

2.  A Cheating case FIR No. 153/14 has been registered at PS Sadar on 20.11.2014 U/S 420 406 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Ranki Arora R/o House No. 777, Jail Gali, Rambag, Amritsar, Punjab alleging therein that one person namely Rajpal belongs to District Mandi has promised that he would provided him a DDA flat from L.G. Quota in New Delhi in the name of his son Anurag Arora and demanded Rs. 20 lacs from him. He told him that he want to sell his ancestral gold. Rajpal called him to come Shimla alongwith gold. He alongwith his friend Prince came to Shimla and given above gold cost of Rs. 20 lacs to Rajpal. Rajpal prepare the draft of Rs. 20 lacs and provided him photocopy and told him that he deposited the above draft at DDA office in New Delhi. After this, Rajpal has also taken amounting of Rs. 14 lacs from him through installments on different dates. But Rajpal has not provided him a flat till now. When he enquired about this matter from DDA office, he came to know that Rajpal has not deposited the draft in their office. Rajpal has cheated him amounting of Rs. 35 lacs. The case is being investigated by ASI Nagpal, I/O PS Sadar.

3.  An Accident case FIR No.154/14 has been registered at PS Sadar on 20.11.2014 U/S 379 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Kunal Ahuja S/o Sh. Ravinder Ahuja R/o Sant Cottage, Bemloe Shimla alleging therein that during the intervening night of 17/18.11.2014, some unknown person has stolen away his vehicle No. DL-4CG-340- (Maruti 800) alongwith documents i.e. RC & Insuarnce , parked road side at Bemloe, Shimla. The case is being investigated by HC Ramesh Chand, I/O PS Sadar.

4.  A Theft case FIR No. 155/14 is registered at PS Dhalli on 20.11.2014 U/S 379 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Ruveen Chaddha S/O Sh. Jagdish Kumar Chadha R/O Govind Niwas near cemetery gate Sanjauli alleging therein that during the intervening night of 18/19.11.2014 some unknown person has stolen away his  Motorcycle No HP23B-6551(Pulsar 220  Blue colour) parked at Bhattakufer Road near Shiv Mandir, Dhalli. The case is being investigated by HC Ram Singh I/O PS Dhalli.

5.  A Burglary case FIR No. 138/14 has been registered at PS East on 20.11.2014 U/S 454 380 IPC on the application of Sh. Hemant Kumar S/o Sh. Matidhar Sharma R/o Shastri Bhawan, near Puneet Sadan, Lower Dev Nagar, Kasumpti Shimla alleging therein that on 20.11.2014, some unknown person has broken the door lock of his house and stolen away golden ornaments i.e. one Mangalsutra, one finger ring, one chain & one nose pin from his house.  The case is being investigated by HC Tenzing Chhering, I/C PAR Vikas Nagar, Shimla

6.  An Accident case FIR No. 180/14 has been registered at PS Theog on 20.11.2014 U/S 279 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Ankit Rana S/o Sh. Sunil Kumar Rana R/o Shali Bazar, Theog, Shimla alleging therein that on 20.11.2014, he alongwith Pratap Verma, Ashish Verma & Manyak was going towards Theog from Sandhu in vehicle No. HP-09A-1924. Pratap Verma was driving the above vehicle. When they reached near Circuit house , one Motorcycle No. HP-09A-1924, coming from Theog side, hit with their vehicle due to rash & negligent driving of Driver Pratap Verma.  The case is being investigated by SI Dharam Sain, I/O PS Theog.

7.  A Forest Act case FIR No. 223/14 is registered at PS West on 21.11.2014 U/S 30,33 IF Act & 447 IPC PS West  on the complaint of Smt. Richa Wajta A/P Forest Range Officer, Forest Area Mashobra, Shimla alleging therein that on 14.11.2014, Beat Officer Pativar, Shoghi informed her that during patrolling he found that 400 trees have been cut at Private land adjoining Taradevi forest. During enquiry, the owner of this land is Smt. Parminder Kaur R/o Kaislini Estate. He is in doubt that out of above trees some trees have cut from forest area Tarav too. The case is being investigated by ASI Ajit Singh, I/O PS West.  

8.  A Cheating case FIR No. 224/14 is registered at PS West on 21.11.2014 U/S 420,467,468,471,120-B IPC on the complaint of Sh. Rahul Chauhan, President SFI organization, Himachal Pradesh University Summer Hill Shimla alleging therein that on 20.11.2014 a matter concerned with forgery marksheet come to in his notice, that one Mr. Kartik Sharma  S/O Sh. Balkrishan Sharma A.R. HPU, student of BA IIIrd, bearing roll No. 11139496, has got B.A. III Marksheet, without taking exam. This all occurred due to the collusion of Examination Branch BA IIIrd, Evaluation Branch & Computer Branch of HP University Summer Hill Shimla. The case is being investigated by SI Babu Ram, I/C PP Summer Hill.

9.  During last 24 hours 230 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act and 01 challaned under Smoking Act. Total challan were compound= 118 and fine realize Rs. 43,500/-

1.    Accused Kishori Lal S/o Sh. Keshav Ram R/o Village & PO Kothi, Tehsil & PS Aani, Distt. Kullu, HP age 25 years  has been arrested in case FIR No. 80/14 dated 19.06.14 U/S 380 IPC at PS Sadar, is on police remand up to 22.11.2014.

Crime Report 20 November, 2014

1. An Accident Case FIR No.  53/14  has been registered at PS New Shimla on 19.11.14 U/S 279 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Shiv Thakur S/o Sh. Ajmer Singh Thakur R/o Shiv Niwas , Willow Bank Block No. 22, Faze-3 New Shimla alleging therein that on 19-11-2014 when he was sit in his car No. HP-62A-1316  ALTO K10 near Pollution Central Board at the same time one vehicle bearing No. HP 07A-0252 car came rash and negligent way toward Pollution Central Board and hit his car and rolled down on the road. The driver of Vehicle namely Madan Lal Mehta sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Anil Kumar I/O PS New Shimla.

2. An Accident Case FIR No. 137/14  is register at  PS East on 20.11.2014 U/S 279, 337 IPC & 187 MV Act on the statement of Sh. Dinu Munda S/O Mr. Budhi Ram R/O Tilmin Beda P/O Bano Distt. ranchi (Jharkhand) A/P Mohan Lal Niwas Shalrala Teshsi and Distt. Shimla HP alleging therein that on 19.11.2014 he was going Mehali to Shakrala. At about 7.30PM when he reached near wine shop Mehali a unknow vehicle like a Pick-Up came from Mehali Side rashly and hit him and run away from the spot.  The case is being investigated by HC Ramesh Kumar I/O PP Kasumpti Shimla.

3. An Accident case FIR No. 57/14 is registered at PS Jhakri on 20.11.2014 U/S 279 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Raju Thapa S/o Sh. Kar Singh R/o Kalpani, PO Surket, Nepal A/P Labourer C/o Sh. Vijay Singh R/o Dofda, Tehsil Rampur, Shimla alleging therein that on 19.11.2014, he alonwith Vijay & Kanshi Ram S/o  Sh. Bishan Dass R/o Dofda, Rampur Shimla were going towards Dobi from Dofda in vehicle No. HP-03(T)-4377 (Alto 800). Driver Vijay Kumar was driving the car. At about 10:00 PM, when they reached near Gopalpur curve, above car met with an accident due to rash & negligent driving of Vijay Kumar. They sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Sher Singh, I/O PS Jhakri.

4. A Robbery Case FIR No. 179/14 is register at PS Theog on 20.11.2014 U/S 392 34 IPC on the complaint of Ms. Indu D/o Sh. Joginder Singh R/o Village Bahni, PO Cheog,Tehsil Theog, Distt. Shimla alleging therein that on 19.11.2014, she was going to home from college. When she was passing through forest near Nalavat, at the same time two Nepali persons namely Budhi Ram & Sunil have came there, beaten her and snatched her Ear ring, Nose-Pin and ran away from the spot. The case is being investigated by ASI Kamal Nain, I/C PP Fagu.

5. During last 24 hours 215 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act, 10 challaned under Smoking Act and 03 challaned under Mining Act. Total challan were compound= 105 and fine realize Rs. 79,000/-

1. Accused Sarvan Dutt S/o Sh. Kalgi Ram R/o Village- Jhajawani, Tehsil Chirgaon, Distt Shimla has been arrested in case FIR No. 74/14 dated 19.08.14 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS at PS Chirgaon, is on police remand upto 22.11.2014.

Crime Report 19 November, 2014

1. A ND&PS Act case FIR No. 74/14 is register at PS Chirgaon on 18.11.14 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act PS Chirgaon on the rukka of  SI SANJEEV KUMAR, SHO PS Chirgoan, Shimla alleging therein that on 19.08.2014, he alongwith staff was on patrolling & traffic checking duty near Andhra Power Project Chirgaon. At about 05:30 PM, one person namely Sarvan Dutt S/o Sh. Kalgi Ram R/o Village- Jhajawani, Tehsil Chirgaon, Shimla intercepted by them. During search, 04 Kg. charas has been recovered from his possession. The above accused has been arrested by the police and  case is being investigated by SI Sanjeev Kumar, SHO PS Chirgaon.

2. A Grievous Injury case FIR No. 151/14 has been registered at PS Sadar Dt. 18.11.14 U/S 323, 325 IPC on the complaint of Rajpal S/o Sh. Nanak Chand alleging therein that one person namely Bittu Kumar beat him and threatened with dire consequences at DDU Hospital Shimla. After final opinion of MO DDU Shimla in which he opined  that Rajpal sustained grievous injuries section 325 has been added in the case. The case is being investigated by ASI Nag Dev I/O PS Sadar.

Assault or criminal force to deter public servant from discharge of his duty Case FIR No. 151/14 is register at PS Rampur on 19.11.14 U/S 353 332 IPC Case FIR No 151/14 Dated 18/11/2014 U/S 353,332 IPC has been registered on the application of Krishan Kumar S/O Sh Param Dev Village Dhiudhar PO rivalsar Tehsil Sadar Mandi A/P Conductor HRTC Rampur Bsr that on Dated on dated 18/11/14 at about 5.30PM while he was going towards Deothi route in Bus No HP06A-7509. As bus reached  Tecklech one drunk person started abusing him, and tore his shirt, also obstructed him while he was discharging his official duty. The Case has been registered and is being investigated by HC Shashi Bhushan No 196.

4. A Fire Incident case FIR No.  56/14 is registered at PS Jhakri 19.11.14 U/S 436 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Alok Kumar s/o Sh. Daulat Ram r/o  VPO Ganvi Tehsil Rampur Distt Shimla alleging therein that in the intervening night of 18/19-11-14 doubble storied house of Sh. Krishan Gopal and Parvati Devi r/o VPO Ganvi Tehsil Rampur Distt Shimla was gutted to fire. The Case is being investigated by HC Gopal Singh.

5. An Accident case FIR No. 177/14  has been registered at PS Theog on 18.11.14 U/S 279 337 304A IPC on the rukka of HC Sadhu Ram alleging therein that Sanju,Vipin and Yash were going from Mahori to Bagain in Tipper No. HP 09C-2572. When they reached Dholighat their above vehicle rolled 100 meter down from dhank due to rash and negligent driving and Sanju died on the spot and Vipin sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Sadhu Ram I/O PS Theog.  

6. An accident Case FIR No. 222/14 is register at PS West on 19.11.2014 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement  of Sh. Raj Kumar S/O Sh. Roshan Lal R/O VPO Sakdi Tehsil Baijnath Distt. Kangra H.P. A/P Driver Car No. DL1YB-8111 alleging therein that today he was going to Manali with passenger . When he reached near 16 Miles a Car No. HP52A-3372 driven by Prakash Chand came rashly from opposite side and hit his car, in which he and a lady passenger sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Amar Nath I/C PP Dhami PS West.  

7. A Wrongful restraint and criminal intimidation case FIR  No 69/14 is register at PS Chopal on  19-11-14 u/s 341,323,506 IPC on the report of Smt. Reena Devi w/o Sh. Deep Ram r/o Village Jhina PO Chambi Tehsil Chopal District Shimla alleging there in that on 18-11-2014 at about 2:00 PM Deep ram r/o village Jhina obstructed her way & beaten her with danda and  threatened her.  The case is being investigated by ASI Partap Singh I/O PS Chopal.

8. A House Trespass and criminal intimidation case FIR No. 178/14 is register at PS Theog on 19-11-2014 U/S 451,323, 506 IPC on the statement of Smt. Besru Devi W/o Late Sh. Sita Ram R/o Village Balvi, PO Kelvi, Tehsil Theog, District Shimla alleging therein that on 19.11.2014, she was scrubbing brush on the stairs of her house. At the same time one Rakesh alongwith his wife came there and beaten her and threatened her for dire consequences. The case is being investigated by ASI Santokh Singh, I/O PS Theog.

3. Accused Deepak S/o Sh. Jai Singh R/o Vill Shallan PO Malyana PS Dhalli Distt. Shimla, Vicky Chauhan @ Chandan S/o Sh. Joginder Kumar R/o Vill Bypass Kathed Distt. Solan & Lakhwinder @ Lucky Thakur S/o Sh. Parvinder Singh R/o Distt. Kirpa Ram Aashram near DAV School Bypass Kathed Distt. Solan has been arrested in Case FIR No. 43/14 Dt. 17.11.14 U/S 379 34 IPC PS Jubbal are released on bail.

4. Accused Sarvan Dutt S/o Sh. Kalgi Ram R/o Village- Jhajawani, Tehsil Chirgaon, Distt Shimla has been arrested in case FIR No. 74/14 dated 19.08.14 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS at PS Chirgaon.

Crime Report 18 November, 2014

1. Assault or criminal force to deter public servant from discharge of his duty Case FIR No. 176/14 has been registered at PS Theog on 17.11.14 U/S 341 353, 186 504 34 IPC on the rukka of Inspt. Gauri Dutt Sharma, SHO PS Theog Shimla alleging therein that on 17.11.2014, he alongwith staff on patrolling duty towards Raighat where one vehicle No. HP-62B-0501 was parked on wrong side. He requested from the above vehicle's driver to remove the vehicle, but two persons namely Sumit and Vinit have came out from the vehicle and scuffled with police personnel during duty, abused them and obstructed the movements of another vehicles. The case is being investigated by Inspt. Gauri Dutt Sharma, SHO PS Theog.

2. A Grievous Injury case FIR No. 150/14 has been registered at PS Sadar on 17.11.2014 U/S 325, 34 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Bittu Kumar @ Pinty S/o Sh. Shyam  Lal R/O Near Sikh Line 309/1 Krishna Nagar, Shimla alleging therein that on 24.09.2014, while he  was in queue to make OPD slip for medical examination in c/w driving license, at the same time one person namely Rajpal along with his son came there and beaten him. He sustained injuries on his face and left elbow. After medical examination, Medical officer DDU ZH in his report opined grievous injuries to complainant. The case is being investigated by ASI Nagdev, I/O PS Sadar.

3. A Theft case FIR No. 43/14 is registered at PS Jubbal on 18.11.2014 U/S 379, 34 IPC has been registered  on the statement of Sh. Balwant Singh Thakur A/P Mess Incharge C&C Company Hatkoti to Rohru  alleging therein that his construction work of  the road from Theog to Hatkoti Rohru is progress. They have built temporary halt at near Sai Plaza at Kharapathar. On 17.11.2014  at 08:00 PM he was going to deliver food alongwith others company employees in the vehicle No HP-10A-4236 at Kharapathar. When they were coming back, he saw that a vehicle No HP-64-0900 (Pik-Up) was parked at the place where company has kept the shuttering materials. When he checked the above vehicle he found that 5 plates of company's were kept in the vehicle with the intention to theft. Three persons namely Lakhwinder, Lucky Thakur and Vicky Chauhan R/o Distt. Solan were sitting inside the above vehicle. The case is being investigated by HC Pyare Lal I/O PS Jubbal.

4. A Wrongful Restraint case FIR No 95/14 is registered at PS Kumarsain on 18.11.2014 U/S 341,323 IPC on the application of Sh. Subash Chand Verma S/o Sh. Kaul Ram Verma R/o Vill. Dethal PO Dethal Tehsil Kumarsain Distt Shimla HP alleging therein that on 18-11-2014 at 09.00 AM he was going to his field. On the way one  person namely Sh. Bhupinder @ Vicky obstructed his way and beaten him. He sustained injuries . The case is being investigated by ASI Lachhi ram I/O PS Kumarsain.

5. During last 24 hours 268 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act. Total challan were compound= 103 and fine realize Rs. 44,700/-

Crime Report 17 November, 2014

1. An Accident case FIR No 154/14 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 16.11.2014 U/S 279,337 IPC And 187 MV Act on the application of Smt. Praveen Sood W/O Lt. Sh, Anoop Kumar Sood R/O Ashwani House, Cemetery, Sanjauli alleging therein that on 16.11.2014 at about 4.30 PM she was walking in Sanjauli market along with her daughter and Son-in-Law. At the same time one Car No HP62A-1003 (Ford Figo) hit her and run away from the spot. The case is being investigating by HC Lekh Ram No 135 I/O PP Sanjauli.

2. An Accident case FIR No. 129/14 is registered at PS Rohru on 17.11.2014 U/S 279 337 IPC on the statement of Shri Ram S/o Late Sh. Puran Chand R/o Village Dhara, PO Lower Koti, Tehsil Rohru, Distt. Shimla alleging therein that on 17-11-2014 at about 09-30 AM he was travelling in HRTC Bus No. HP 10B-7635 Shimla to Shekhal. When above bus reached near Kimoli at the same  time due to rash and  negligent driving of driver above bus hit with the rock from driver side and he sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by SI/Add. SHO Laiq Ram PS Rohru.

3. A Wrongful restraint case FIR No. 174/14 DT 11-11-14 U/S 341,323,451,504,506 IPC has been registered at PS Theog on the statement of Balak Ram S/O Late Sh. Mandi Ram R/o Khanar PO Mundu Tehsil Theog Distt. Shimla alleging therein that on 16-11-2014 when he was present in his shop, at the same time Daleep Singh S/o Kalyan Singh abused him  and when complainant went to go home Daleep Singh stopped his way, beaten and threatened him with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by SI Sanjeev Kumar I/O PS Theog.  

4. A Burglary case FIR No. 220/14 is registered at PS West on 17.11.2014 U/S 457 380 IPC on the statement of Sh. Janesh Thakur S/o Sh. Dev Raj Thakur R/o Village Kureu, PO Shaherol, Tehsil Arki, Distt. Solan A/p C/o R.M. Sharma Building, Below Hotel apple Regency, Ghora Chowki Shimla alleging therein that some unknown person has broken the door lock of his quarter and stolen away one Laptop a/w Dongle (Reliance), two pairs of shoes ( Woodland & Puma), Jeans pent and one Jacket from his room. He doubts that one person namely Rahul Phantra has stolen the above articles. The case is being investigated by ASI Shiv Kumar, I/O PS West.

5. A Rioting case FIR No. 221/14 is registered at PS West on 17.11.2014 U/S 147, 149,188 IPC  on the rukka of HC Dhani Ram No. 19 I/O PP Summer Hill, Shimla  alleging therein that today he alongwith staff was on Patrolling duty near Library Building in HP University. At about 01:30 PM, activist of SFI organization under the leadership of Vijay, Vivek, Suresh, Chanderkant, Kapil, Nitish and Rahul Chauhan gathered at Pink Patel Chowk in HPU campus and organized procession. They have also shouted slogans against Vice Chancellor & HPU administration and violated the section 144 CrPC. The case is being investigated by HC Dhani Ram, I/O PP Summer Hill.  

6. During last 24 hours 104 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act and 01 Challan under Smoking Act. Total challan were compound= 52 and fine realize Rs. 16,300/-

1. Accused Bhupender Singh @ Rahul S/o Sh. Uagar Singh R/o Gali No. 1, Ward No. 8 New Abadi, Shri Anandpur Sahib, Tehsil Anandpur Sahib, Distt. Ropar, PB. age 44 years has been arrested in case FIR No. 41/14 Dt. 12.11.2014 U/S 328 392 IPC at PS Jubbal, today sent to Judicial Custody.

Crime Report 16, November 2014

1.  Assault or criminal force to deter public servant from discharge of his duty Case FIR No.153/14 has been registered at PS Dhalli on  16-11-14 U/S 353,332,506,34 IPC on the complaint of Const. Dheeraj No. 1151 PS Dhalli alleging therein that on 15-11-2014 he alongwith HHC Vikas were on patrolling duty at Dhalli Chowk and enquired one suspected person. At the same time three vehicle came from theog side, one of them was HP 09-2066 and another were Santro and swift. One person namely Jyoti  came down from vehicle and said them that why they were enquired the person and started quarrelling with them. At this two another person namely Rajeev Rajta and Dinesh also came down from vehicle and started beaten and threatened them with revolver. The case is being investigated by ASI Dharam Singh I.O PS Dhalli.

2.    A Gambling Act Case FIR No.128/14 has been registered at PS Rohru on  15-11-14 on the rukka of Insp/SHO Amar singh alleging therein that on 15-11-2014 at about 04-45 PM when he was alongwith staff were on patrolling duty and when they reached near Shalithach, at the same time 4 persons namely Kuldeep S/O Moti Lal R/O Kelwi, Hardev S/o Shankar Dass R/O Kelwi, Rajinder Singh S/O Late Mangli Ram R/O Khangtari and Lokinder Singh S/o Kedar Singh R/o Kupri were found playing gambling and recovered Rs/- 25,500. The case is being investigated by Insp/SHO Amar Singh PS Rohru.

3.    A Burglary case FIR No. 69/14 has been registered at PS Kotkhai on 16-11-2014 U/S 457,380 IPC on the compliant of Prem Lal S/o Sh. Keshva Nand R/o Charka Tehsil Kotkhai alleging therein that he is tenant of Sh. Nank Chand at Jubbal road . On 15-11-2014 he went to his in-law's house alongwith family. On 16-11-2014 when he came back he found that some unknown persons had broken the lock of his quarter and stolen away case      Rs/- 54,000. The case is being investigated by HC Balbir Singh I/O PS Kotkhai.

Crime Report 15 November, 2014

1. A Criminal Breach of Trust case FIR No 42/14 has been registered at PS Jubbal on 14.11.2014 U/S 407 IPC on the application of Sh. Jagdish Jhamta I/C Himfed Store Kharapathar, Jubbal alleging therein that on 05.11.2014, Shri Ram company has issued indent in favour of Himfed Store Kharapathar, in which 200 bags of fertilizer mop 60% was ordered vide GR. No 32,18 on 09-11-2014 in vehicle  No HP-62A- 0722. The above vehicle did not reach Himfed Store at Kharapathar till now. He doubts that above fertilizer was illegally sold somewhere in Jubbal area by the Truck driver. The case is being investigated by ASI Raj Kumar  I/O PS Jubbal.

2. A Theft case FIR No. 219/14 has been registered on the application of Sh. Deep Ram Thakur S/o Late Sh. Jiva Nand Thakur R/o Ajay Niwas, Divya Nagar Totu Shimla alleging therein that During the intervening night of 11/12.11.2014, some unknown person has stolen his vehicle No. HP-52B-3330 bearing Engine No. F8BIN4579656, parked outside his house at Divya Nagar.  The case is being investigated by SI Harish Kumar, I/C PP Jatog.

3. A Criminal Intimidation case FIR No 149/14 is registered at PS Sadar on 15.11.2014 U/S 506 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Kuldeep Singh S/O Sh. Gurbhaksh Singh Makan, House No 105 Ram Singh Building Krishna Nagar Shimla alleging therein that he received a letter through dak in which some unknown person has threatened his wife with dire consequences.  The Case is being investigated by LHC Mamta, I/O PS Sadar Shimla .

4. During last 24 hours 194 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act and 08 Challan under Smoking Act. Total challan were compound= 94 and fine realize Rs. 25,800/-
