CRIME REPORT 18 JUNE

1.     (ACCUSED ARRESTED) A THEFT case FIR No. 128/13 is registered at Police Station Sadar Shimla on 18-06-13 U/S 379 IPC & 25 Indian Telegraph Act on the complaint of Sh. Ravinder Thakur S/o Sh. K R Thakur R/o Mehak Cottage Vill Sharog, PO Bharari, Kelti, Shimla, alleging therein that during the intervening night of 17/18-06-13 at 3:30 AM persons namely Ajay Kumar and Krishan Negi both R/o Bhawa Nagar, Kinnour have stolen away the cable wire. Case is being investigated by SI Sanjeev Kumar I/O PS Sadar Shimla.

2.     An ACCIDENT case FIR No. 106/13 is registered at Police Station Rampur on 18-06-13 U/S 279, 337, 304A IPC on the statement of Shayam Lal S/o Sh. Amer Chand R/o Vill Boong, PO Poshana, Brow, Teh Nirmand, Distt Kullu, alleging therein that today when he was going to Nogali in vehicle Bolero Camper No. HP-06A-3714 along with his wife Santosh Kumari has driven by Pega Ram @ Bittu S/o Sh. Shiv Ram R/o Vill Bahala, PO Poshana, Teh Nirmand, Distt Kullu. At 12:45 PM near Bazir Bawali above driver loose the control and above vehicle fell in to the Satluj River. In this incident his wife Santosh Kumari and driver Pega Ram washed into Satluj River. Case is being investigated by Addl/SHO Tilak Chand PS Rampur.

3.     During last 24 hours 124 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act for the violation of Traffic rules, 10 persons were challaned under COTPA (Cigarette & Other Tobacco Act 2005).The total amount of Compounding fee of Challans under MV & COPTA Act is Rs. 22,300/-.

4.     On 17-06-13 information received through 108 that due to heavy rain at Village Bagar (Sari) persons namely Tonku Ram S/o Sh. Thau Ram and Satya Devi W/o Sh. Ramesh Chand both R/o Vill Bagar, PO Sari, Teh Chopal, Distt Shimla died on the spot.

CRIME REPORT 17 JUNE

1.     A  BURGLARY   Case  FIR No. 72/13  is registered  at PS  Theog  Distt Shimla on 17.06.13 U/S 457,380,511 IPC  on the statement  of  Sh. Vikas Sharma S/o Sh. Late Sh. Gurdas Ram Sharma  R/o Sandu Teh. Theog , alleging therein  that  he is  shopkeeper  at  Sandu  when he was  at home  on  17.06.13 at  5 AM  hearing the noise and  came out  from the road. He saw that  three person  broke the  lock his shop namely Om Parkash  S/o Sh Lal Badhur, Sunil Bohra  and nepali  S/O Sh. Laxmi Nand  Teh.  Arki  Distt Solan,  The above persons have   arrested in this case and  recovered stolen property Rs. 400/-. The Case is investigated by ASI  Sanjeev Kumar  PS  Theog.

2.     A CRIMINAL BREACH OF TRUST Case FIR No. 73/13 is registered  at  PS  Theog  on 17.06.13  U/S 406, 504 IPC   on the statement of Sh. Kapil Sharma S/o Late Sh. Jugnoo Ram Sharma  R/o Premghat  Theog, alleging therein that  his wife is the  owner of  Truck No HP09A-3114. Sh Madhu Singh S/o Sh. Bhudi Singh R/o  Tatinal P.O. Mahog   Teh. Theog Distt Shimla is the driver  of  truck.  On 10.06.13  loaded  the vegetables Theog to Delhi  with  the total  rent of  Rs. 40.000/- and  payment cash in  advance of 20.000/- the  above  truck  driver  have made  breach of trust and  threatened him and his wife to dire consequences and  used  parliament  language. The case is being   investigated   by  ASI  Sanjeev  Kumar I/O PS  Theog.

3.      A WRONGFUL RESTRAINT case FIR No. 127/13 registered at Police Station Sadar Shimla on 16-06-13 U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Aamir Ahmod S/o Sh. Kueb Ahmod R/o H. No. 2, Gora Sarai, Cart Road, Krishna Nagar, Shimla, alleging therein that on 16-06-13 at 9:30 PM when he was going to his home near Hotel Sun & Snow Cart road Shimla three persons namely Suraj, Vikas & Vipin wrongfully restrained and beaten him. The Case is being investigated by HC Ravinder  I/o PS Sadar Shimla.

4.    During last 24 hours 109 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act for the violation of Traffic rules, 09 persons were challaned under COTPA (Cigarette & Other Tobacco Act 2005).The total amount of Compounding fee of Challans under MV & COPTA Act is Rs. 15,500/-.   

CRIME REPORT 16 JUNE

1.    AN ATTEMPT TO MURDER Case FIR No. 35/13 is registered at PS Rohru on 16.6.13 U/S 307 IPC on the statement of Anil Dutta S/o Sh. Amin Chand R/o Village Kalgaon P.O. Pujarli No.2 Teh. & PS Rohru,alleging therein  that on 14.6.13   he went to Melthi to collect his Money Rs 5000/- from Ravi Dutta S/o  Sh. Hari Krishan.  In evening time at Bhuthli Bazar near Melthi when he was waiting Ravi Dutta along with his friend Ravi came with his Maruti Car from Bhuthli and intentionally hit him by his car in twice round and sustained injuries. After than he was brought to IGMC by his brother for treatment.  The is being investigated   by ASI Bal Raj I/C PP Tikar.

2.   During last 24 hours 173 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act for the violation of Traffic rules and 01 person was challaned under COTPA (Cigarette & Other Tobacco Act 2005). The total amount of Compounding fee of challans under MV, Mining & COPTA Act is Rs. 14,200/-.

1.   AN ACCIDENT Case FIR NO 103/13  is registered at Police Station Rampur on  15.06.13 U/S  279,304 A IPC & 187 MV Act,  on the ruka of ASI Bhagat Ram I/O PS Rampur, alleging  therein that  on  14.06.13 at  9.20 PM a unknown vehicle hit Sanju S/o Sh.  Lal Man R/o Vill Jabbal P.O.Salwan Tehsil Sundernagar Distt Mandi age 24 years, immediately Sanju Shifted to MGMSC Khaneri for further treatment, during treatment Sanju died at MGMSC  Khaneri, The case is being investigated by ASI Bhagat Rampur I/O PS Rampur.

2. A TRESSPASS  Case FIR No. 104/13 is registered at PS Rampur on 15.06.13 U/S 452,323,341,504,506,34 on the statement of Smt. Raksha Devi W/o Late Sh. Diwan Singh Vill. Thuwa P.O Sholi Sub Tehsil Nankhari Distt Shimla HP, alleging therein that on 14.06.13 at t 8.PM Sh Devinder Singh S/o Late Sh. Jawahar Lal R/o Dharagla P.O Sholi and Geeta entered in her room and beat her and her daughter namely Harita and relatives Keshav Ram with blows and sticks and threat to kill. After that they run to escape from the room of Devinder and Geeta . The Case is being investigated by ASI Hari Singh I/O PP Nankhari.

3.   A BURGLARY Case FIR No. 124/13 is registered at Police Station Sadar Shimla on 14/06/2013 U/S 454,380 IPC on the complaint of sh. Jagdeep  Singh S/O Lt. Sh. Jawala Singh Set No. 3 Batra House Chaplsee Lakkar Bazar Shimla alleging there in that he is working in HP State Co-op Bank theog and his wife working as TGT at GSSS Bailuganj Shimla. On 14/6/2013 at 9 AM he left his house along with his wife and property locked the main door of house. His wife returned back at about 2.10 PM. During that period some unknown person broken the lock of main door and stolen away 3 Gold Chains, 2 Chain Lockets and New Currency Notes bundle of Rs. 10/-. The Case is being investigated by HC Amar Dutt No.  137 PP Lakkar/Bazar.

4.   A CHEATING Case FIR No. 125/2013 is  registered  at PS Sadar  Shimla  on 14.06.13 U/S 420,467,468,471 IPC , on the complaint of Sh. Rohin Visht S/O Sh. Rajwant singh VPO Kilba Tehsil Sangla district Kinnaur at present Gupta Niwas Upper Chlounti Sanjauli Shimla, alleging therein that his grandfather Lt. Sh. Tikam singh was the owner,  in possession of land comprised in khewat khatuani No. 109/159 khasra No. 222 measuring 205.92 sq. mtrs. Situated at mauja land along with other properties divided between his three sons.  His father Rajwant singh is semi literate and cannot read, write as well as cannot understand English. The Tejwant Singh taking advantage of the same, forged a fake special power of attorney in the name of his father and allegedly got it registered in the office of Sub Registrar Shimla Rural on 16/05/2006 by exercising forgery, impersonation fraud and cheating, his father Rajwant Singh never visited Shimla during the said period and has not signed or executed any SPA in f/o Sh. Tejwant Singh. The Case is being investigated by ASI Parmjeet Singh I/O P.S Sadar Shimla.

5.   A RIOTING Case FIR No. 126/2013  dated 14/06/2013 registered  at Police Station Sadar Shimla, U/S 147,148,149,323 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Prikshit Sharma R/O 22 Ganj Bazar Shimla, alleging therein that on 14/06/2013 at 7 PM when he was present at Ganj Bazar  Shimla, suddenly A person namely Saimi along with 15/16 other persons came there and started beaten them in which Rajat got injuries. Case is being inve4stigated by HC Ramesh Kumar No. 1689 I/O P.S Sadar Shimla.

6.   During last 24 hours 196 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act for the violation of Traffic rules. The total amount of Compounding fee of challans under MV, Mining & COPTA Act is Rs. 45,400

1.              One accused Narayan Kumar Bahadur Nepali arrested in case FIR No. 32/13 registered  PS Jhakari on 13.06.13  U/S 324,323 IPC on   13.06.13.

2.                   A THEFT  Case FIR NO 31/13  registered at PS Chirgaon  on 14.06.13 U/S  379 IPC  & 41,42 IF Act, on the rukka of Self  SI /SHO  PS Chirgoan ,  alleging  therein that  during Nakabandi  at  Larot  Teh.  Chirgaon  alongwith  Forest official  have recovered  97 KG Nag Chhatari  ( Satwa)  from the  possession of  accused  driver  Manoj Kumar nepalis , Pickup  No. HP10A-4811  C/O  Sh Parmod Kumar  R/O Matla  Teh.  Rohru and  Ajay nepalis  C/o  Pardeep Retka  R/o Samoli  Tehsil Rohru Distt SHimla  The Case is being Ibvestigate4d By  Self SI/SHO PS Chirgaon.

3.                   AN ACCIDENT Case FIR No. 123/13 is registered  at PS Sadar  on 14.06.13 U/S 279,337 IPC on the Rukka of HC Amar Dutt No 137 I/O P.S Sadar Shimla, alleging therein that 14.06.13 at 12.45AM a vehicle No HP63B-0822 Truck   was going  from Lakkar Bazar towards Sanjauli. After a crossings 60/70 mtrs from New Bridge Below IGMC Cart Road the said vehicle fell down into 100 feet deep, in which driver Sanjay Thakur S/o Sh Krishan Lal R/O Kaina P.O Rouri  Tehsil & Distt  Shimla have injured. This accident took place due to rash & negligent driving by the driver Sanjay Thakur. The case is being investigating by HC Amar Dutt I/o PP Lakkar Bazar  Shimla.

4.                   AN  ACCIDENT Case FIR No.71/13 is registered at PS  Theog on 13.6.13 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Shiv Pal  S/o SH Kishan Singh  R/O VPO Vamyal PS  Vamroti Isimal Singh  Teh and Distt Pathankot Punjab, alleging therein that he went  to Dehli by truck bearing No.HP 12D-4770 alongwith three person when  they reached Circuit house near Theog a Maruti Car No HP 35-1203  was coming rashly in  my side and hit to my truck. In this incident three ladies were injured sitting in the car. The accident due to rash & negligent of driver. The case  being investigation  by ASI  Santokh Singh I/O  PS  Theog  Distt. Shimla.

5.                  AN ACCIDENT case FIR No. 118 /13 is registered at PS West on 14.06.13 U/S 279,337 IPC, 187 MV Act on the complaint of Sh. Ankur Sharma S/o  Sh. Ashwani Sharma R/o V.P.O Hadeta Tehsil & P.S. Nadaun Distt. Hamirpur H.P. alleging  therein that on today complainant and his friend Yogesh was coming from Hamirpur to Pass Port office Shimla. Yogesh was driving the motorcycle bearing No. HP22B-4276. At around 12-10 PM when they reached near Ghanahatti a Truck came rashly from Shimla and hit the motorcycle. In his accident both person sustained injuries. The complainant and his friend  don't read the truck number. The case is being investigating by the ASI Kundan Lal I/C P.P. Dhami.

6.                AN ACCIDENT CASE FIR No.33/13  is registered  at  PS  Jhakari   on 13.06.13 U/S 279,304 A IPC on the statement of Inder Kumar S/o Sh. Tej Ram R/o VPO Kiyao Tehsil Rampur Distt. Shimla,alleging therein that one person  namely Mangal Singh S/o Sh. Balak Ram R/o Kiyao Tehsil Rampur Distt. Shimla has  negligent driving his vehicle B/Camper No. HP-09-1583 met with an accident near Kholta Dhank and five persons namely Mangal Singh S/o Balak Ram age 35 , Kahan Chand S/o Sisru Ram age 40, Santosh W/o Mangal singh age 32, Satya w/o Shaligram age 20 and Girl Sandhya age  months only all R/o Kiyao died on the spot. The  case is being  investigated by ASI Om Prakash PS Jhakari.

CRIME REPORT 13 JUNE

          ACCUSED ARRESTED WITH VEHICLE AND RECOVERED 597 BOTTLE OF COUNTRY LIQUOR

1.      EXCISE ACT Case FIR No 102/13is registered at PS  Rampur on 13.06.13 U/S 39,61,63 HP Ex Act, on the application of Sh Nutan Kumar Inspector Excise Taxation Officer Rampur  alleging  therein that  on 12.06.13 at 9.PM HC Mohan Joshi No 1680 alongwith  Staff was on Nakabandi at Lada Nala. During Nakabandi recovered 597 Bottle of Country liquor Marka Saroor from the possession of Jai Singh S/o Shayama Nand R/o Shah P.O Dofda Tehsil Rampur age 33 years in vehicle No. HP 06A-0650 Bolero camper and Mohan Joshi produced accused and case property before him. Accused Jai Singh has been arrested in the case. He will be produce before Ld JMIC Rampur today. The Case is being investigating by Insp. Nutan Kumar Excise & taxation Circle Rampur.

2.    AN ACCIDENT Case is registered at Police Station New Shimla on 13.06.13 U/S 279, 304(A) IPC on the rukka of SI/SHO Jasbir Singh, alleging therein that on 12.6.13 at 10.10 PM one Tractor PB number was coming from Shogi to Mehli bye pass road. Two person namely Shyam Lal S/o Sh. Manak Ram R/O VPO Kumara PS & Teh. Bhopalgarh Distt Jodhpur Rajasthan & Titu S/o Sh Moti Ram VPO Kumara PS & Teh. Bhopalgarh Distt Jodhpur Rajasthan was travelled in above Tractor. The tractor was being driven by Shyam Lal .When they reached near Gilli pump Badagaon Shimla suddenly tractor fall down approximately 400 feet from the road..Both Shyam Lal & Titu was dead on spot at that time. The  case  is being  investigated by SI/SHO Jasbir Singh  PS New Shimla .

3.      AN ACCIDENT Case FIR No. 70/13 is registered at PS Theog  on 13.06.13 U/S 279/339  IPC on the statement of Sh. Laiq Ram S/o Sh. Panna Lal R/o Gugvi P.O. Kangal Teh..Kumarsain Distt Shimla, alleging therein that on 13.06.13 when he was standing in front of  Shop then one private Bus No. HP-63-1579 came to  Rampur   towards  Shimla very rashly  and  hit A Tipper No. HP63B-1425  & Tempo HP-64-2017. One person namely Kitu Kumar sustained injuries in this accident. This accident due to rash and negligent driving by Bus driver   and ran away from the spot. The case is being  investigated  by  ASI Kamal Nain I/C PP  Fagu

4.      A HURT Case  FIR No.32/13 registered at PS Jhakari on 13.06.10 U/S 324,323 IPC  on the  statement  of Sh Shyam Thakur S/o Sh  Hira Nand age 42 yrs  R/O Runpu P.O. KinnuTeh.Rampur Distt Shimla , alleging therein that on 11.06.13 one nepali  namely Narain  beat him  and  also used  any sharp weapon  on  the left leg and arm.  As resulting that he  got sustained injuries.. The case is being investigated By ASI Chhering Duraje I/C PP Saran.

5.      A TRESSPASS Case FIR No. 23/13 is registered at  PS Chopal on 12.6.13 U/S 451,323.506,34 IPC on the statement of Smt. Ramla Devi W/o  Sh. Nand Ram R/o Village Batewari P.O Dewat Teh. Chopal Distt. Shimla ,  alleging therein that on 12.6.3 at  9:30 AM three boys namely Anil, Vikrant and Manoj stopped for drinking water from tap outside of my home. Suddenly four boys came from Dewat side and started abusing & beating them with blows & kicks. They also threatened them.  The case is being is investigated by ASI Pratap Singh I/O PS Chopal

6.  A THEFT Case FIR No. 24/13 is registered at PS Chopal on 13.06.13 U/S 379,353,332,34 IPC on the statement on Range Officer  Deha, alleging therein that Forest Guard of  Beat Knah namely Sh. Mast Ram reported that when he was on beat patrolling in his beat Pratep Singh, Vinod S/o Ram Lal R/o Knah/Malat and Phindya Ram S/o Sh.Ruldu Ram R/o Chind illicitly fall down the forest trees when he was going to sell the same above persons beaten him market cost of tree is Rs/- 3,28,034 .  The Case is being Case is being investigated by ASI Subhash Chand I/C PP Kupvi, PS Chopa

7.      A INTENTIONAL INSULT WITH INTENT TO PROVOKE BREACH OF THE PEACE Case FIR No. 55/1 is registered at  PS East on 12.06.13 U/S 504,506 IPC on the complaint of Sh Kedar Singh Jindan S/o Sh. Rattan Singh Jindan R/o Verma Apartment near Tara Chand Building Kasumpti, alleging  therein that on the night of 11.06.13 at around 11.45 PM after hearing nuisance created by Sh. Vikrant Thakur who was in influence of alcohol he informed Police about the incident. On arrival of Police he remained calm. After 1-1/2 hours of departure of Police he started abusive language and gave life threatening to him. In the morning at 08:30AM he also repeated that incident. The case is being investigating by HC Mohan Dutt No. 45 I/o P.P Kasumpti PS East.

8.      During last 24 hours 207 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act for the violation of Traffic rules, 11 persons were challaned under COTPA (Cigarette & Other Tobacco Act 2005).The total amount of Compounding fee of Challans under MV & COPTA Act is Rs. 61,100/-.

1.              A WRONGFUL RESTRAINT Case FIR No.88/13 is registered at PS Dhalli on 11.06.2013 U/S 341,323,504,506 IPC on the statement of Sh Abhishek Sood S/o Sh Ram Gopal Sood R/o Gopal Building Sanjauli Shimla., alleging therein that when he parked his vehicle No. HP10B-0333 Mahindra at Mashobra in parking place 9.50 PM, one person namely Chotu R/O Mashobra who was sitting in vehicle No. HP-52A-1407. Said Vehicle parked in front of complainants vehicle. When he reached near his vehicle Chotu abused him & beat and threatened him. The case is being investigated by  HC Ashish Notiyal I/O  PP Mashobra

2.        AN ACCIDENT Case FIR No  68/13 is registered at Kumarsain on 12.06.13 on U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered on the statement of Sh Mukesh Kumar s/o sh Roshan Lal  R/o village Majhwali Teh. Rampur Bushahr Distt Shimla  alleging therein that  on 12.6.13, he and his father and sister going to Shimla in Alto Car No HP06A-3728 when he reached near Sharable Camp and one Scorpio No HP01A- 0806 hit his Alto Car and he and his sister Monika, father sustained  injuries. This accident took place due to rash and negligent driving by the Driver of  Scorpio No HP01A-0806 . The case is being investigated by the ASI Dev Raj I/O of this PS . Kumarsain.

3.       A THEFT Case FIR No. 29/13  is registered  at PS Chirgaon on 12.06.13 U/S 379 IPC & 41,42 IF Act on the rukka of SI/ SHO against Nand Lal S/o Late Sh. Shankar Dass R/o Village Manggoan P.O Samoli Tehsil Rohru District Shimla, alleging therein that while self S.I. SHO was on Nakabandi alongwith officials and Forest officials near Diswani Kainchi Badiyara at 11:00 PM on 11.06.13. Above person found carrying 16 Slipper of Kayal without license permit in a Pickup No. HP 10A- 3399. The case is being investigated by self S.I. SHO.Chirgaon.

4.        A THEFT  Case  FIR No. 116/13 registered at PS West  on 11.06.13 U/S 379  IPC  on the statement of Sh. Rajeev Sood S/o Sh. Desh Raj Sood R/o Ground Floor Darshan Cottage Ghora Chowki Shimla-5, alleging therein that    when   his  Maruti Car No. HP 03- 0663 was parked near his residence but today the car was not found there. The Case is being investigated by I/O P.S.I. Rajesh Kumar. PS West .

5.       A CRIMINAL FORCE TO DETER PUBLIC SERVANT Case  FIR No. 115/13 is registered at PS West on 11.06.13 U/S 353,332,506 IPC on the statement of Sh. Hukam Singh S/o Sh. Ram Singh R/o VPO Alathu  PS Sadar District Mandi. H.P. currently posted  at Modern Central Jail Kanda as Jail warder  age 45 years alleging therein that when he was on duty at 12:30 PM PM during manual search of convicted Amrish Rana S/o Sh. Virender Rana he recovered a mobile phone with charger, head phones and data cable. On this recovery Amrish Rana became violent and attacked on him, he cried and on his voice Ramesh Chand Sharma  (Jail warder) came and had beaten by Amrish Rana.  The case is being investigated by S I. Harish  Kumar  I/C PP Jutogh.

6.       A CRIMINAL FORCE TO DETER PUBLIC SERVANT  Case  FIR No. 117/13  is registered at  PS West on 11.06.13 U/S 353,332,506 IPC on the statement of Sh. Virender Singh S/o Sh. Pritam Singh R/o Village Khalet P.O. Thakurdwara Tehsil Palmpur District Kangra H.P. presently posted at HRTC  as Driver Unit No. 2 alleging therein that on 11.06.13 he was on route Shimla to Bag with Conductor Vir Singh in Bus  No. HP 07- 352, alleging therein that  when he was turning the said Bus near about 8:00 PM a boy namely  Gaurav S/O Sh. Khem Chand R/o Village Dhalool came inside the Bus and  beaten  me and tear  my pocket and shirt buttons  and threatened.  The case is being investigated by I/O A.S.I. Amar Nath PS West.
