Crime Report On March 31, 2019.

1. An Excise Act: Case FIR No. 33/19 has been registred at PS East today on 31.03.19 U/S 39(1)A HP Excise Act on the rukka of SI Raghuvir Singh Addl. SHO PS East, Shimla stated therein that on 30.03.19 at 11.15 PM he got a secret information regarding illegal supply of liquor, on this he alongwith staff conducted Nakabandi at Mehli Chowk and Recovered 60 Bottles of Country liquor and 24 Bottles English liquor marked as DSP Black from the possession of Ravinder Kumar S/o Sh. Brahm Dass R/o Village Bhaleti, PO Dogi, Tehsil & Distt Una. The case is being investigated by  SI Raghuvir Singh Addl. SHO PS East, Shimla.
2. An Excise Act: Case FIR No. 18/19 has been registred at PS Nerwa on 30.03.19 U/S 39(1)A HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Jaswant I/O PS Nerwa, Shimla stated therein that Tehsildar Nerwa Flying Squad No. 2 Recovered 12 Bottles of Country liquor from the possession of Rohit Kumar S/o Sh. Lokinder Sngh R/o Minda PO Bharanu Tehsil Nerwa Distt Shimla. The case is being investigated by  ASI Jaswant I/O PS Nerwa, Shimla.
3. An Excise Act: Case FIR No.34/19 has been registred at PS East today on 31.03.19 U/S 39(A) HP Excise Act on the rukka of HC Sushil Kumar I/O SIU Distt Shimla stated therein that today morning at 5.00 AM he alongwith staff was on traffic checking duty at Vikas Nagar, during checking he  Recovered 120 Bottles of Country liquor and 36 Bottles of Royal Stag from the possession of Ravinder Kumar S/o Sh. Brahm Dass R/o Village Bhaleti, PO Dogi, Tehsil & Distt Una. The case is being investigated by  HC Sushil Kumar I/O SIU Distt Shimla.
4. An Excise Act: Case FIR No. 14/19 has been registred at PS Nankhari today on 31.03.19 U/S 39(A) HP Excise Act on the rukka of SHO PS Nankhari Shimla stated therein that on secret information he alongwith staff conducted a raid in the tea shop of Sanjeev Kumar S/o Sh. Ram Lal R/o Village Bainaal PO Khadan, Tehsil Nankhari, Distt Shimla, HP and recovered Recovered 36 Bottles of Country liquor and 24 Bottles of MC Dowells NO. 1 from his possession. The case is being investigated by  SHO PS Nankhari Shimla.
5. AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 37/19 has been registered at PS Rohru on dated 31.03.2019 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Baby Chauhan S/o Late Sh. Satya Prakash R/o Vill. Khailargi PO Jagothi, Tehsil Rohru, Distt Shimla alleging therein that on 30.03.19 at 8.00 PM an Alto 800 car met with an accident and rolled down from the road about 200-300 mtrs. In this accident driver Sanjeev sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Jai Lal I/O Ps Rohru, Shimla.
6. A GAMBLING ACT: Case FIR No. 20/19 has been registered at PS Kotkhai on 30.03.19 U/S 13-3-67 The Public Gambling Act on the rukka of SI Paramjeet Saini SHO PS Kotkhai stated therein that three persons apprehended by him during playing gambling at near Chalnair Nala in public place and seized Rs. 7200/- from the spot. The case is being investigated by SI Paramjeet Saini SHO PS Kotkhai.
7. AN UNLAWFUL GATHERING:- Case FIR No. 75/19 has been registered at PS Sadar on 30.03.19 U/S 143 188 IPC on the rukka of HC Kishor Kumar I/O PS Sadar alleging therein that on 30-03-19 at about 12.10 PM he along with staff were present at DAV School Middle Bazar Shimla for law & order duty where about 30/35 students & parents association members assembled outside the above school and shouted slogans against the school administration regarding fee hike etc. without any prior permission. The case is being investigated by HC Kishor Kumar I/O PS Sadar Shimla.   
8. During last 24 hours 493 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, Compounded=228, 23 persons challaned under Smoking Act & 01 persons challened under mining act.
