Crime Report on March 20, 2019

1. AN ND&PS Act : Case FIR No. 48/19 has been registred at PS Rampur on 20.03.2019 U/S 21 ND&PS Act on the rukka of HC Narender Raj I/O PS Rampur alleging therein that on the intervening night of 19/20.03.2019 at about 12-20 AM, during patrolling alongwith staff, one person namely Vidya Singh S/o Sh. Gopal Singh R/o Village & PO Khaneri, Tehsil Rampur, District Shimla, intercepted by them near Pipty Curve and during the search, 06 Gram Chitta (Heroin) recovered from his possession. The case is being investigated by SI Prem Singh, I/O PS Rampur.
2. AN ND&PS ACT: Case FIR No. 48/19 has ben registred at PS Dhalli on 19.03.2019 U/S 15, 21, 25 ND&PS Act on the rukka of SI Het Ram I/O SNCCFU Shimla alleging therein that on 19.03.2019 at about 06-00 PM, during Nakabandi alongwith staff on National Highway at Malyana, a Truck No. HP63D-1295, which was coming from Mehli, alongwith three persons namely Arun Kumar (Driver) S/o Sh. Dev Raj R/o Village Dhalti, PO Jarol, Tehsil Kumarsain, District Shimla, ii) Bhupender Khund S/o Sh. Sant Lal R/o Village Addu, PO Khadan, Tehsil Nankhari, District Shimla & iii)  Sunil Kumar S/o Sh. Mulk Raj R/o Village Gumma, Tehsil Kotkhai, District Shimla, stopped by them for checking and recovered 182 Gram Poppy Straw & 44.20 Gram Chitta (Heroin) recovered from their possession. The case is being investigated by HC Yogesh No. 121, I/O PS Dhalli. 
3. AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 18/19 has been registred at PS Jubbal on 19.03.2019 U/S 39 (i) (a) Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Sohan Lal I/C PP Sarswati Nagar alleging therein that on 19.03.2019 during patrolling duty he recovered 12 bottles of counry liquor from the possession of Satish Kumar S/o Sh Rameshwar R/o village Bindal P/o Dhandi Gunsa Tehsil Jubbal District Shimla. The case is being investigated ASI Sohan Lal I/C PP Sarswati Nagar.
4. A HOUSE TRESPASS: Case FIR No. 61/19 has been registered at PS Sadar on 19.03.2019 U/S 452, 323, 504 & 34 IPC in which complainant stated therein that on 19.03.2019 three person namely Nikhil S/o Sh Sunil Hans, Parveen@ Boby S/o Sh Het Ram and Aniket Vegraj S/o Sh Bulashah residents of Krishna Nagar entered in complainant’s shop and beaten Aman Khosla bruatelly. They also threatened him with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by HC Ashok Kumar I/O PS Sadar.
5. ASSAULTING OR USING CRIMINAL FORCE TO DETER A PUBLIC SERVANT FROM DISCHARGING HIS DUTIES: Case FIR No 62/19 has been registered at PS Sadar on 19.03.2019 U/S 353, 332, 147 & 149, 152 IPC in which complainant stated therein that on 19.03.2019 when he was on duty at Krishna Nagar Shimla suddenly some persons namely Aniket Hans, Ravi Kumar, Vishal, Gomshi,Mangat Ram Kamal Deepak & Surender used criminal force to deter his duty. In this incident he also sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by SHO PS Sadar.
6. AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 49/19 has been registered at PS Theog on 19.03.2019 U/S 279 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Abhhishek S/o Sh. Jagdish Chand R/o Village & PO Kuthara, Tehsil Rohru, District Shimla stated therein that on 19.03.2019 at about 05-00 PM, he alongwith Jagjeewan Ram, Gian Singh & Ashish Thakur was going to home (Rohru) from Shimla in vehicle No. HP01A-5337 (Tracks) driven by Sh. Rajender S/o Lt. Sh. Deep Ram R/o Village Brelti, PO Kuthara, Tehsil Rohru, District Shimla. At about 06-30 PM, as they reached near Petrol Pump at Theog Bazar, at the same time, a Nano Car No. HP14A-8861, driven by Bhoop Ram S/o Sh. Mansa Ram R/o Village Kot, PO Durgapur, Tehsil & District Shimla, came rashly with negligent driving and hit with their vehicle, sustained injuries to Jagar Pal Singh. The case is being investigated by SI Surjeet Singh, I/O PS Theog.
7. AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 50/19 has been registered at PS Theog on 20.03.2019 U/S 279 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Vinod Kumar S/o Sh. Kaku Ram R/o Vilalge Bain, PO Koti, Tehsil Junga, District Shimla alleging therein that today on 20.03.2019 at about 02-00 AM, he was going towards Chopal in vehicle No. HP62-0779 (Qualis) driven by Rakesh Kumar. At about 02-15 AM, as they reached near village Kyara, above vehicle met with an accident and rolled down 50 feet from the road due to rash & negligent driving of Rakesh Kumar, caused sustained injuries to them.
8. AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 47/19 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 19.03.2019 U/S 279 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Roshan Lal S/o Sh. Bholar R/o Village & PO Peeran, Sub-Tehsil Junga, District Shimla alleging therein that on 19.03.2019 at about 02-20 PM, he alongwith Madan Lal, was going to home from Junga in his Motorcycle. One Rajender alongwith his father was also on the way to Peeran from Junga in his Motorcyle No. HP52B-4068. As they reached near village Dawaru, at the same time, a Truck No. HP55-4415 came rashly with negligent driving and hit the Motorcycle No. HP52B-4068 of Rajender caused sustained injuries to Rajender & his father. The case is being investigated by ASI Joginder Singh, I/C PP Junga.
9. During last 24 hours 614 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, Compounded= 219, 30 persons challaned under Smoking Act.

1. Accused Vidya Singh S/o Sh. Gopal Singh R/o Village & PO Khaneri, Tehsil Rampur, District Shimla arrested in case FIR No. 48/19 at PS Rampur on 20.03.2019 U/S 21 ND&PS Act is being produced fefore Ld court today. 
2. Accused Arun Kumar S/o Sh. Dev Raj R/o Village Dhalti, PO Jarol, Tehsil Kumarsain, District Shimla, ii) Bhupender Khund S/o Sh. Sant Lal R/o Village Addu, PO Khadan, Tehsil Nankhari, District Shimla & iii)  Sunil Kumar S/o Sh. Mulk Raj R/o Village Gumma, Tehsil Kotkhai, District Shimla arrested in case FIR No. 48/ at PS Dhalli on 19.03.2019 U/S 15, 21, 25 ND&PS Act is being produced before Ld court.
