Crime Report on March 22, 2019

1. AN EXCISE ACT : Case FIR 50/19 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 21.03.2019 U/S 39(i)(a) HP Excise Act on the I/O of PP Sanjauli alleging therein that on 21.03.2019 during patrolling at Sanjauli chowk along with staff recovered 06 bottles of English Liquor (Royal Stag) from the possession of Dhan Raj S/o ShRam Singh R/o village Bhurti P/o Dailak, Anchal Beri Nepal, age 32 Years A/p Mohan Singh S/o Sh. Roshan Lal R/o Badesa Dhalli, Shimla. The case is being investigated by I/O PP Sanjauli.
2. AN UNLAWFUL ASSEMBLY: Case FIR No. 69/19 has been registred at PS Sadar today on 22.03.2019 U/S 147 IPC, 188 IPC on the rukka of HC Suresh Kumar I/O PP Lakkar Bazaar alleging therein that on 22.03.2019 some activists of CITU namely Vijender Mehra, Balbir, Bittu Joshi etc. gathered near Auckland House School Lakkar Bazaar without prior permission of district administration and shouted slogans against School administration.The case is being investigated by HC Suresh Kumar I/O PP Lakkar Bazaar.  
3. AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No 24/19 has been registered at PS Rohru on 21.03.2019 U/S 279,304A IPC, on the statement of Rahul S/o Sh B.M Negi R/o VPO Lowerkoti Tehsil Rohru Distt Shimla H.P stated threin that today on 22.03.2019 at about 6.30 AM one vehicle No.HP 10A 9630 (Bolero) met with an accident at Dhara Nala in which Mr. Pardeep Kumar S/o Ram Krishan R/o village  Dhara P/o Lowerloti Tehsil Rohru Distt Shimla aged 33 years died on the spot. The case is being investigated by ASI Jiya Lal I/O PS Rohru.
4. AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 52/19 has been registered at PS West on 21.03.2019 U/S 279,337,338 IPC & 187 MV Act on the statement of Sh Chander Shekhar s/o Sh Om Prakash R/o village Lalvahan P/o Gahar Tehsil Ghumarwin District Gahar alleging therein that on 21.03.2019 a person namely Mehul Shambhar drived his vehicle No. HP63-1910 rash and negligently and hit a University Scholar at HPU campus and run away from the spot.The case is being investigated by I/o of PP Summar Hill Shimla.
5. AN ACCIDENT: case FIR No. 53/19 has been registered at PS West on 21.03.201 U/S 279, 337 IPC & 187 MV Act in which complainant allaeging therein that on 21.03.2019 a vehicle No. HR 01AB-4293 hit complainant at Tuti Kandi crossing in which complainant sustained injuries and above vehicle run away from the spot. The case is being investigated by HC Tulsi Ram I/O PS West.
6. AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 27/19 has been registered at PS Chopal on 22.03.2019 U/S 279, 30A IPC on the statement of Sh Inder Singh S/o Deep Ram R/o Deothi P/o Sari Tehsil Chopal District Shimla alleging therein that today on 22.03.2019 a Belero Campar No. HP64-6950 met with an accident in which Shayam Singh and his son Ankush Rapta R/o Musheuna P/o Pulbahal Teh chopal Distt Shimla died on the spot. The case is being investigatd by ASI Virender Kumar I/O PS Chopal
7. AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 28/19 has been registered at PS Chopal alleging therein that today on 22.03.2019 U/S 279, 30A IPC on the statement of Gopal Singh S/o Late Sh. Mangat Ram R/o village P/o Jhikni Pul Teh Chopal Distt Shimla atteging therein that today on 22.03.2019 a vehicle No. HP08A-2536 met with an accident in which Vinod Kumar S/o Mangat R/o village Khokha P/o Ruslah Tehsil Nerwa District Shimla died on the spot. The case is being investigated by hc Naresh Kumar I/o PS Chopal.
8. During last 24 hours 297 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, Compounded= 58, 17 persons challaned under Smoking Act.
