Crime Report on May 28,2016

1. An Accident  case FIR No 46/16 has been registered at PS Rohru on 27.05.2016 u/s 279, 304A IPC on the statement of Sh. Raj Pal S/O Sh. Toju Ram R/O Ward No. 1 Near Patwar Khana Rohru Tehsil & PS Rohru Distt. Shimla HP age 30 years alleging there in that on 27/05/2015 one motor cycle which was coming from Mahendli to Rohru met with an accident at Pauri Taal due to rash and negligent driving of driver Tobi Ram. In this incident driver Tobi Ram died and the case is being investigated by HC Surender  I/O PS Rohru.

2. An Accident case FIR No 106/16 has been registered at PS Sadar on 28.05.2016 U/S 279, 337 IPC & 187 M.V Act on the statement of Smt. Meena Devi W/o Sh Roshan Lal R/o village Matholi P/O Tara Devi Distt Shimla alleging therein that today on 28.05.2016 a vehicle No HR 06 AE 1512 (white color) hit her at Old ISBT and run away from the spot in which she sustained injuries. The case is  being investigated by HC Sheespal I/O PS Sadar.

3. A wild life case FIR No 90/16 U/S 51 Wild life protection Act PS Theog  has been registered on the complaint of Kamal Sharma Beat guard Dharach Cheog Block alleging therein that on 27.05.2016 an unknown person alleging therein that some unknown person has fired on panther in the beat of Cheog and Dhrach. The panther was died on the field of local farmer . The preliminary enquiry was conducted by the veterinary officer of Theog and police was on the spot. The is being investigated by ASI Rajinder Singh I/O PS Theog

4. A Trespass case FIR No 136/16 has been registered at PS West on  28.05.2016 U/S 451,323,504 IPC PS on the statement of Sh Prem Kumar Verma S/o Sh Geeta RAm Varma R/o Shakuntala Cottage Near Dargah Ghoda Chawaki Shimla alleging therein that today on 28.05.2016 an unknown person entered in his shop and beaten him brutally and intentionally in insulted him.The case is being investigated by HC Maan Singh I/O PS West.  

5. During last 24 hours 446 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 159 & fine realized Rs.,70,600/-, 08 persons challaned under smoking Act & fine collected Rs 800/-

   Inquest Report

    Deceased Saurav S/o Sh Susheel R/o village Kelti P/o Bharari  Tehsil and Distt Shimla and (2)Deceased Om Chand S/o Sh Shiv Ram R/o Maan Dass Kelti Bharari Shimla found dead between Bharari And Kelti Nala Due to heavy Drinking of wine and felt down from Hill. Postmortem is being conducted at IGMC

   Deceased Gopi Chand S/o Sh Roop Singh R/o Village Sandali P/o Daiya Tehsil Chopal Distt Shimla age 52 years died due to fall  from the hill. Postmortem is being conducted at PHC Chopal.

   Accused Sikender @ Sicky  S/o  SH  Kartar  Singh R/o Village Dhak  Tehsil  Distt Shimla  age 32yrs arrested g in case FIR No 24/16 date 12.05.2016 U/S 21,22,29,61-85ND&PS at PS Jubbal is on Police Remand upto 01.06.2016.
