Crime Report on May 27,2016

  1. An Excise Act case FIR No 45/16 has been registered at PS Rohru on 26.05.2016 U/S 39 of HP Excise  Act on the rukka of SI Vikas Sharma Addl. SHO PS Rohru alleging therein that on 26.05.2016, he along with staff was on patrolling towards Machoti. At about 03.30 PM, on the secret information, he searched the shop of Contractor Kuldeep Kanwar & Manager Dalbir Singh & recovered 55 boxes full,18 boxes Half & 8 boxes (quarter) of English liquor , 50    Boxes of Country & 11 Boxes of Beer. (Total 142 Boxes from their shop. The Case is being investigation by SI Vikas Sharma Addl. SHO PS Rohru.

  2. An Excise Act case FIR No 89/16 has been registered at PS Theog on 26.05.2016 U/S 39 of HP Excise  Act on the rukka of ASI Keshav Chand I/O PP Chailla alleging therein that on 26.05.2016 he was on patrolling duty along with staff toward Bagain Bhaie.When they reached near chailla and saw a person with bag .When they searched the bag of that person namely Sonu Sharma S/o Sh Ram Prasad Sharma R/o village Bhui P/o Bagain Tehsil Theog Distt Shimla and recovered 12 bottles of country liquor. The case is being investigated by ASI Keshav Chand I/O PP Chailla.  bnmn

  3. A Cheating case FIR No 107/16 has been registered at PS Rampur on 26.05.2016 U/S 420 IPC on the complaint of Sain Ram S/O Sh. Chabu Ram Village Urman PO Bahali Tehsil Rampur Distt. Shimla HP alleging therein that he was Ex. President of SMC Middle School Urman and Subhash Chand S/o Sh. Bhagat Ram R/o Virgarh P/o Kiyar Tehsil Theog Distt. Shimla HP who is working as Shashtri Teacher prepared a fraud appointment letter by signing the fraud signature of the President of SMC and members as well as In charge of Middle School Urman .Case is being investigating by ASI Ishwar SIngh I/C PP Taklech.

  4. A Cheating case FIR No104/16 has been registered at PS Sadar on 26.05.2016 U/S 420 IPC on the statement of sh Mehar Chand Khachi S/o Sh Shiv Ram R/o village Shawag Tehsil Theog  Distt Shimla alleging therein that on 26.05.2016 he was withdrawing the money from ATM at the same time a boy came there and told him for his help to withdraw the money from ATM during this process he exchange His ATM card and withdrew  Rs 37000 from his account without his consent. The case is being investigated by HC Ramesh Chand I/O PS Sadar.

  5. An Accident case FIR No 135/15 has been registered at PS West on 26.05.2016 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sandeep Negi S/o Sh Kunwer Singh Negi R/o village Manigoh P/o Batwari Tehsil Agastwani Distt Rupadarprayag Uttrakhand alleging therein that today on 27.05.2016 he was coming from Mandi to Shimla in his vehicle No HP-52B-2399  and when he reached near Fagali Shimla a truck came rashly from wrong due to this he lost control over the vehicle and his vehicle met with an accident. The case is being investigating by SI Assesh Semual I/O Ps West. 

  6. An Accident case FIR No 105/16 has been registered at PS Sadar on 27.05.2016 U/S 279,304A IPC on the Rukka of HC Amar Dutt I/O PP Lakkar Bazar alleging therein that on 27.05.2016 he was on course of investigation at village Barmu .Where he saw a vehicle No HP63-1005 Alto met with an accident in which Sunil Mehta died in IGMC Hospital.This Accident happened due to rash and negligent of  Sunil Mehta. The case is being investigated by HC Amar Dutt I/O PP Lakkar Bazar.

  7. An Accident case FIR No. 33/16 has been registered at PS Chopal on  27.05.2016 U/S 279,337 on the statement of Sh. Ramjan S/o Late Sh. Fizo Deen R/o Village Kumbra, P.O. Dewat Tehsil Chopal, District Shimla stated therein that today he and Glubo Devi Saw that a Bolero camper HP 08C-2786 met with an accident due to rash and negligent driving of driver Islam at Dewat in which  they all sustained injures. The Case is being investigated by ASI Partap Singh I/O PS Chopal.

  8. During last 24 hours 433 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 220 & fine realized Rs.,71,900/-, 15 persons challaned under smoking Act & fine collected Rs 1500/- & 01 challaned under Mining Act..
