Crime Report 23,May 2014

 

1. A Theft Case Case FIR No. 67/14 is registered at PS Sadar on 22.05.2014 U/S 379,511 IPC on the statement of Sh Hem Raj S/O Sh. Gaya Nand Sharma R/O Shaneri PO Shingla Tehsil Rampur Shimla alleging therein that on 02-05-2014 his wife Reeta admitted in Ladies Ortho Ward Unit-3 in bed No.6 and Kanta Devi on Bed No.-5 in IGMC. On 15/16-05-14 during night he along with Prem Lata were doing rest with their patient on the patient bed, about 02-30 AM Prem Lata told him that a unknown person was trying to snatched her chain and he run away towards outside. They told the whole story to security officer of IGMC and as per CCTV footage they identified the above person who's name is Sohan Lal S/O Sh Paras Ram R/O Dehan Ghati PO Matiyana Tehsil Theog Shimla. The case is being investigating by HC Raj Pal I/O PP L/Bazar.

    

2. An Accident Case FIR No.51/14 is registered at PS Rampur on 22-05-2014 U/S 279,337,304-A IPC on the the statement of Sh Balvinder Kumar S/O Sh. Baraham Dutt C/O Satya Narayan Temple Rampur alleging therein that on 22-05-14 at about 4 PM a Motor cycle No HP 06-3414 met with an accident near Macchada Bridge, due to rash and negligent driving by Sudhesh Kumar S/O Sh. Laiq Ram Vill Kandreri PO Surad Sub Tehsil Nankhari. In this accident one person namely Vipin Kumar died on  spot and two person namely Suresh Kumar and Bhupinder Kumar got injured. The case is being investigating by SI/SHO PS Rampur.

    

3. A Theft case FIR No.36/14 is registered at PS Rohru on 22/5/14 U/S 380 IPC on the statement of Smt. Alpna Sood W/O Sh.Chandan Sood C/O Partap Raitka Building near SDM Office Rohru alleging therein that on 22-05-14 she along with her advocate Tinu came to her room and saw that lots of material lying here & there and one tea set silver, one laptop DEL, one computer Samsung, one T.V. trolli, one Refrigrator, a silver chain etc were stolen by some unknown person. The case is being investigating by ASI Kundan Lal  I/O PS Rohru.

    

4. A Theft Case FIR No 52/14 is registered at PS Rampur today i.e. on 23-05-14 U/s 379 IPC   on the application of Megh Ram S/O Sh. Dagu Ram VPO Duttnagar Tehsil Rampur Distt Shimla alleging therein that Haider Ali R/O Bhadrash left his Motor cycle No 1023 for repair in his Shop. During the intervening night 22/23-05-14 some unknown persons has stolen away  above Motorcycle. The case is being investigating by ASI Ramesh Chand I/O PS Rampur.

    

5. An Accident Case FIR No.85/14 is registered at PS West today i.e. on 23.05.2014 U/S 279,337 IPC  On the complaint of Sh. Neel Kumar S/O Sh. Anokhi Ram R/O Vill. Tukana P.O. Manju Tehsil Arki Distt. Solan alleging therein that today at about 09-30 AM he was going on his Motorcycle No. HP14A-0966 for his duty and reached near Ghandal ( Ghanahatti) then a vehicle  Innova bearing No. DL-I-22-0272 came rashly from wrong side and hit his motorcycle. In this accident he got injuries.The case is being investigating by HC Yog Raj I/O P.P. Dhami.

    

6. During last 24 hours 278 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under M.V.Act. The total amount of compounding fee of challan is Rs.27,100/-.
