1. An Excise Case FIR No 62/14 is registered on 17-05-2014 U/S 39 of HP excise Act at PS East on the Ruka of of I/O PSI Ashish PS East alleging therein that on 17-05-2014 when he was on patrolling with his staff at lower Panthaghati Shimla near Hari har temple one person namely Anu Rag Sharma @ Sonu S/o Sh. Omkar Chand Sharma VPO Peryag Pur Tehsil Dehra Distt. Kangra has perplexed to see the police party and try to run away the police party round up and recovered 6 bottles country liquor. The case is investigated by I/O PS East.
2. An Excise case FIR No 31/14 is registered at PS Jhakri on 18-05-2014 U/S 39 Excise Act. On the Ruka of ASI Sher Singh I/O PS Jhakri alleging therein that on 17-05-2014 when he was on the Bishi fair duty at Mashnu with his staff at about 10.00 PM night on secret information the police party has checked the hotel of Mr Rupash S/O Lacchi Ram R/o Mashanu P.O Mashanu tehsil Rampur District Shimla which is situated in Mashanu Bazar. During the checking of above hotel 04 bottles country liquor Una No 1 have been recovered in his room. Case is being investigated by Sher Singh I/OPS Jhakri
3. An accident case FIR No 35/14 is registered at Rohru on 17-05-2014 at PS Rohru. U/S 279 337 304-A IPC on the statement of Sh. Pushar S/o Bhupinder Chauhan R/o Darohi P.O Deem Tehsil Jubbal alleging therein that on 17-05-2014 when he was going to Rohru up to Sungri on his Bike No HP 10-0494 with his friend Mr.Gaurav as well as other friends Mr. Dikshit,Yogesh Akshy Adityya Ranjeet etc were going by A/F Car, the car was driving by Mr. Yogesh towards Rohru ,Sungri when they reached at Kapri Dhar Nala, due to rashly by driver car fell down 100 Mtr. In to Nala. In this accident 4 person have been died on the spot ,namelyMr. Aditya, R/o Dalgoan, Mr. Akshay R/o Chirgaon ,Mr. Rajeet R/o Jakhar and Mr.Ravi Kumar R/o Gawna and others two person be got injured. Case is being investigated by SI /Addl SHO Laiq Ram I/O PS Rohru
4. During last 24 hours 132 vehicles were Challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act The total amount of compounding fee of Challan is Rs 18500/-
